As you approach Breezy Oaks, the property is enveloped by the timeless grandeur of majestic oak trees. Follow the inviting long driveway to the rear of the house, where you'll find ample parking for your guests, ensuring a hassle-free start to your retreat.

Step inside, and you'll be immersed in a spacious and bright open living area, with walls adorned with windows that flood the room with natural light. Sink into the embrace of comfortable plush sofas, enjoy entertainment on the smart flat-screen television, and feel the warmth underfoot from the heart of pine wood flooring that graces the main level.

Journey to the back of the home, and you'll find a beautifully appointed kitchen that offers ample space and every modern convenience you could desire. It's a haven for preparing quick beach meals or indulging in home-cooked delights for a memorable family night in. Adjacent to the kitchen, the formal dining space sets the stage for memorable gatherings, with seating for six fortunate guests.

On the opposite side of the home, two inviting bedrooms await, along with a generously sized bathroom adorned with original 1920s tile work. The main bedroom boasts a plush queen-size bed and a spacious closet, offering a cozy sanctuary for relaxation. The second guest room features two twin beds, making it perfect for children or solo travelers, with ample storage space for your belongings.

Outside, a separate cottage beckons with a third bedroom, featuring a comfortable queen bed and a well-equipped kitchenette. You'll also find a full-size washer and dryer, an ensuite bathroom, a plush sofa, and a smart television, ensuring your stay is as convenient as it is delightful.

Nestled in one of Thunderbolt's finest neighborhoods, this home is a short stroll from beloved local restaurants like Tubby's Tank House, Erica Davis Lowcountry, and Finches. We can welcome your dog companions at this pet friendly home, but ask that you find other arrangements for cats, birds, and other furry friends. There is a $130 pet fee (non-refundable) with a 35 lb. maximum weight limit per dog and a limit of 2 dogs per reservation. Some homes may allow larger dogs, please inquire for more information.

Needed landscaping, the grass was 6" high. Had a musty smell when first walked in. The dining room chairs are very worn with collapsed, sunken cushions. Some chairs were loose, flimsy and unstable to sit on. Kitchen area has no privacy shades or curtains from neighbors.
