You’ll enjoy a secured entry during your stay at this luxury condo in the heart of the Hostess City of the South. Located one block south of Broughton Street, this newly renovated property has three bedrooms and two full baths, and can comfortably accommodate up to Five Lucky guests.

The building offers a secured entrance into the lobby, with shared elevator access - Makes hauling luggage a breeze! The condo boasts with natural light, and features a spacious living, kitchen and dining area creating an open living environment. This space features a wall-mounted smart TV, and an ample amount of seating provides guests with plenty of space for everyone to be together! Just off of your living space, you can enjoy your private balcony overlooking Whitaker Street.

The three spacious bedrooms have plenty of closet space, so you can unpack and settle in during your stay. Two of the bedrooms offer a wall-mounted smart TV, for those relaxing nights in, and ensuite bathrooms. One bathroom can be accessed from the hall for ease of use for other guests in your party!

You’ll be steps away from the city’s most sought after attractions – bustling River Street, Broughton Street shopping, Telfair Museum, Lucas Theater, the Cathedral, Forsyth Park and more – are all within easy walking distance. Want to spend an evening in? Clear communication, easy check in and check out, friendly staff held our luggage for us after checkout, and the location couldn’t have been any closer to all the top spots in Savannah. Highly recommend.

We were thrilled all around with this unit! The location was perfectly located between the hustle and bustle and quiet streets of Savannah! We were a stones throw away from tons of restaurants, shops, and places to grab a drink! The unit itself was larger than we anticipated and very clean! We would definitely stay here again!

I have stayed in mini vacation rentals and have a vacation rental of my own and I was disappointed in this stay for a couple ofreasons. The first reason is that the place is very cheaply decorated and part of the reason I choose vacation rentals over hotels is for the attention to detail and individuality but hotels often do not provide. The other issue I had with the accommodations was the amount of noise, not from the street but from the building itself. The walls seemed paperthin and I could hear every chair move and every conversation happening in the unit next to us. Lastly, the rooftop area looked nothing like the pictures online. There were filled up ashtrays all over the place and it look like something more in keeping with a college experience than a vacation experience. We were excited to utilize the rooftop when we booked the place but after seeing it we did not go back upstairs.

This was the perfect place for a girls trip! Very spacious and clean. And we definitely used the space. Cooked several meals in the kitchen, enjoyed coffee and cocktails on the balcony, and we all had the privacy we needed. Plus everything we wanted to do in Savannah was in easy walking distance. The walls were pretty thin and we could hear other rooms at night, but nothing a sound machine couldn't cover up. Also it was raining pretty heavy when we arrived and the street in front of the door didn't drain very well. But overall we had a great time! Highly recommend it!

Love booking with Lucky Savannah! We have rented many times with them all over Savannah. This location was great. A block or so off Broughton and easy up access. We parked in the deck about 2-3 short blocks away and it worked out fine. There is currently construction on the building directly across the street so there is little street traffic on that side. The rental can hear the others around it and above it. Overall, really enjoyed the place. Space was nice, clean, easy to access, etc.

Nice apartment older but was very clean Lucky Savannah is a great host they get right back to you if you need anything would highly recommend all there rentals we will go back and only use there properties.

We had 5 adults staying in the unit to visit family for the holidays. The rental was spacious for sleeping and kitchen/dining purposes. We would have liked a larger living area space, since we had family visiting at times, but it worked out fine. The rooftop space was great, although could have been maintained a little better/nicer.

The walls are thin, so much so, you can hear your neighbors snoring. So, if you are a light sleeper, I would suggest ear plugs. We would recommend that there are more towels left for guests, both in the bathrooms and the kitchen. Also, it would be helpful if there were trash cans in all bathrooms.

Rental is in a great location and it is easy to walk just about everywhere. Lots of restaurants and bars in the area.

The elevator only worked for one of the 5 days we were there, which was unfortunate given we had my older mother there as well as family with a baby visiting. Made it challenging for her to walk up/down stairs and was also for a baby with a stroller.

This was a great setup for a group of friends to stay for a long weekend in Savannah. We were worried from other reviews about noise, and while sound did pass easily through walls in the building, we didn't have any issues. The app was helpful for keeping track of details. Overall, it was a lovely apartment in an excellent location.

Overall, the property for four adults was great It was spacious and walkable to everything downtown with a ten-minute walk to Riverwalk the unit had all the amenities needed, everything is well updated, comfy beds, lots of amenities, Love the shower fixtures a plus for the hot showers The issue(s) we had on the 2nd floor unit, the walls are defiantly thin as previously mentioned in other reviews. At night coming from another unit, We could hear water running, someone talking and drawers closing All our floors were filthy Need a definite wash It may help to eliminate the drain gnats Also, need more outlets in the King size bedroom one was blocked from the closet need another by nightstand. We loved the decor and paintings that greet you in the hallways and your unit We also enjoyed the balcony along with the 3rd floor walkup rooftop The elevator was working for us The security of getting in building was somewhat cumbersome at first but after that we were pros We got to hangout late night as well as patronizing some nearby restaurants and shopping We had breakfast at Maple Street biscuit Co and Broughton St and at Market Street, although we spent most of our time at Riverwalk.
The area we stayed appeared safe with no issues, cameras everywhere and well-lit We used the public parking lot 2-3 blocks over on State St. As for Lucky Savannah, its customer service was excellent in addressing my concerns prior to our four-night stay. Make sure to bring coffee for filter, no Keurig Would consider using this property again for off peak season.

Friends and I stayed at 204 on Whitaker St. for a girls' weekend and it was a decent pick. Location-wise, the unit is close to everything. You are at the center of all the spots in Savannah and can walk everywhere. The location was safe and not too loud. Parking is off-site, but the Bryan Street parking garage was only $15 for a Friday-Sunday stay (10 min walk).

Only negative is that it was kind of expensive for the condition of the unit. The floors were dirty/dusty and made our feet black. I had to wear slippers. The living room seating feels/looks like old office lobby seating. The patio furniture was torn. There was pink mildew on the shower curtains and the dishwasher wouldn't turn on. The walls are also thin. We could clearly hear someone else's conversation in another unit through one of our bedrooms.

This was a last minute booking for us. I was aware of the furniture being outdated based on the other reviews, but I did not expect the dirty floors. I do think that the nightly rate should reflect the outdatedness of the unit or new furniture should be added. Other than that, it was okay. The management team was really nice when I had to talk to them about booking and checking out.

I enjoyed the stay here. The place is modern and appears recently remodeled. It had a few flaws but it served its purpose to allow five of us to stay comfortably and eat some meals at home while on vacation. The master bed was a little firm but sleepable. It was a queen. The second bedroom had a king which was nice. The small twin was soft and comfy. The only flaws were that the dishwasher had dirty dishes in it when we arrived. And there were three maintenance issues that need to be addressed. One door was literally falling off the hinges because of stripped screws. But we just didn’t use it. There was construction outside but not too early in the morning except one day we kept hearing the beeping light of something backing up. Overall I would stay here again

The fan in the diningroom did not work. the batteries in the master bedroom for the roku remote were dead. There is no cable in the bedrooms, only roku or some type of movies. The 3rd bedroom does not have a tv in it. There was a handle tore off the laundry room and one tore off in the 3rd bedroom. There was black on the shower curtain in the master bathroom and also the shower curtain was torn off about 3-4 hooks. The master bathroom door would not shut to the livingroom side unless you picked up on the door. You enter through the alley side right next to the dumpsters.

This location was fantastic. We walked to all the sites and never needed a car to get around. Parking is off site two blocks away.
The property manager was very responsive to a minor maintenance issue and housekeeping came with extra bedding the same day we requested it.
The location is very close to everything so there is a lot of traffic around the building. It was never a problem for us but other people might find the noise intrusive. The balcony became our favorite spot to wind down and people watch.

Overall, this condo fit our needs. We could hear everything happening in the condo next to us, however. I felt like I was attending the bachelorette party! Luckily we were in town for a wedding and our schedules coordinated with theirs. :) If you are a light sleeper, this is not the place for you. The living room sofa blocked access to one of the balconies.

The first thing I want to point out is how well located this is! You're basically walking distance from most places, including River Street! Other than that, it was more spacious than I expected, with a great balcony and rooftop patio. I would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was a very nice size and located perfectly in the historic district. The bedrooms and baths were large enough, but if you like any support in your pillows I suggest that you bring your own. As stated in other reviews, the walls are thin, but it wasn't terribly loud. Overall, it was a great experience and I highly recommend it over a hotel.

A group of 13 girls from CT flew to Savannah for a bachelorette party weekend. We got two units for the weekend, one with a communal area to hang out in and one (unit 204) as the "quiet" room. Unit 204 was just right, upstairs and off the street with lots of beds. It's in a great location so we could walk everywhere from it. Felt very safe and had no issues during our stay.
