Description

You’ll enjoy a secured entry during your stay at this luxury condo in the heart of the Hostess City of the South. Located one block south of Broughton Street, this newly renovated property has five bedrooms and three full baths, and can comfortably accommodate up to eleven Lucky guests.

This condo offers a secured entrance into the buildings lobby, with a shared elevator for ease of access to your unit! This condo boasts with natural light, and features a spacious living, kitchen and dining area creating an open living environment. This space features a wall-mounted smart TV, and an ample amount of seating provides guests with plenty of space for everyone to be together! Just off of primary suite, you can enjoy your private balcony overlooking Whitaker and York Street.

The five spacious bedrooms have wall-mounted, Smart TV's and plenty of closet space, so you can unpack and settle in during your stay. There are two full bathrooms ensuite the double Twin bedrooms just off of the hallway, the first with a shower tub combo and the second with a walk in shower. The 3rd bathroom is ensuite to the King primary bedroom with a walk in shower. This bathroom also has a 2nd door so it can be accessed from the hallway as well as the bedroom.

You’ll be steps away from the city’s most sought after attractions – bustling River Street, Broughton Street shopping, Telfair Museum, Lucas Theater, the Cathedral, Forsyth Park and more – are all within easy walking distance. Want to spend an evening in? Take the stairs from the third floor to the building’s rooftop deck with outdoor dining tables, corn-hole, lounge chairs, two gas grills, cafe lights and gorgeous views of Savannah!

Lucky Savannah provided this property when the original property rented had a safety issue. LS was very professional and made our Savannah experience enjoyable. All good.

overall is was nice, we certainly found 2 towels per person for 5 days not acceptable. Also when we asked for trash bags etc. they responded quickly but never gave enough for our entire stay. I personally resent having to run dishwasher when leaving and taking out the trash!!

This was a great location in Historic Downtown. The unit itself was very nice and spacious. However, the cleanliness was lacking. The floors were filthy and bathrooms were not cleaned well.

We Have used Lucky Savannah several times and always been super satisfied with their properties, however this property was a disappointment. The property was not as clean as expected. Leftover food in oven drawer, Balcony furniture was super dirty . Large Windows were very dirty . Dishwasher door broken. Ad stated T.V. In every bedroom ,however only 2 bedrooms had a T.V. Very noisy through the walls from other condo . For a positive, the location was great .

We used this rental for a family gathering. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms available. Each room with 2 twin beds had their own bathroom and the other 3 bedrooms shared a bathroom. Only 2 of the bedrooms have windows the main bedroom and the room with 1 twin bed. The other bedrooms are interior rooms. We had 7 adults in our group but the dining room table only seated 6. The kitchen was well equipped. The rental was clean and there was no problem with outside noise at night. We had to call maintenance to replace 2 lightbulbs in the dining room and the living room light & fan did not work during our stay. The location was easy walking distance to the downtown area and restaurants. We felt very safe walking around the area. Parking was convenient in the State St. parking garage a couple blocks away. There was no street parking available. There was a Kroger located about 1 1/2 miles away if you want to stock the kitchen with food or beverages. We would definitely stay in this rental again.

The location was great. We were there to celebrate a birthday. The unit highlights were plenty of beds. The cons were that it was not cleaned properly. There was grease over the cabinets on top of the stove and tape left on the cabinets from a prior guest that must have hung something. The place needs painting and above the mirror lots of paint was missing. My guess is that it was also used to hang things from prior renters. Also the coffee table finish was coming off all over the top and edges. The rooms were very neat and clean. They left a used towel In The shower in one bath room and none of us used that room. In addition some of the curtains were hung inside out and the poles were missing end tabs. So closing them by hand took some care as they could fall off. Cigarette butts were left in the balcony off main living room at the base on the sliding doors. Also the kitchen needed supplies. We had no mixer and items were scarce. The iron turned on and off and only one half of the toaster worked. We were disappointed. We would like to be reimbursed for cleaning and also have the expectation was not met.

The Condo is as described. It's in the heart of the historical district, walking distance from city market, river street and many other attractions. Accommodations were very good; we especially enjoyed the rooftop deck. The cooking pans and utensils were limited,, some of the beds were a little firm and as described in other reviews the walls are paper thin when it comes to sound.

We rented this space for a girls’ trip. The best part about it is the location. We were walking distance from shops, restaurants and activities. The condo was clean and had a variety of room configurations. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony. One disappointment was that the lounge chairs pictured on the roof top were not there, only metal tables & chairs.

The beds and number of bathrooms were very nice for a large family. The apt was rather warm because of all of the windows but the black out curtains helped.

While we had a lot of fun during our trip, our stay was a little more difficult than we would have liked. Our first night at the Canterbury house was perfect and what we expected. After arriving back to the house the second day, it was 85 degrees in the rental. We called to get maintenance to come out. They called back around 10 that night saying that we would have to move to a new rental that night after we had been drinking for a couple hours. The new rental is one of their new properties and was very nice. But we were with three couples, and one couple had to sleep in two twins beds, on top of all of us now having to pay $20 a day to park as there was no free parking at the new place, as well as not having any WiFi in the new place. There was one room (the main bedroom it seemed) that also did not have air circulation. To have to spend hours moving all of our stuff and spend a day in the rental that was 85 degrees, with no offer of a discount was a little disappointing. We did have a lot of fun regardless, but it would have been nice to have a little more attention to the problems we experienced.

Loved that we had mostly single beds. Great space for a large group. Well located. Only thing I’d change is access to bathrooms. Two were inside bedrooms which left only one common one that everyone used.

Very spacious place for a downtown location. We were a block away from nightlife and food going towards the river. And a block away from history and very nice streets and historical areas going south. Great location. Loved the outdoor areas. Rooftop was awesome. Clean grills. Balcony was perfect and we had views to downtown. Price was good renting on a weekday. The listing showed 2 bathrooms - we were very surprised and happy to discover a 3rd bathroom. The 2 bedrooms with twin beds each have a private bath. Another bath to share between the 2 rooms with queen. Smart layout for 2 families traveling with kids. Parking in the suggested garage was close and only $13 a day. Compares to $35 plus at a hotel.
Would recommend the place.

Super convenient location! We were right downtown and walked just about everywhere we needed to go. Ride shares were easy to get both for spending a day at Tybee Island and for getting to and from the airport. Also, plenty of bathroom space for 9 girls to get ready in efficient time!

When we arrived we were greeted by the friendly staff who were very accommodating by storing our luggage until check in and offering a room to change! The location is perfect. Walking distance to everywhere made it easy with our large group. Savannah Smiles dueling piano bar is a must see and don't forget the Savannah Slow Ride Pedal tour. River Street was a blast. Be sure to visit the Top deck Rooftop bar and get their Mimosa tower. The property was great. The beds were comfortable and the unit was clean. We loved our private balcony, I suggest you stay in a corner unit where you will get an oversized one. The rooftop was a nice bonus and they even had a grill. Check in and check out were very easy as well. We would love to go back again in the future.

We were a group of 10 women in our 40s and 50s and this was the perfect place for us to stay. I have no idea why they advertise this as 2 bathroom - there are 3 bathrooms! We walked everywhere. We thought we had an issue with the refrigerator so we called the office and someone came right away. Great location, THREE BATHROOMS, clean, great service.

For the money spent on 3 nights, there should have been enough of the basic necessities to get us by - trash bags, coffee, paper towels ect. The tvs / remotes didn't work, and for the money spent, we would have expected better. The location was great but I would not stay here again. The staff was rude both times i called before checking in, and although it was basically clean, the maid service missed very obvious things like tape on the door ways left by the last group who rented.

Our family of 5 was able to enjoy the downtown Savannah experience by staying at Whitaker Street. The location was incredible with walking distance to most all locations we were interested in within the historic district. The rental was clean and modern, well stocked kitchen. We felt safe in the area. Street noise was an issue for the outer bedroom. We were unable to get the air conditioning to work which made the nights a bit uncomfortable. The ceiling fan also did not work so that added to the warmth. Otherwise, an incredible stay. Would certainly stay again in a heartbeat.
