Light and bright, the quaint yet well equipped kitchen overlooks Chatham Square, and sits just off of the living room. Prepare home cooked meals, or brew a morning cup of coffee before heading out on the town to start your day!

At the back of the apartment, with a tasteful mix of antique furniture, a four post king-size bed, and en suite bath with a tub-shower combination, the bedroom is a secluded retreat for two.

You’re just a quick walk from Mrs. Wilkes Dining House on Jones Street, where you’ll find some of the best Southern home cooking in the city. I stayed here for a week visiting my daughter at SCAD and working remotely. I appreciated the layout, the desk for working right by the window, the cleanliness, and the bed was very comfortable. It is also in a great location - I walked to Crystal Beer Parlor and I am celiac so I love that restaurant! I also thought it was cool to be able to open up the door to get a little fresh air and sunshine into the bedroom! The couch was comfy, I used the extra chairs as a coffee table which was fine, and the lamps were nice at night. The rugs could use replacing as they are wearing, but they didn’t feel dirty. The white chair I did not sit in as that looked dirty as well. The kitchen could have used a few more supplies like a pizza tray and cutter and a mat to go under the dish dry rack since there was not a dishwasher, but I cooked eggs and made chicken and veggies. They also left some Savannah roaster coffee which I thought was a nice touch. You can hear the person living upstairs walking, etc. but it wasn’t enough to bother me. The stairs leading up to the space are tight and you have to carry your suitcase and groceries, but that’s Savannah! The location was perfect - everything is within a 20 minute walk. Overall, I would stay here again. Once I got into the space, if felt like my own private bungalow!

Great Location, 15 minute walk from everything Savannah

This was a great property for my wife and me. We stayed here while visiting our son, a student at SCAD. It was in a great location, walking distance to everything and about 1 block to Forsyth park. Just be aware there are step stairs you must climb in order to get to the second floor of the building.

Pretty good spot in Savannah w/ a great location

I stayed here with two friends. The apartment was cute, but was missing some things. I told the Airbnb host that there would be 3 of us, but the apartment only had 3 towels, two washcloths, and one hand towel. We thought that was odd. There is a washing machine, but since we were only there for 3 days it didn't make sense to do a load just for some washcloths. Also, be prepared for steep steps up to the apartment. The sofa bed was uncomfortable, which wasn't a surprise, but the main bed wasn't great either. All in all, it was a nice stay but could've been better.

Very pleasant stay at this location.
