This second floor apartment is apart of collection of apartments in a historic home, established in 1854.

Comfort reigns here at Chatham Square Perch; Curl up with a book on the couch or one of several comfortable arm chairs around the apartment. A rainy day won’t be able to dampen your spirits as you relax in front of the large TV. Whether you're catching up on your favorite shows on the smart television, or playing a game of cards with your party, you'll have an ample amount of space to relax together.

Light and bright, the quaint yet well equipped kitchen overlooks Chatham Square, and sits just off of the living room. Prepare home cooked meals, or brew a morning cup of coffee before heading out on the town to start your day!

At the back of the apartment, with a tasteful mix of antique furniture, a four post king-size bed, and en suite bath with a tub-shower combination, the bedroom is a secluded retreat for two.

You’re just a quick walk from Mrs. Wilkes Dining House on Jones Street, where you’ll find some of the best Southern home cooking in the city. I stayed here with two friends. The apartment was cute, but was missing some things. I told the Airbnb host that there would be 3 of us, but the apartment only had 3 towels, two washcloths, and one hand towel. We thought that was odd. There is a washing machine, but since we were only there for 3 days it didn't make sense to do a load just for some washcloths. Also, be prepared for steep steps up to the apartment. The sofa bed was uncomfortable, which wasn't a surprise, but the main bed wasn't great either. All in all, it was a nice stay but could've been better.
