Description

This beautiful 4 bedroom, 2 bath home has its own private pool and is a short walk to popular Tybee restaurants and, of course, the beach. With so much space, Sunrise House is an ideal home for a weekend getaway with the whole family, reunions or a destination wedding.

The spacious, open living area works well for casual entertaining, and allows everyone to be together while cooking or just lounging. The large, screened-in porch is great for morning coffee or evening drinks, and has ample seating for guests. The interior is decorated with a theme of sand, sky, and water, and will have in beach vacay mode in no time!

The first of four bedrooms has a comfortable Queen sized bed. The master bedroom features a luxurious King size bed and en suite bathroom with a shower and tub combination. The third bedroom upstairs has two sets of bunk beds, perfect for kids! The second full bathroom is also located upstairs. Downstairs you’ll find the fourth bedroom, with a Queen size bed, ample space, and private access.

Great rental! 4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms- great for our 10 person family. Nice, clean pool to relax, and a wonderful screened in porch. Plenty of linens and kitchen stocked.
Awesome location for beach, restaurants, and fun!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious enough for 7 people (5 adults, 2 elementary-aged children) but also cozy as well. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch. While the swimming pool appears small from the photos, it was perfect for the kids to play in after a busy day at the beach. The house is perfectly located to walk or bike to the beach and to various restaurants in the area. My requests for improvement are minor: the kitchen could be better equipped, a mat for the shower would be nice as it was quite slippery for our elderly parents and more hand towels would have been appreciated. None of these requests were worth bothering the rental staff for and we were otherwise very pleased with our stay and would stay here again.

Sunrise Houae was just what our family needed to make our Labor Day Weekend perfect! The property was everything if not more than described. We enjoyed the comfortable porch during the cooler times of the day and the refreshing pool after time at the beach. The inside space was clean and neat and well-stocked. The television and all other items were in good working condition. We were surprised to find additional space under the house to hang out and also pool toys, beach chairs, etc. The location was ideal - a short walk to the beach, the Tybee Island Marine Center and pier, and restaurants and shopping. We never used our cars. We were very pleased with our choice and the service we received from the manager in answering a few questions before our stay. We highly recommend Sunrise House.

Our trip to Tybee Island was a lot of fun. The vacation rental was in a good location. The pool was great and it was clean. The landscapers were not respectful of our presence however. They came in to weed whack and blow while we were in the pool. Grass flew all over us and in the pool. The blower was so loud we had to plug our ears. I think they could have waited until we were not in the pool! The kitchen was pretty well set up with dishes and pots and pans. There were mouse droppings in some of the cabinets in the kitchen though. Otherwise it was clean. The toilet in the hall bathroom didn’t work very well and it ran all the time. Parking was great and the basement was comfortable for the teenagers. I don’t think the smart tv works but that’s okay, we were able to watch a movie on cable.

House was great and the staff at Lucky Savannah were more than willing to help if we needed anything. Just a short walk to the beach and you pass a lot of fun stores/restaurants on the way!

Great location. Near restaurants and shops but quiet. The TV needs fixing as signal amplifier wasn't working and downstairs bedroom was a bit musty but loved the pool.

This vacation home was GREAT!! This was our first time in Tybee and this home was PERFECT! Very convenient to shopping, restaurants and the beach! Very clean and maintained! While we were there, people came to clean the pool and do yard work but were never in our way!
The only thing that kept messing up was the sound on the TV in the living room.

It was nice and in a nice location. Our main concern was there was no light for the stairs up to the porch and main door. We used our phone flash lights because it felt a bit dangerous. Also I would suggest more kitchen items. Selection was lacking of normal size bowls and knives were not great for cutting. But other then those things it was wonderful and we had a great time.

We had a very nice stay at the Sunrise House. The inside of the house is roomy and nice. We had a total of 8 guests in the home and we were all comfortable. The home is a short walk of bike ride to the shops, most restaraunts, the beach and the pier. The only disappointing things for us were the issues that we had with the television working, which was promptly handled by the leasing company when I called. We were also a little disappointed in the pool size. It is pretty small pool.

We rented the house for July 4 and we loved the location and the pool. We had a issue with the pool when we first got there but it was fixed under 12 hours. The house in general was clean And very roomy, it sleeps 10 very easily. Only negative thing I can say about the house is it is warn out. Needs some TLC (new paint and new furniture). All in all we had a great stay.

The parking, spaciousness and quality bedding was great. Housekeeping was overall good and the pool was perfect. Called for extra pillows but did not get follow through. AC in lower bedroom needs improvement.

What a great place to stay! The location was fabulous, being only 2 blocks from the beach! The beach was beautiful. There were also a lot of shops and restaurants, all withing walking distance. We didn't need to use our car except when we went into Savannah. The house was clean, comfortable, and a perfect size for our 4 adults and 4 children. We would definitely opt to stay there again. The rental staff was also very helpful when we had questions.

Booked the sunrise house for a girlfriends weekend. Very easy to find and great location . Easy walk to shops, restaurants and the beach . WE loved having the pool to hang out at after a couple hours at the beach. The screened porch was wonderful in the early morning drinking coffee or late night .
The only thing was when you first arrive and you walk upstairs to get into the house the porch could use a little updating. Fake plants were damage. Pieces lying on the floor in corner. It was dusty and there was to much clutter, which made us a little worried about what the inside looked like. We were pleasantly surprised when we wlaked inside the house was pretty. Clean and well decorated. We were all so happy and very comfortable. I would definitely rent this house again. Thank you

If the weather was warm and sunny,our family could have overlooked the electronic setup for the cable.We arrived at the house and we had not yet received our code for the house.I called the number provided and got an answering machine.I left my message and within a few minutes ,I had the code to get into the was nice to have a starter package (toiletries, paper products,etc).Our complaint was you could not change the channel or operate tv according to directions provided.We called the number provided.They did not have an answer and was going to call owner and would call us back.They never called husband knew they wouldn't because there was not a work around.With it cold and rainy,my mother's rheumatoid arthritis kept her at the house most of the operate the tv ,you had to have two people.One would call out directions while the other person went into the first bedroom's closet located behind the wall the tv hung on , to push the corresponding is not that I wouldn't recommend to stay here,but was frustrated and disappointed with price and communication.

My husband and I as well as three other couples had a great stay. The house was great, comfy beds and very clean. We really enjoyed the pool and the porch. We would definitely stay again.
