Description

Nestled on the corner of Perry lane and tree-lined Houston Street, Located in Savannah's Landmark Historic District, this carriage house is located off of Crawford Square. The location of this property is one you cannot beat - Within walking distance to the River front, Savannah's Shopping District on Broughton Street, and many more venues!

Enter into the shared courtyard space off of Houston Street to gain access to your rental, and up a short-flight of stairs. Upon entering into the courtyard space you may be greeted by the neighbors friendly pup - Truly a "pet-friendly" property! Located upstairs, you will enter into the carriage house, into the kitchen packed with all of the modern amenities you could wish for. A full-size stove, fridge, microwave and dishwasher have all been conveniently placed. The kitchen opens up to the main living space, that boasts with natural light on a sunny Savannah Day! A large sofa is situated across from the large Smart TV. Also located in the main living space you will find a small table for two, that can also be used as a workspace.

Semi-private to the living space, there is a divide between rooms that transition into the bedroom, where you can rest easy in a queen size bed. A full-size bathroom, with a large vanity, walk-in shower, and a stackable washer + dryer, is located just off of the bedroom!

What is Parking Like For This Home?
This unit has metered on-street parking. Parking is not available in the lane. Availability will depend on time of day and season.

We can welcome your dog companions at this pet friendly home, but ask that you find other arrangements for cats, birds, and other furry friends. There is a $130 pet fee (non-refundable) with a 35 lb. maximum weight limit per dog and a limit of 2 dogs per reservation. Some homes may allow larger dogs, please inquire for more information.

Nice, clean, beautiful carriage house in quiet/safe part of town. Had everything we needed for a long weekend stay. Easy check in/out , no issues. Easy on street metered parking. We were able to get a spot right outside the gate each day. 10-20 min walk to most spots in Savannah.

The carriage house apartment was charming,cozy and clean. The private courtyard was perfect for sitting out and enjoying a drink. Very quiet location. Easy street parking. It needs a few extras in the kitchen (pot holdders, dish towel, utensils)

What a great place to stay! Centrally located to everything in Old Town Savannah. We would stay here with or without our little fur baby (who was comfortable and happy here too) any time we were visiting Savannah. ☺️

The Perch on Perry was a nice place to stay. Clean, convenient, and secure. Management responded promptly to our one request. I said "nice place for two" because our grandson came up to joint us unexpected and had to sleep on the pull-out sofa. To say it was it terrible is being charitable. The second night he was with us, he didn't open it and just slept on the sofa part, not the pull-out. Not the sofa in the photo! Overall, we would stay there again

Quiet, safe, comfortable and trendy. The location was great. Air conditioner was quiet and easy to adjust. Shower was clean and hot. Just enough kitchen equipment for the weekend. Love the coffee cups.

This property was perfect for a weekend away for my wife and me. We really enjoyed the property and how centrally located it was. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable getaway in the middle of the historic district in Savannah. The rental agency was very helpful with all questions we had and we’re extremely responsive. 10/10!

This was one of the best places we have stayed in savannah! Super clean comfortable, great atmosphere! The location is on a quiet street but close enough to walk everywhere. Highly recommend 912 coffee house and sunset cocktails on the rooftop at the Thompson hotel!

We stayed at property Perch on Perry during the first week of April 2023. The property was fantastic and perfect for a couple. The property is within walking distance of the historic district sites and easily navigated. Parking is relatively easy, inexpensive, readily available (recommend getting the local parking app). Multiple places to eat & drink; recommend Charley's Cafe for breakfast, Green Truck Pub for lunch, Public Kitchen & Bar for dinner, and Six Pence Pub for drinks.

We had a wonderful up in Savannah during Thanksgiving. The rental was very clean, well furnished and location was perfect. There was plenty of spaces to park and Crawford Park out the front door to walk the dog. Nice little courtyard to enjoy afternoon wine and let dog run around for exercise. Called Lucky Savannah office and they immediately helped us and very friendly. We will definitely stay here again.

Pet Friendly!! This apartment is perfectly placed in a quiet square in downtown Savannah. Loved being able to bring our pup with us to walk around the already very pet friendly city as well as feel comfortable leaving him at the rental when we went out for dinner. The rental was clean, well-appointed and secure. Paid parking is right outside which was very convenient. Highly recommend!

This was a beautiful studio apartment with a great location. The area is quiet and I enjoyed my walks to the Historic District in the morning to get coffee. There was dishwasher and laundry detergent, and coffee provided in the apartment. The bed was very comfortable. I followed another reviewer's advice and got a parking pass from the Bryan St. Garage which was good at any metered parking run by the city.

We loved our stay here, pet friendly and a beautiful little courtyard to use. Right in the historic district downtown within walking distance to everything you need & the best bars and restaurants. Studio is isolated just enough in the side street where there is no noise issue whatsoever. Parking was easy with app to add time whenever needed. We couldn’t recommend this pace enough. The easy if checking in and out was wonderful. Can’t wait to come back and book this rental again! Lucky Savannah is a great company with great service and staff available.

Loved this carriage house during our stay in Savannah with my two little dachshunds. Location was perfect, close enough to walk to some great spots and the square was very convenient to bring the pups to. The furniture is slightly different than the photos but it was still nice and clean. Property mgmt was professional, friendly and accommodating. Will definitely book this one again.

We found the apartment/carriage house in the historic district to be a fairly quiet street, and conveniently located. We were able to get a pick up from the shuttle that took us to the visitor center where we picked up a tour bus. It was very clean and worked for the three us, a friend who slept on the couch bed found it comfortable. We were missing a blanket or comforter, and the management brought one right after we called. We would recommend the Six Pence Pub for lunch or dinner. I would be happy to stay there again.

This was our first time visiting Savannah. The unit was amazing. We were apprehensive about parking but it was simple and convenient. The location of the unit was close enough to everything but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. The unit was clean and adequately stocked.

It was a pleasant month’s stay in a great location. The staff was extremely helpful when we needed to call. Our suggestions to make for a better long term stay would be to put a reading lamp in the living room and a chest of drawers in the bedroom. Having to live out of a suitcase is inconvenient for the long term. Know that the apartment was clean and recently updated.

The rental was in a great location, My boyfriend and I were able to walk to anything we wanted. The are was safe and quiet. We loved all the parks around and the amount of activities. The place was clean and fresh and stocked with all amenities that were listed.

Our mini vacation was amazing in Savannah. The Court yard townhouse was one of the beat places we have stayed. It had everything you could possibly ask for at the house. All you needed was your suitcase. The house was clean and very well maintained. Parking wasn’t a problem. We parked right outside the courtyard gate every time we parked. The house is close to downtown so we didn’t even have to drive. It is a quiet safe neighborhood and we will definitely stay there again.
