Description

You’ll enjoy a secured entry during your stay at this luxury condo in the heart of the Hostess City of the South. Located one block south of Broughton Street, this newly renovated property has three bedrooms and two full baths, and can comfortably accommodate up to Five Lucky guests.

The building offers a secured entrance into the lobby, with shared elevator access - Makes hauling luggage a breeze! The condo boasts with natural light, and features a spacious living, kitchen and dining area creating an open living environment. This space features a wall-mounted smart TV, and an ample amount of seating provides guests with plenty of space for everyone to be together!

The three spacious bedrooms have plenty of closet space, so you can unpack and settle in during your stay. Two of the bedrooms offer a wall-mounted smart TV, for those relaxing nights in, and ensuite bathrooms. One bathroom can be accessed from the hall for ease of use for other guests in your party!

You’ll be steps away from the city’s most sought after attractions – bustling River Street, Broughton Street shopping, Telfair Museum, Lucas Theater, the Cathedral, Forsyth Park and more – are all within easy walking distance. Want to spend an evening in? Take the stairs from the third floor to the building’s rooftop deck with outdoor dining tables, corn-hole, lounge chairs, two gas grills, cafe lights and gorgeous views of Savannah!

Great location and clean. Stuck in elevator first night. Missing remote to one of tvs. They did bring new remote the next day. Really good view from room of street. Roof top can use something like a firepit or anything more interesting . Kind of a waste, view is blocked so not as great an amenity as it appeared. Overall, I would recommend. I think I’d look for something with a better unobstructed view.

Whitaker Street was located a short walk from shopping and restaurants. Once we arrived we parked in a nearby parking garage and walked everywhere even though our mom was in a wheelchair. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and well equipped. In unit 304 there was even a sleeper sofa giving each of us our own bed. We would stay there again.

Our Whitaker Street Unit 304 was perfect for us 4 ladies. The location is perfect, with easy walks everywhere. Our unit was roomy, clean, and comfortable. We didn't have any issues with any of our codes (and there are 3 of them). The one recommendation for anyone who is a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. Yes, the walls are thin and with the great location of the unit, there is also a lot of street noise that comes through. The building next door (the white one in the picture) is undergoing major renovation and the crews work A LOT.

So I'm just back from a girls weekend in Savannah and we rented Whitaker #304. The staff I interacted with were all super professional & helpful. We were able to check in early and check out late for a fee. You can only request these within 24 hours prior.
The location is awesome, the entrance is in the alley off Whitaker.
As other reviewers had stated, the walls are super thin, I brought a noise machine and it helped.
The roof deck is definitely in need of some help, there were no lounge chairs out and no umbrellas to be able to sit up there in the afternoon sun to enjoy it. The deck paint is peeling.
I will say that the furnishing could use an update or a little refresh but overall, it was good.
If I were to stay next time I would rent a unit with a private balcony- the description lists it for 304 but I believe it was only for the roof deck.

location was great. We could walk to almost everything we wanted to do. Customer service was great when we had a couple of questions. History trolley tour was awesome and loved the riverfront restaurants.

Staying at the Whitaker Collection was awesome! Easy to access, lots of space and a fun rooftop! Would definitely stay again. There were 3 of us (sisters) and it was the perfect space!!

We had no problems with the u it . Nice and very clean . Only problem it states that you have on street parking . Not true ! No where to park , we had to leave flashers on while we sit in alley to unload our stuff. So just find a parking garage and do not by the parking pass!

It was okay...just ok...

The location is definitely a plus, but beyond that, there is not much to write home about.

The space was awkward and there is not enough interior design or space planning that would allow a group staying in the three bedrooms to be comfortable. You are cramped underneath the is weird.

The lead picture shows a roof top deck, which was locked. We wrote to the management company about a code to get up there and got no response. Other guests mentioned that they wrote as well without response. We had all rented the unit b/c of the rooftop.

The walls are paper thin. While laying in bed, we could here the people chatting in the unit next-door.. They weren't rowdy, just chatting.

The doors are heavy and loud and you can every person come and go.

The bed was comfortable enough, the place was clean, but I would never stay here again based on the reasons above.

The condo had a great location, and you can walk to about everything. Although, the parking was very difficult. We had to park on the streets(and good looking finding a place) we drove around a lot trying to find somewhere to park. We got a parking permit since the parking places were on a meter. You also have to be aware of the times on the parking places since the street sweepers come through at night. The condo itself was redone in good taste, but there were a few things that were broke when we got there. It had about everything you need, and we felt safe there as the building has codes for every door. Overall, it was a good condo for what we wanted it for.

My friends and I had an amazing time here! The location was absolutely perfect—there were so many restaurants, bars, and stores all within walking distance. The place was exactly as pictured and it was very clean. Once we found the correct entrance, the check-in process was easy. Checking out was also very easy. This place had plenty of towels, soap (laundry, hand, and dish soap), cups, dishes, etc. for our group of 5. Overall, we had a great experience and we would definitely stay here again!

The property was in a great location for all of the activities that we had planned. Historic sites were within walking distance except Bonaventure Cemetery but that was an easy pickup from a local tour provider. The street was very busy at all hours of the day and night so the street side bedroom was noisy. The property management employees were very helpful and responsive to our requests.

Property was in a great location, easy access, very clean. Only a few small hangers in the closets, no trash pal in the bathrooms. Just small details someone should take note of. Otherwise, place was perfect and accommodating.

Very nice! Safe and secure, clean and well equipped. Noisy but we had a sound machine for our little one so no problem at all. Great location, tons to do within walking distance. Definitely check out the roof deck!

This was a really lovely find which we were all delighted with. The apartment is spacious and clean, with a big communal kitchen/living area. Not hugely cozy to sit in, but on a city break it's assumed you're not spending too much time inside the apartment.
Ideal central location and not noisy, and the rooftop is wonderful. The company were also really quick to respond to any questions we had over email etc. Would highly recommend.

We went on a HS reunion trip. We looked through so many rentals that we picked the wrong one since this one did not have the balcony. But that was our fault. You can hear everything in the hallway, elevator, etc. Someone was beating on our door late at night the last night we were there. We did not answer but kind of scary. The roof top was nice but so dang out in Savannah right now. We had a few hiccups for the rental. The biggest was the remotes for the rooms. The guest room was missing both remotes. Two people came up to fix it and were there for over 30 minutes. My friend was in a towel and trying to get dressed. Most people would have just brought the 2 remotes rather than trying to fix the TV with the remotes from the other room. We never could watch TV in either bedroom but we weren't having them try to fix it again. Also, we got to Savannah at 3pm, an hour before check in. They said they would text us when our room was ready. We waited the full hour without a text and no one came out of our unit. It would have been nice to be able to enter the unit if it was ready. The shower pressure was GREAT! The place was nice and clean. The location was a tad further than we would have liked but at least we didn't have tons of street noise.

Great location! Short walk to river street and all attractions. Apartment did not have many dishes or glasses. There were no trashcans in the bathrooms and bedrooms. Signs on the bathroom walls ask to put all trash in trash can but there were no trashcans. Overall, this was a great rental. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Savannah.
