Originally constructed in 1892, this meticulously renovated residence invites you to step into a world of southern elegance. The moment you enter, the warm embrace of this opulent home envelops you. Every detail has been carefully curated to ensure a welcoming and delightful stay in this bright and cheery abode.

The first floor boasts a formal living room that overlooks a beautifully manicured lawn, providing a picturesque setting for gatherings with friends. Adjacent to this space, the formal dining room features a dedicated bar, creating the perfect atmosphere for entertaining and hosting loved ones. Continuing on, the sunroom offers a cozy breakfast nook, an ideal spot for work or a shared meal for the family.

At the rear of the home, the chef's kitchen awaits, a culinary haven equipped with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, a spacious kitchen island, and everything needed to prepare intimate home-cooked meals. Guests will have access to two private parking spaces behind their home. All additional parking in this area is on-street, non-metered.

We can welcome your dog companions at this pet friendly home, but ask that you find other arrangements for cats, birds, and other furry friends. There is a $250 pet fee (non-refundable) with a 35 lb. maximum weight limit per dog and a limit of 2 dogs per reservation. Some homes may allow larger dogs, please inquire for more information.
