Very nice condo but a lot of street noise from trash pick up. Very convenient location. Can be very inconvenient for unloading luggage, etc especially in rainy weather due to street parking/area parking lots only.

Upon arrival the unit seemed to be very nice and clean but upon further inspection it was definitely in need of some attention. If was extremely dusty and the floor was sticky. The heat unit was in the 2nd bedrooms closet and the closet door and closet walls were coated with a thick black dust, I guess from the air vent return. The rug in the dining area was stained and just did not look clean. The worst thing was actually the beds. It was by far the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. The unit was very noisy as well. It overlooks the ally and there is constant garbage pickup and trucks unloading, not to mention you can hear every move from the adjoining rooms beside you and above you. The only true plus to this unit is its location. It is very walkable to any of the nearby attractions. Also, the kitchen was nice, stocked well, and appliances were in good shape. However, if you choose to stay here be sure to bring ear plugs, a mattress pad and a dust cloth!!

This condo is in a great location easy access to parking garages and walking distance to everything for most part. Just know a fair amount of construction noise during the day right now but overall street noise is not very bad.

This is a very nice condo for visiting Savannah. The location is perfect with restaurants and bars nearby and you are able to walk everywhere. The condo has all of the amenities that you could need and everything was clean and in working order. There is some street noise in the evening, but that is the price you pay for being in a downtown location. The rooms are on the smallish side but the beds are very comfortable. The highlight of this condo is the balcony and the rooftop deck. While the balcony is small (comfortable for two people) the rooftop deck is huge with plenty of tables and chairs and a grill to use. It is beautiful to sit and watch the sky at night!
I would recommend this property and stay again when in the area.

The location of this rental was out of this world. We were so centrally located to every square, the river, and every amazing restaurant we had on our list to visit.
We were a last minute booking and the company made sure to take care of us. Check in is incredibly easy and just having to remember a door code made it so our group could split up and stop back at the room at their leisure. Very convenient.
The unit itself was huge. The bedrooms far enough away to give everyone in our party space. The kitchen had everything that was needed for a comfortable stay. Like other reviews, the area around can be very loud. We're from Chicago and live above the EL so this noise didn't bother us, but be prepared with noise cancelling headphones if you're a light sleeper.
Overall, we had a great time in Savannah and a lot of that was due to having a great place to start and end our day.

We had a really good overall stay. The rental is in a great location. Everywhere is walkable. We loved relaxing on the balcony. The home was moderately clean. It did not appear that our bathroom sink had been cleaned and 2 dirty towels were still hanging on the back of the door. I was disappointed in the sheet on the king bed. It appeared as if it was a full/queen maybe because hardly stretched to the edges of the bed. Wish there were a little better layout for opening suitcases/storing clothes. Looked like a keurig pictured so we brought pods, but had a regular coffee machine requiring ground coffee. We did get ground coffee next day. Loved having our morning coffee on the balcony. Overall it was a pleasant stay and really loved the location. Good customer service when needed, but love the contactless checkin and checkout. Super easy!

Loved the place, location was wonderful, was able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the sites. Very relaxing, clean and spacious, we cooked a lot so utilized the kitchen frequently. Parking is not on site but close enough 5 min walk, Only thing was the sketchy Wi-Fi , couldn’t take care of business but overall decent experience.

The rental property was in a great location to easily access all the areas my group wanted to see. We did have an issue with the internet service but the staff worked diligently to resolve this. The only recommendation I have is that I would have liked if there were room darkening curtains in the bedrooms as the street lights did inpact the bedrooms.

We loved Savannah. A great city full of history, great parks, lots of amazing food, friendly and warm people.
Note however if your rooms are on the alley I strongly suggest you bring ear plugs, the night time is very noisy. It's a college town and people party very late into the night.

Nice lodging and location. Upstairs terrace a plus. Parking was a bit of an issue and the living room furniture was not what I would have expected but overall, a great place for a week in Savannah!

Awesome rental in fantastic location. Very adjacent to everything but not RIGHT ON Broughton which in my opinion is way too loud. I would highly recommend this rental. Easy access in and out with the keycards. Well written check in and out instructions. Perfect for 4-6 people. If there are just 2 couples like us, each get their en suite bathroom. Comfortable bed. Awesome deck on second floor to hang out for happy hour drinks and roof top as well.

I like the rental, felt like an apartment and was great for us with kids/grandkids. Needs a little refinement...batteries missing from overhead fan remote, dripping AC. Overall I would recommend.

Central location in downtown. Place was very clean. Be forewarned it is noisy on the weekends. Apartment is right on the street and people and cars are out at all hours. You should expect that downtown. Our complaints were; there are no blinds or drapes on the windows overlooking the street so there is no privacy at night, the queen bedroom does not have a TV or ceiling fan which was very disappointing to the other couple staying with us, no trash bins in the bathrooms but they ask that you don't throw anything in the toilets, apartment has dishes, utensils, etc. but none of the other amenities you expect like some salt and pepper.

This two bedroom two bath rental was just right for the two of us but would be comfortable for three or four people. It was clean and had all the basic supplies. The balcony was a great space, especially for morning coffee and to people watch. We could walk a block in every direction and find a restaurant, bar or green space. We would definitely rent the unit again.

There is no sound insulation between unit 201 and everywhere else. You will be lucky to get 3 hours sleep per night. The noisy HVAC fan in the second bedroom mentioned by another reviewer is still not fixed....but may be a blessing as it dulls all the other noises. The drain in the main shower is clogged.....very slow. There is no one in the building to fix things, so when the security panel starts beeping, it will continue to beep ALL NIGHT. We loved Savannah but will stay at the Perry Lane next time.

My teen son and I stayed in Savannah four days three nights to visit my college daughter for her birthday. It was perfect size to have a few of her friends to celebrate. I have never stayed in a vacation rental before this. It was just as pictured. No surprises. The property management was very attentive. We actually called them three times for sheets for the pull out couch, and again for a comforter, and again for a clogged toilet (traveling with a teenager). The apartment was clean and comfortable. This is just right if you want to be near the hustle and bustle of a small city. Saturday night was loud til 2am with cars revving their engines and people talking and laughing as they walked ( a short 2 blocks to Broughton). The balcony was quaint, nice for a cup of coffee and people watching. CVS was 1 1/2 blocks away with a small grocery selection. Management even provided a link on the email for restaurant suggestions. We didn’t use the rooftop terrace but the kids were up there taking pictures and posting. Definitely would come here again.

Our visit was met by mostly people wearing NO MASKS. Huge crowds dinner reservations were very difficult to get at many restaurants. PARKING was non existent any where around our rental. Our rental door was in an alley we only found because cleaners happen to be around. The rental it self was fine. We left early was a disappointment over all. I will never rent anywhere again without parking included.

This is the 2nd time we have used Lucky Savannah. Both stays were amazing. The Whitaker St property is fantastic. Right in the heart of historic Savannah. No need to use your vehicle. The apartment was spotless and modern. The only issue was the air/heat conditioning unit in the 2nd bedroom is quite loud. The vent in the wall squeaked. Hopefully this can be looked at for the next guest. I won't stay at a hotel again in Savannah now that i have found Lucky Savannah!

This Apartment was all around great, It was in the perfect location nothing was more than a 10 minute walk from the apartment. The roof top and balcony was an extra bonus a great place to have morning coffee and relax
