Description

Walk outside and right into the heart of historic downtown. This fourth floor, two-bedroom apartment is located at Broughton and Barnard Streets - just steps away from most of Savannah's shops, restaurants, and bars.

Enter into the buildings secure lobby, and take the elevator up to your floor, where your Savannah condo awaits! The main living area is home to both the kitchen and dining and boasts wonderful views of the city. The space is bright, airy, and a perfect retreat perched above the city. The exposed brick, and hardwood floors will provide ambience to your Savannah stay in this historic building.

Both bedrooms are located away from Broughton Street ensuring a quiet nights rest. Each bedroom offers an ample amount of closet space, an ensuite bathroom, and a King size bed - What more could you ask for!

Start your day with a local brew from The Coffee Fox and make your way down to The Paris Market Brocante & Cafe for some retail therapy, recently voted "The South's Best Shop" by Southern Living. Head towards City Market and grab lunch in Little Duck Diner before starting a walking tour with Genteel and Bard. After learning of Savannah's rich history, cap the night with dinner at Chive Sea Bar & Lounge and drinks on the roof at Rocks on the Roof / Bohemian Hotel.

What is parking like for this home?
Parking for this home is on-street and metered, which is enforced by the City of Savannah Monday through Saturday, 8am to 8pm. Most guests will park their car in either a city- or privately-owned parking garage and pay a flat daily rate for the remainder of their stay.

We can welcome your dog companions at this pet friendly home, but ask that you find other arrangements for cats, birds, and other furry friends. There is a $130 pet fee (non-refundable) with a 35 lb. maximum weight limit per dog and a limit of 2 dogs per reservation. Some homes may allow larger dogs, please inquire for more information.

This unit is located within walking distance of River St and numerous restaurants, etc. The king bed in one bedroom is virtually on the floor and very difficult to get in and out of unless you are very agile. Had we known this, we would not have rented this unit. Problems with heat were quickly fixed by management which was very responsive to the problem.

This rental had great potential and definitely was cute and nice sized. Great location in the middle of downtown Savannah close to great restaurants and shopping. Street noise was a little loud but nothing a white noise machine didn't help. Like that there were bathrooms in each bedroom. The only complaint I had was the refrigerator did not work (they did give us two small dorm fridges), the dishwasher did not work and the wifi was very weak which did not allow the TV to work and it was hard to work on a computer while sitting at the table. Wouldn't mean I wouldn't stay again but knowing these things ahead of time would have been nice to know what to expect. Overall, charming place and would recommend just knowing that up front

The property was more worn down than I thought - water leakage spots on the sealing, rusted things in the bathroom. Also, the smoke detector was missing in the living room. There were wires hanging from where one used to be, but no smoke detector seen. Overall, the accommodations were nice. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen area was updated and the location was phenomenal!

It's in an older building but it is close to everything. The place overlooks Broughton street. The apt was clean and spacious. My only real issue was my bed broke just by sitting on it. I called the emergency line and the answered almost immediately. They offered to move us to another location but we had already unpacked (4people) so it would have been a challenge. We dealt with the broken bed for the night and it was fixed the next day. Someone was supposed to call me to chat about the issue but Noone ever did. I also found wet towels in washer.

Overall Excellent, grateful host gave no issue with our service dog. There is some street noise but not bad in bedrooms for sleeping. The loft could use a solid deep cleaning and overall freshening up. The beds were large and comfortable! Plenty of linens and some shower supplies which was a nice touch. Coffee was provided, also a nice touch. Great stay!

The loft was perfect for our relaxing getaway. Very centrally located to all the wonderful things Savannah has to offer. We could walk to everything and enjoyed the views from the loft.

Place was clean, located in the middle of everything. River was a easy 10 minute walk.Traffic noise can be a little issue but for us it wasn't. Parking can be a challenge but not to awful bad.

Great property in a great location! The condo is decorated with a bit of old and a bit of modern, giving a warm and inviting feeling, perfect for Savannah. There is plenty of space to comfortably lounge, and the sofas and beds were comfortable. It’s very easy to walk out your door to shops and restaurants or parks. Access to the building was easy and convenient. Parking garage is very and was affordable. All the right amenities were in the condo for us as well. Only negative was that Broughton is pretty loud at night. It’s just a function of the area. Also we think the family room of the condo next door backs up to the interior bedroom. We could here the neighbors talking until late. But I popped in some earplugs and slept great. We would and likely will stay there again! Overall the place was perfect!!

The room was clean and conveniently located. Everything you could possibly want/need is within a 1 mile radius. Beds are very comfortable. Management was very helpful and responsive before we arrived. Check in/out was super easy and the having codes instead of keys was great. It does have a few minor things that need to be addressed. The dishwasher was not working and we were not informed that the entire street was blocked for construction. Parking was almost non existent close to our room. Furniture needs to be replaced or repaired in the living area. Several plugs were not working. We did not spend much time in the room so most of this wasn't an issue for us but could be for others. Overall our stay was great. Just needs a little TLC.

The rental was spacious and great for two couples with the Savannah charm. The couches can definitely use and upgrade, and the cleaning crew missed previous guests’ dirty towels hanging on the back of the bathroom door. The beds were super comfortable! If you’re a light sleeper, there is currently construction on the road going on starting at about 8am

The location couldn't have been better! Literally in the middle of everything. The AC worked great which is a must have in the Georgia heat. It could have been cleaner though & the washer and drier did not work very well. There was construction outside that was super loud every morning but that's out of the control of the rental property owners. Overall I would stay here again.

This was a quaint little spot in a great location. It was close to many restaurants, stores and River St. Though the week when we were there it was a quiet location to return to at night and we never felt afraid walking the area.
The place was clean and comfortable, there was no hall noise as we were at the end of the hallway. The beds and furnishings were comfy, the pillows and bedding were clean and comfy for a good nights rest. The kitchen seemed to be fairly well equipped but all we used was the coffee pot and the refrigerator. We were pleased with the apartment, although it had a few little blemishes, but it is a beautiful old building with original windows.
The only problem we had was with the road construction, and we we talked to the rental company they were very understanding. I would recommend this place, but would suggest unless you want to get up at 8am or are a heavy sleeper that you ask if the construction is complete before you check in.
The apartment was as described, except the awning is now black not green and the living and dining room was changed around, but I thought it was better that way.
It was super comfy for 2 adult couples.
We had a great time, enjoyed our stay was very comfortable in the room. Easy access, check-in and check out. We would use this place again...after they finish the road. :)

The building, elevator, etc. is quite dingy and rundown. The apartment is bright and interesting, clean if you dont look under the kitchen cabinets--there are no kick plates. Unfortunatly I found this out looking at what my dog was obsessed about. The furniture is adequate, but very worn out. The windows rattled with the wind. It seems to be above a bar or club and there were weekend parties until the small hours. The location is excellent and we were able to take our dog so our stay was happy and comfortable (after we figured out how to turn the heat on!).
