Part of our family has been to Savannah on multiple occasions while my wife and I visited for the first time. The location of the property put us in the middle of a lot of different areas that made exploring the city and visiting the restaurants and bars easy.

The only issue we had was the elevator. At the beginning part of our stay the four of us got stuck on the elevator. It was warm and one of our party does not like tight-enclosed areas. We called and told help was on the way. We ended up prying the doors open that put is in the basement in a utility room. All together we were there for 30+ minutes. We would have appreciated a follow-up phone call apologizing for the inconvenience. The only call we did receive was a general message to all guests that the elevator was down for the day due to maintenance.

We contacted the manager one day prior to our arrival about an early check in. No response. We contacted the manager twice about basic kitchen items that were not supplied. No response until our second phone call. In short, I would never do business again with this organization.

Easy booking and good communication from management. Clean and good location. Wish there was a couch or more living room furniture. Also wish there was more kitchen stuff like glasses, salt and scissors as well as typical cooking stuff. Would book again for a small party if I didn’t have my family with me.

Won't stay here again. Room 301.

I stayed here for the week before Christmas, 2020. I was attending training for my job. My wife and daughter accompanied me to do sight seeing.
I wanted to be able to cook my own meals and get have a home away from home during my training.
The good: The apartment was clean. There were sufficient items in the kitchen for me to cook meals. The grills on the balcony were operable. The TVs have local cable. Wi-Fi seemed to work fine.
The not good: There were light bulbs out in the apartment. The main bedroom bathroom door could only be opened 1/2 way. The king bed and 2 night stands are too large for the room width. Both bedrooms have windows along the alleyway. The living area has windows along Whitaker. The windows are single pane and not at all sound proof. There were frequently drunk or arguing individuals in the alley at all hours of the late night and morning. My wife described it as like sleeping in a tent. All three of us were woken up multiple times each night of our stay. There is limited and insufficient clothing storage in drawers or hanging. There are water heaters in both bedroom closets, no dressers, and very few hangers provided. There were no instructions on turning on the upper lighting on the balcony. The deadbolt can not be engaged on the front door. There is no internal secondary lock on the front door. There are vents in each bathroom but apparently no exhaust fans. Both the sink and tub in the main bedroom were slow to drain. The elevator inspection sticker showed well past its stated expiration date. The living area TV has no streaming apps. Finding parking nearby can be challenging. There is no couch only single, non reclining chairs in the living room. This apartment has many windows. Nearly all window shades had broken strings on the raising side. NO windows had screens.
The management company app never worked for me using the same log in as through the web site it would not accept the credentials. The stove hood exh fan does n

Great location central to everything in the historic distric. Apartment was clean. I would have liked storage in the bedrooms to be able to unpack suitcases and more comfortable furniture in the living room but those are minor details. Because the the unit is located in such a central area, it is a little noisy during busy travel times. Overall, great place to stay.
