Great location ! Walking distance to all things we did. Not enough seating in the living area. Cleanliness was questionable. Beds comfortable. Base boards needed good scrub and first bathroom needed good deep clean. Noisy pipes from upstairs but it was really no problem just a nuisance. Staff was very helpful and easy to work with. Need place in shower to put you soap shampoo etc.

The location was perfect! The apartment was lovely and well equipped with everything we needed. The master bedroom does have loud piping above and the living room is missing a couch. Other than that a grand expience. The company is well managed and has great service.

The unit smelled clean...but the floors were sticky with soap residue. They became a slippery skating rink when damp shoes hit them. The underside of the microwave was sticky with old grease and the baseboard filthy. The worse though was the sounds of people in other units using the toilet and then the scare that the water was flooding from the ceiling every time the toilet flushed upstairs. The units living room was very sparse...no tables, no footstools...nothing but 4 chairs. The beds were comfortable and the location great. The rooftop was not nearly as inviting as this photo.

The unit was great. We wanted a 4 BR unit for a girls trip and it was clean, well equipped and comfortable. The location was in walking distance to everything. The free trolly goes right by it. The only drawback is the walls are a little thin and if you have noisy neighbors you can hear them. But the location and quality of the unit outweighs the noise.

The location of the property is ideal - very close to the shopping and restaurants. The property was clean although a little sparce and would have been better with a few little amenities: The showers could use a shelf or rack to put products and the bathroom sinks need a soap dish. There should be more than 12 hangers in a 4 bedroom apartment. We also would have appreciated a box of kleenix and more than one handtowel per bathroom. The only real negative about the rental is that the unit was a little noisy from guests in other apartments. We stopped at the rental office first and the representative was really nice and we appreciated the cold beverage offered to us!

If location is your only priority then this is the place for you. Its right in the heart of everything. If you are looking for a little bit more out of your VRBO then i would look elsewhere. Upon check-in none of our pillows had pillow cases, thankfully within the hour that was fixed. The overall place needs a lot of updating. The carpet is very dirty, and it was crunchy on your bare feet. They either need to rip out the carpet completely or deep clean it. Secondly you can tell they don't really clean because under the bed was an old baby bottle that was moldy - so clearly nobody is checking anything. The kitchen cupboards and handles were dirty with old food and the sink was also dirty. When i called at 3:15 to see if we could check-in early(4pm is the normal time) they told me that the place hasn't been cleaned yet. I don't know how you could clean a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom + kitchen in that amount of time which told me everything i needed to know about this place. Also, there is only one window in the entire place and it made it felt like you were in a dungeon. Again, if all you care about is a place to sleep and you want the best location then book, but if you want more i'd look elsewhere.

This place was a great size for a group visiting beautiful Savannah. It is located just blocks from all the great spots.
Living space could be more comfortable with a sofa to make it easier to be together in the kitchen and living room.
Clearer parking instructions would be helpful. We were able to park at the civic center but the garage close by was full.

Our stay in Savannah was great and this was a really convenient location that allowed us to walk everywhere! The rooftop was also a fun perk! The only watch out is that the walls are very thin so we could easily hear the neighbors and every time the upstairs people showered or flushed the toilet, it felt like the water was running right through our bedrooms!

Great place in center of city. 15 minutes or less walk from everywhere. Rooftop deck is awesome place to hang out in evening. Very clean. A few downfalls on the site, in one bedroom you can hear the upstairs person use the restroom, yuck. Another problem when you walk down the hallway you have to be careful of bedroom doors as the open out into the hallway not in the room, nothing like getting a face full of door 1st thing in the morning. We would go back but would hope these items would be corrected.

Not only was our apartment clean and have everything we needed it is so close to everything. We were worried about parking but we were able to take cars to a nearby garage and walk everywhere, that is how close everything is to the apartment. The staff on phone was so kind and helpful with questions we had. Also got a discount for local tours through them. Over all we were so happy with our trip. Beds were very comfortable too.

Had a great stay for a long weekend with friends. Place is within walking distance to River street and the squares. Parking (State street garage) is close by but sometimes reads full until after 4 on weekdays. Will definitely stay here again!

Myself and 6 girlfriends booked this apartment for a weekend stay in Savannah. The location was perfect and it was a much more enjoyable option than a hotel room. Beds were comfy. The only drawback was the living space only had 4 chairs, so it was hard for us all to sit around the living room comfortably. Parking is not included but there is a public garage close by, so this was not a problem.

Overall the unit was in a fabulous location. We walked everywhere. We had some issues with check in as well as check out (we paid for late check out but they changed the codes and we were locked out). We were in lower unit and heard every footstep and toilet flush from upstairs. Only had four chairs to sit on in living room, no dresser or closet in one of the bedrooms, and no towel racks or hooks (or toilet paper holder) in bathroom.

Location is excellent, clean and cozy. Only complaints is no windows in bed rooms and parking but nothing is perfect right. Those little inconveniences for my group were not a big deal. Will plan on staying here again.
