Situated one one of the wealthiest blocks, amongst Historic Mansions, this exquisite property stands out from the rest. Built in 1909, "The White House" features impressive architectural details, and has been renovated with fine finishes and furnishings to capture the true Historic essence of this show-stopping home.

Behind the grand entrance, you'll find a well appointed main floor with separate, grand and stylishly appointed living spaces. Guests will appreciate the architectural details that have been preserved to their original state, which includes the rich hardwood flooring, ornamental stone hearths with incredible hand details, crown molding, and high ceilings.

If you're the chef of the family, you'll be head over heels for the dream kitchen! This room boasts with natural light, offers an ample amount of prep space, marble countertops, high-end cabinetry, and top of the line appliances. Beyond the kitchen, a full-size washer and dryer is conveniently tucked away with a dedicated folding station and plenty of storage below. Avoid the stairs after folding all of your laundry, as you can find an elevator off of the kitchen, and send your fresh laundry up!

You’ll find the home’s four bedrooms spread out amongst 5,200 square feet, and three stories. The main bedroom has a king-size bed, ample closets and a full en suite bathroom. Off of the main bedroom, a quaint room includes a twin bed, perfect for young children. The second bedroom has additionally features a king-size bed, and a luxurious ensuite bathroom. A large, third bedroom features two twin beds. Moving over to the fourth bedroom, a Queen size bed is offered with plenty of storage. On the third floor, considered the loft, the space boasts with light, vaulted ceilings, and original windows, where another two private bedrooms can be found, each with full-size beds.

We can welcome your dog companions at this pet friendly home, but ask that you find other arrangements for cats, birds, and other furry friends. There is a $250 pet fee (non-refundable) with a 35 lb. maximum weight limit per dog and a limit of 2 dogs per reservation. Some homes may allow larger dogs, please inquire for more information.
