As you step inside, a spacious foyer welcomes you, leading to a sitting room bathed in natural light with sloped ceilings and a grand fireplace at its heart. This inviting space provides ample seating, encouraging intimate conversations and shared moments among guests.

The impressive chef's kitchen awaits beyond, featuring an open floor plan, a large kitchen island, and stainless steel appliances. The fully equipped kitchen is a delight for culinary enthusiasts, seamlessly connected to a formal dining area adorned with a mid-century solid teak wood table that seats eight. Here, guests can savor intimate meals in a stylish setting.

Small and large dogs, in addition to cats, are allowed at Mid-Century Sanctuary. For guests with pets, you will be required to pay an additional, non-refundable pet-fee of $250.

*Although our property is nestled on a private and tranquil lot, it's important for guests to be mindful of the proximity to the Forest City Gun Club. While the interior of the property provides a quiet retreat, please be advised that there may be audible sounds from the nearby firing range 2-3 days a week*
