This was a good place to stay, we have everything we needed in the condo, plenty of room and could easily walk everywhere. We did get a weekly parking pass which was easy. We aren't used to attached home living, but neighbors were quiet by 11 pm. The roof top patio is no longer available. Didn't matter, but I think they are in between owners so previous took the art. Would be great to have two more comfie places to sit.

Came to celebrate the parade with family and walked away with great memories. The check in and out process was seamless. The staff was responsive and professional. The location was in easy walking access to everywhere. Would definitely come back here for a future visit.

I have stayed at this property before and it is in a great location, everything is within walking distance but it is becoming tired. The wardrobes are falling apart and missing shelves. It doesn't appear that the floor is cleaned very well, at least not after each stay; I don't wear shoes in the house and after walking around the place my feet were very dirty, there is a "dirt" line around the baseboards. It's location right off the street probably makes the problem worse. I frequently book vacation rentals instead of hotels because of the convenient in and out access. This stay I did not receive the access code and had to make a call to get into the unit, the person I spoke with was very pleasant and helped me out quickly. in past stays at this location, I have emailed the property management and they were not responsive in a timely manner or did not respond at all. Other VR's I have stayed all my correspondence was answered very quickly. I will probably continue coming back here but could not recommend to a friend.

Amazing location for walking to all the bars and restaurants nearby. Perfect condo for a group of 8 and the windowless bedrooms allow you to get great sleep!

The condo was very clean. I would prefer a sofa instead of chairs for living room area. The two rear bedrooms did not cool as well as the others so I would suggest ceiling fans be installed or if you are traveling by auto you need to bring a fan. Unfortunately we flew to Savannah so we did not have the luxury of bringing a fan.
It is centrally located to everything we wanted to see and we walked everywhere. A suggestion-if you want to go to the river area, take the elevator at the Bohemian Hotel instead of walking all the steps!

The location was great! We were within walking distance of everything downtown. We really liked the way the bathrooms were set up! Someone could be showering while someone could still use the vanity. The cons, noisy, we could even hear the toilets flushing above us. The front living area was very dark and there was no couch. A small sectional for everyone to sit in would have been nice. There were also no shelves in the shower or hangers in the closets, which was a minor inconvenience. The place was clean and we really enjoyed being able to walk everywhere!

Overall the apartment is a very clean and well furnished. The only things that we would change is that there is no couch in the living room which makes things a bit more difficult with a big group looking to hangout but really wasn’t a big deal. The other thing is the shower curtains in the bathroom hang pretty short so be sure to put a towel down on the floor in the bathroom!
Overall it is a great location and nice clean place to stay with a group, the roof is also a great addition! Would definitely recommend!

Everything about this rental was great! The location was awesome, the rooftop area was a great perk, the bedrooms and kitchen had tons of space. The only thing I wish this unit had was more furniture in the living area for the time that we spent inside. However, that would not prevent me from staying here again or recommending this property to anyone looking for a great stay in Savannah!

This was the perfect spot to stay in Savannah. It was so close to all the best restaurants and bars in the city while being an easy walk to the river and historical sites. It had everything you needed including a shared rooftop patio!

It was a great location and a nice place. Should have mentioned that there isn’t a couch. Also needs soap/shampoo dishes in showers. That being said it was still very nice.

I stay in rentals all over the world and nothing compares to Lucky Savannah rental company! They were above and beyond accommodating every time I spoke with them and Vincent and Katrine went the extra mile to make sure our trip was the best!! The location is unbeatable (minutes walk to everything) and fit our group really well. I would highly recommend staying at this rental and using lucky Savannah to rent from!

The two apartments we rented were right next to each other, which was perfect for a big bachelorette party! It was also a perfect spot for walking everywhere in Savannah. We loved the rooftop as well, it was a great place to hang out and meet others staying in the building. Only issue was that the bathrooms didn't have fans or windows, so they got very steamy and didn't smell great after a while.

The Airbnb is located in a great area. Overall it was clean. One major thing we were disappointed with was the room with the bunk beds, we were sleeping and dust sort of black substance fell on us at night. When we got up we saw some black particles on the blanket, bed sheets. Not sure what was in the ceiling but no one would be happy to have dust like things falling on you when you are asleep.
I understand the rental is very industrial but this is unacceptable.
Other than that it was good.

On the balcony roof top it was left unclean with take out containers in the ground along with full trash cans of beer cans, old cigars surrounding it. Not to mention an old panty liner/pad stuck to the ground. It was absolutely appalling! The one bedroom had little brown spots on the white comforter. And last but not least the one side of the kitchen sink was backed up the whole trip. On a more positive note, the location was walking distance to anything you needed and main tourist sites.

Our Savannah trip was great ! The property is nice, any small issues we had, maintenance was there within 20 minutes and problem was solved. My only issue is no couch in the living room. 3 living room chairs and the kitchen table i,seating for 6 is all they had in the common area. Location was prefect. Parked our car when we got there and never moved it until we left.

Enjoyed the rental experience. The only downfall was you couldn't really see Savannah on the rooftop but everything was clean and nice. Great location.

This place was great. We were 8 & it was spacious/comfortable. The location is ideal. Very walkable. The rental company has the best staff. One night the fire alarm kept beeping due to low battery. They sent someone out right away. They were attentive & efficient. Would recommend.
