Description

With five beds spread out amongst a two-story main home and adjacent carriage, 513 Liberty is the ideal home base for your girls weekend or family reunion trips. Walk up a short set of stairs from the sidewalk to enter the main home. The main level features a cozy living room, well-equipped kitchen, and a formal dining area. Two guests can be accommodated with the Queen sleeper sofa found in the living room. These guests can use the half bath just off the dining area. A laundry room down the hall includes a washer and dryer. Upstairs, two bedrooms with two full baths. The first bedroom has a King size bed and the other a Queen, both with en suite baths with standing showers. Unpack your suitcase and feel at home in the large dressers and full-size closets. Each bedroom comes equipped with a Smart TV.

The third bedroom and bath can be found in the carriage, a standalone apartment behind the home located on the second level. The rest of your party simply crosses the courtyard and walks up a secure flight of stairs. In the carriage, a well-designed living space with large, flat screen TV. The sofa pulls out to a Queen sleeper to accommodate an additional two guests as needed. The carriage also features its own kitchen with island, fully equipped with dishes, glasses, and cooking utensils. The bedroom has a Queen size bed with en suite bath, complete with standing shower.

What is parking like for this home?
Guests have access to 2 private parking spaces located in a garage off of the lane behind the home. Nearby parking is on-street and non-metered, although guests will need to be aware of the posted sweep zone signs.

This beautiful townhouse is ideally located in the iconic historic Savannah. Since, our preferred locomotion is walking this home is perfect. A few blocks North the river, and few blocks southwest Forsyth park and the historic squares. We thoroughly enjoyed the home for our 8 guests it was more than enough room. We eat breakfast each more as a family to plan our days adventures. The garage parking definitely a ++. Overall, would definitely stay again!!!!

Other than being given the wrong code to get into the home, the experience was amazing. The house and carriage house were modern, clean and spacious. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Had a great time St. Patrick's weekend at this large perfectly located rental. Staff was very friendly and responsive when our group arrived and needed a door key for the back carriage house. Definitely will be renting through Lucky Savannah again in the future.

We were in town for our daughters wedding... comfortably slept 10 people including the carriage house apartment.. which was great because the younger kids could have their own space. The living room kitchen dining room combined area is a large space ..it was a destination wedding it was comfortable to have five or six people stop by to say hi and then go on to their place. The natural lighting was perfect for the bride and the bridesmaids to do their make up the morning of the wedding and spacious enough to have a little brunch ..we enjoyed it immensely it’s furnished very nice.

Spacious unit! You have to LOVE a lot of stairs!
2car garage but for very small cars only! We had 3 cars & not 1 could we fit into the 2 single units! Parked on street in front of unit. Only disappointments.

We have stayed at many of the Lucky Savannah Properties over the last several years - this one has been the very best. Very roomy, very clean and within walking distance to almost everything in Historic Downtown Savannah.
