Description

Ideally located on Liberty Street, Robin’s Nest is within walking distance to everything Savannah has to offer. This fourth floor walk-up is worth the effort, as it affords excellent views of neighboring rooftops and a glimpse of the historic St. John's Cathedral.

The high, slanted ceilings and lots of natural light make Robin’s Nest airy and inviting. The full kitchen has enough room to cook a meal for two or reheat some leftovers from one of Savannah’s many exquisite restaurants. The stacked washer and dryer makes longer stays convenient, and the large screen TV and comfortable Queen sized bed means you’ll never have to worry about rainy days. This apartment also has a huge walk-in closet, and a full bath with standing shower.

You’ll be staying right next to J. Christopher’s, one of our favorite brunch spots! You’ll be able to see the Cathedral of St. John the Baptist, which underwent a major restoration to preserve their beautiful stained glass windows and architectural integrity, as soon as you step outside. Spend an afternoon wandering through Colonial Park Cemetery, the final resting place of many of Savannah’s earliest residents.

We can welcome your dog companions at this pet friendly home, but ask that you find other arrangements for cats, birds, and other furry friends. There is a $130 pet fee (non-refundable) with a 35 lb. maximum weight limit per dog and a limit of 2 dogs per reservation. Some homes may allow larger dogs, please inquire for more information.

Parking: Metered Parking
This unit has on-street, metered parking which is enforced by the City of Savannah Monday through Saturday from 8am to 8pm. You have the option of feeding the meter, parking in a nearby parking garage, or buying a parking pass from the Savannah Visitor Center.

We were able to walk to almost every attraction on our Savannah bucket list - this location can't be beat! When checking in, we had to receive a different code for the door than the one listed on the reservation, but the customer service staff picked up our call immediately and was very helpful and professional. The property was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely choose Lucky Savannah again!

Robin's Nest is a great property. The location is perfect and it was exceptionally clean. I will note that if you have any problems utilizing stairs, this is not the one to pick. We knew it was 4th floor walkup when booking. The last two flights of stairs are steep and narrow when carrying luggage. However, it will not keep us from considering this place again. We loved everything about it!

The unit is fairly small and on the 4th floor. The kitchen was well stocked. The bed was comfortable. There is not a whole lot of room in this unit and only I real chair to sit in. It was clean though. Great unit for a quick weekend stay - if there are only two people!

We truly enjoyed the location and our 4 days in Savannah. Booking, check in and checkout were very simple and efficient. We called to find out the door code due to the email code wasn’t working. The call was immediately answered and a new code opened up the door right away.

Simple room with a galley kitchen that we ended up not using due to the amazing food in Savannah. Bedding and room were very clean and convenient. Plenty of towels and very comfy sheets. A/c worked well even though we were at the top of the building and daytime temps were in the 90’s. All around very nice stay. The several flights of stairs were a little challenging after visiting the rooftop bars.

Robin's Nest was the best location we could have rented in Savannah! Everything we wanted to see was withing minutes and close to us. The condition inside the appartment was great with the exception of two significant issues that I must mention for future success:the bathroom sink was clogged and lots of ants in the kitchen. I must admit and appreciate for the prompt and efficient maintenance service. Aside from that, everything was in order and amazingly attractive. I will not say the same for the stairway though, which was dirty and smelly, however, I would definitely recommend this cozy and cute place to young couples being that it's on the 4th floor we don't think its recommendable for old folks like us! (Hilarious)

Savannah is a very walkable city. This location is right in the historic district. We don’t mind walking, so it was great! What I did not realize until after I booked, was that this particular apartment is on the fourth floor. The fact that it is named “The Robin’s Nest” should have been a clue! Is is in an older building so there is no elevator. But, we powered through. The only other issue is parking. You have to park in a metered space. We were there over a holiday weekend so we only had to worry about 1 day of paying for parking because it’s free after 6 on weekdays, and on weekends and holidays. We had moved to a space that you can pay through a mobile app. But, we failed to notice the sign about the street sweeper and got a ticket for being in the space when they came by. The apartment was nice, the bed was comfortable. We loved Savannah! It was a great trip!

I would recommendthis place if you don’t mind the stairs and not having a great view.

Such a centrally-located studio! My husband and I visited Savannah for a couple's getaway and didn't even need to rent a car... the historic district is very walkable and enjoyable to explore on foot with all the squares and old architecture. We also liked not having to fool with parking anywhere. The amenities of this studio include a spacious closet area next to the bed to stow luggage and hang clothing. Downsides were a small shower (watch out: hot/cold faucet directions are switched!) and the mattress was not very comfortable (could feel the springs, it would be better if it were replaced). When needing some extra pillows, the front desk was very responsive and hand-delivered them to our door. Very friendly and helpful staff! We didn't mind the 4th floor climb, especially because it meant we didn't have anyone making noise above us. So close everything we wanted to see and do. Overall, we would recommend this place for other travelers.

no closet, so no place to hang a shirt.
also the mattress needs to be flipped. the picture makes it look like it is away from the wall but it is really close to it, so the side of the bed near the night stand has a big sag in it.

This is a great place that is perfectly located right in the center of downtown Savannah. Very clean, very quite, and very cute. The only downfalls were a small shower and an uncomfortable bed. Otherwise, I would definitely stay here again!

The property was a very nice one bedroom/studio apartment located in the heart of Savannah 's beautiful downtown. It was a 4 floor walk up though - so not for the faint of health. The amenities were fine, but management was super professional and helpful.

We had to reserve this last minute rental due to an issue with the existing place we had reserved (not through Lucky Savannah). Lucky Savannah was more than accommodating on such short notice and even allowed our small dog to stay as well. The location is fantastic, very easy to walk to main attractions, restaurants, etc. or a very inexpensive Uber ride. The only con to this space is it is a 4 story walk up, but that was the only tiny flaw. Everything else was just perfect.

Loved the rental, very clean. I loved that we were given a few necessities in the rental, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher soap and garbage bags. Most rentals do not provide these items, they were a great bonus. This small act alone will make me choose Lucky Savannah again when looking for a place to rent. Great location we walked everywhere.

The stairs were worth the climb for the convenient location of this rental. My husband and I wore eyeblockers each night to catch extra ZZs due to the skylight and bright sunlight coming from the windows. The breaker in the kitchen went out once but maintenance came quickly to repair. There was no shower curtain liner which was interesting but not detrimental to our stay. I asked for extra pillows because I was pregnant and never got those, but I made due with the throws on the bed. We had such a great week that these minor issues did not detract from our stay! Great locatio!

Our stay in Robin’s Nest was exceptional. It was easy to book the apartment.The staff was friendly and helpful if we had a problem they was right on it. The app was very helpful also especially with the weather and things to do. The apartment was very clean and it felt like home. The location is perfect! You’re so close to everything. The steps to the apartment took some getting use to. But overall it was an amazing stay and experience! We loved it so much it was hard to leave. We’ve already recommended it to family and friends and we would definitely use this place again in the future!

Our stay here was quite nice. The space is open and the kitchen is lovely. The shower was smaller than we are used to so that took some adjustment. The room gets nice and cool which was needed for the hot weekend we stayed. We were in Savannah for a wedding and had a lot of encounters with the stairs haha. Being on the fourth floor got annoying after awhile and lugging our luggage up and down the stairs was a task to say the least. If you are elderly or not in shape I would not recommend staying in the Robins Nest. Also be mindful of the insects/roaches that infect many of the homes in Savannah. Not much you can do about it but it "bugged" us out.

Only things to keep in mind- the room is really bright so if you're planning on sleep in, bring an eye mask! AND keep all the windows closed, bugs.

I planned a short weekend getaway with my boyfriend and we were lucky enough to find this last minute. The apartment is just the right size and a short walk to anything you would need in Savannah! Overall the room was very nice, beautiful, and cozy. The bed was comfortable for my wife and I and the kitchen and bathroom were the perfect size for the two of us. The only problems were finding parking and that one of the window blinds did not function properly. Other than that our stay was a wonderful experience. The room is beautiful and the windows and skylight provide excellent views and lighting. Lastly be aware that Savannah has some homeless people hanging out like in most cities. They might confront you for money. There's good and bad everywhere. Be safe! Really enjoyed our stay!

We had a great time in this cozy and nice studio. Very clean and well taken care of, with basically everything you need for your stay (several clean towels, dish washer detergent, laundry detergent,... even a few bags of ground coffee! The only small thing I found annoying was not to have a microwave, given that most of the days we ate at restaurants and had leftovers that would had been much better warm..

The area is quiet and very well located, we basically walked everywhere from the apartment. The parking on street at least in this time of the year was super easy.

I would highly recommend this apartment!

Nice, quiet, and convenient! Just not for the faint of heart if you don't like stairs (there are 3 flights). You are right in the middle of it all at this location: great restaurants and Savannah's only downtown grocery store.

Small one bedroom condo in Historic Savannah- Good. Wasn't anticipating four flights of steps with no elevator access which was not mentioned online. Only other issue was no living space or place for guest to sit other than the bed.

This studio was in a wonderful location to downtown Savannah. We were able to park the car and pretty much leave it there our entire stay. The accommodations were very nice and the process of renting and getting all of the information we needed for our stay was extremely easy!

We had a wonderful time in Savannah and loved coming home to our Robin's Nest. Although it had a lovely kitchen, we never used it because we ate out every meal (who wouldn't in Savannah). We were even allowed to stay an extra night as I had given Erika the wrong date for our departure. She was very understanding and it saved us from being homeless...

Great location and clean. The mattress was horrible. We could not get a good nights sleep.
