Description

You’ll enjoy a secured entry during your stay at this luxury condo in the heart of the Hostess City of the South. Located one block south of Broughton Street, this newly renovated property has three bedrooms and two full baths, and can comfortably accommodate up to Five Lucky guests.

The building offers a secured entrance into the lobby, with shared elevator access - Makes hauling luggage a breeze! The condo boasts with natural light, and features a spacious living, kitchen and dining area creating an open living environment. This space features a wall-mounted smart TV, and an ample amount of seating provides guests with plenty of space for everyone to be together!

The three spacious bedrooms have plenty of closet space, so you can unpack and settle in during your stay. Two of the bedrooms offer a wall-mounted smart TV, for those relaxing nights in, and ensuite bathrooms. One bathroom can be accessed from the hall for ease of use for other guests in your party!

You’ll be steps away from the city’s most sought after attractions – bustling River Street, Broughton Street shopping, Telfair Museum, Lucas Theater, the Cathedral, Forsyth Park and more – are all within easy walking distance. Want to spend an evening in? Take the stairs from the third floor to the building’s rooftop deck with outdoor dining tables, corn-hole, lounge chairs, two gas grills, cafe lights and gorgeous views of Savannah!

A shared washer and dryer can be found in the hallway of the third floor common area for convenience.

Perfect location off the main drag, but still close enough to walk everywhere. Basically a 2-2 with baths attached and a smaller single bed off of one of the masters.

Unit was mostly clean and well maintained. A little hair on the wall behind the bathroom door. The HVAC intake was very dusty. There is a lot of street noise, as expected for the location. The rooftop is not quite as nice as shown in the photo: there is NO shade. The furnishings were fine. Kitchen fairly well equipped.

I’ve stayed in several locations in Savannah and have always found the area to be easily walkable. This particular location was great but the building has extremely thin walls within the unit and between the units. Further, the unit didn’t have any extra pillows or blankets and didn’t appear to be cleaned very well either. Definitely wasn’t the experience I was hoping for but we made the best of it.

First, I will say that we chose this property because we have a family member in a wheelchair and the fact that there were no stairs were a big plus. There is an elevator in this building. The elevator doesn't go to the rooftop deck, so we couldn't use it considering we couldn't get the wheelchair up there. It should be mentioned in the profile IMHO. The building is located very close to Broughton and just a couple more blocks to the Riverfront, and you can walk just about anywhere in town from here.
The unit itself was modern and mostly sufficient. Although I will say the kitchen is sparse if anyone were planning to cook there. But considering most people are probably eating out, it's likely not an issue. The bedrooms are large, but could use some side tables. The lighting in the place is jenky - not sure who the electrician was - but there are either all the lights on or no lights on. And there is very little lighting in the bedrooms. The small bedroom had a small desklamp and a tiny overbed lamp. Bathrooms are updated and showers are nice. They could leave more than one towel per person, or some cleaning products. And if you are going to leave coffee (which was nice so we didn't have to buy for two days) it would be great to have some creamer and sugar.
Lastly, just note that there are 4 apartments on each floor, and so you have neighbors. Our neighbors went out late at night and came in and out screaming between midnight and 4am, so that was awesome. Just keep in mind you won't know who your neighbors will be. Overall, location makes it worth it.

This rental was in a great location, close to everything. Very clean and comfortable. Communication excellent. Would stay again. My only request is for more comfortable pillows :)

Property was as described, neat, clean and tidy. The property was conveniently located (within walking distance) of all the amenities of the downtown area. parking is a challenge, so if you are flying in and only staying in the downtown area, a rental car is not necessary and lyft/uber can get you to/from the airport.

We had a family vacation and rented 4 units in the building for the weekend. The Whitaker Street Collection is in a great location. Easy walking to everything. Parking is only 2 blocks away. The building is somewhat noisy at night. We had 2 bachelorette parties near us and they were loud and walls are thin. So, bring a noise machine for sleeping. Otherwise would stay there again.

Five friends met and we had a wonderful time. This location was perfect, we didn’t need a car, and all the restaurants and tours were near by. Great location. The property management was very helpful and responded to all questions promptly.

My husband and I stayed with another couple at this location for a long weekend. It was a great location, we left our cars in a parking garage all weekend and walked everywhere. The rental was plenty spacious for the 4 of us with a small extra bed that would have accommodated one additional guest (like a kid). The bathrooms are small, but there is extra shelving in the bedroom for toiletries and such. The kitchen only has bgg basics, which was ok since we didn't try to cook, but we were hand washing coffee mugs and glasses every day! I did not think it was as noisy as other reviewers commented, we had no noise issues that were disruptful. We could not get the TV's in the bedrooms to work, maybe battery issues? But since we didn't try them until the night before we left, we didn't try to get them fixed. All in all this was a great rental.

Whitaker Street Collection is in a very convenient location. The unit was clean and cozy. I would suggest ceiling fans in the bedrooms as the rooms tend to get hot if sleeping with the door closed. The rooftop deck was very nice however the grills had no gas for grilling. We called about this issue but it was not resolved. In addition, the corn-hole boards that are mentioned in the description were missing.

The town house we rented was very nice & located in a convenient section of town. The only complaint I would render is that it was extremely hard to find, even with the physical address it took us about an hour to find. Although we had to cut our stay very short due to family emergency. I would still highly recommend the use of this flat.

We had a great time in Savannah. Initial impression was great. Loved the layout and location. But the walls are paper thin. We heard entire phone conversations between guests that were in the unit beside us. We could hear ice being dispensed out of the neighbors refrigerator. It would've been nice to be able to be on rooftop after 11pm. We didn't have any remotes in our bedroom and batteries were dead in the remote in the other bedroom. Good thing we weren't inside for very long. Location was great, room was clean and access checking in and out was great. Probably wouldn't stay there again because of the outside noise.

This condo was in a great location and was very clean and spacious. We had an issue with the shower in the master bath not draining and they sent someone to fix it right away. This unit doesn't have a balcony, even though it's listed, so just be aware if you were looking for that. There were about 10 wire hangers total between the 3 bedrooms, and the kitchen isn't very well stocked if you plan on cooking and eating in a lot. However, we ate all of our meals out. It is also a little loud because the doors are so heavy, and we heard a lot of doors opening and closing in the hallway throughout the night (we weren't there during the day). However, it definitely wouldn't deter us from staying again. This location was absolutely perfect, we walked everywhere. The rooftop deck was wonderful. Communication with the property management was great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again and would recommend to others.

Everything was perfect except the elevator was not working when we arrived and the kitchen is understocked. Everything otherwise our stay was really nice. The unit is clean and reasonably new.the living room will only hold four people total. The roof deck was great in the evenings.

You are walking distance to everything you would want to see and do in the city. After visiting for over ten years, this is by far the best location I have stayed in to see and do everything.

Overall, I would stay hear again.
