After parking your vehicle in one of the multiple private off-street spaces, unlock the door and enter your delightful home away from home.

The first level is designed for entertainment, featuring a spacious main gathering area, a formal dining room, a chef's kitchen, and a powder room. Bathed in natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows, the gathering room offers ample plush seating for everyone. The formal dining room adjoins the space, but does not take away the ambiance of an intimate atmosphere for dinner. The well-appointed kitchen, located at the rear of the home, is equipped with all the essentials for preparing home-cooked meals, mixing cocktails, and more!

Both bedrooms are situated on the second level, showcasing meticulous attention to detail. The primary suite boasts a King size bed, ample storage space, a smart television and a luxurious ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom features a comfortable queen size bed, a spacious closet and a smart television. The cozy and charming third room upstairs can be utilized as a guest sleeping space, home office, yoga studio; the options are endless! Between the two guest rooms, you'll discover a full bathroom, perfect for rejuvenating with a hot, steamy shower in the spacious tub-shower combination.

Out back, a true oasis awaits you! A rare find in Savannah, the large courtyard provides a perfect space for your furry friends, children, or even adults to frolic and play. As dusk settles in, have a glass of wine under the enchanting glow of café lights. It will be hard to say goodbye to this home, but when you do venture out, you'll find amazing restaurants, coffee shops, and Forsyth Park just a drive away!

We can welcome your dog companions at this pet friendly home, but ask that you find other arrangements for cats, birds, and other furry friends. There is a $130 pet fee (non-refundable) with a 35 lb. maximum weight limit per dog and a limit of 2 dogs per reservation. Some homes may allow larger dogs, please inquire for more information.
