Villa on Broughton Carriage

My husband and I would definitely book this place again. We had a vehicle because we also went to Hilton head, but we literally were able to walk everywhere downtown Savannah. The only suggestion we could think of was to have more hangers available in the closet.

We had a great time! The rental was very amazing. Centraly located for walking to everywhere. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Always felt very safe. One problem with the rental is that there is no outlet in the bathroom which I felt was weird. Also there was no Keurig for the unit so we bought one and left it there. It did indeed have a coffee pot but we wanted a Keurig. Hopefully it stays with the unit. Plan on coming back next March again.

This condo was clean, quaint, and walking distance to everything you can think of for seeing the sights of Savannah! It was perfect for our weekend getaway. Would highly recommend.

The location was an easy walk to River Street. It was very clean. It had everything we needed. We would stay there again.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Villa on Broughton Carriage House. The location was perfect for walking around to all the historic locations and to River Street. I was originally nervous about parking the car on the street and remembering to pay the meters, but once I downloaded the Park Savannah app it was a breeze. We did take note on the first day as to when the street sweeper would be by so that we could park elsewhere. The villa itself was just as described. It was cozy with a beautiful modern decor. I would describe it as a studio apartment having the kitchen, sitting area, and bedroom all basically in one room. It was the perfect size for the two of us. Although we didn’t eat any meals in the villa, the kitchen was well equipped with anything we needed. There was coffee, creamer, and sweetener supplied. Dish detergent was also supplied. The house had a Nest thermostat which we were not familiar with and it resulted in a couple of warm nights. The bathroom was nice and the shower was big. I would suggest putting a small table for toiletries as there isn’t much room on the vanity. We didn’t receive information on getting into the villa at our check in time, but once I contacted management they sent the lock code immediately. Overall our stay was fabulous and I would for sure stay again at the villa.

Perfect location for a staycation getaway - just behind Broughton Street so we were able to walk around downtown and to dinner which we loved! The space was well stocked, neat, and clean. Comfortable bed. Fairly easy to find parking in the area. Lucky was friendly and very quick to respond to any questions we had prior to our stay. We cannot wait to stay again!

Great experience at this property. Location is very good. Never needed to drive my car. Interior lovely. Had a problem with hot water which was quickly resolved.
