The Wayne Mansion is on one of Savannah's most well-known streets, surrounded by stunning renovated mansions, just steps from Forysth Park. Indulge in the history of Hall Street, while being centrally located to everything in the Historic District. This 9 bedroom estate can accommodate up to 18 Lucky guests, and boasts nearly 5,000 square feet. This architectural gem was built in 1871, and offers many original details, such as original fireplaces with marble mantels, highly detailed ceiling medallions, floor to ceiling windows and hardwood floors.

The stately exterior entrance leads you up-to the parlor level, where the main living spaces can be found. Upon entering, guests will be in awe of all the original historic details, and the grand staircase that features original wood dating back to the late 1800's. Off to the side, step into the living room features which boasts with natural light, tall ceilings, and an elegant modern furnishings for your guests to gather together. Just off of this space, A stunning formal dining room has seating for eight Lucky guests for those intimate family meals. Guests will enjoy having an additional dining space at the large kitchen island that provides seating for six. The fully renovated, gourmet kitchen, is truly a chef's dream! From the gorgeous granite countertops, high-end appliances, a beverage chiller, and fully stocked cabinets with everything you need to prepare meals, guests will deem this the heart of the home.

Another family room is tucked away off of the kitchen, and has a comfortable, plush, sofa with a large flat-screen television. Just down the hall, a large porch overlooks the beautiful oak trees, and with plenty of seating you'll have plenty of room to spread out.

Three bedrooms are located on the top floor of this grand estate, which are all fitted with pressed white linens, boast with an ample amount of space, and large smart televisions. Atop of the stairs, you can find a full-bathroom with an original clawfoot tub. Just down the hall, the main suite faces Hall Street, and has a King bed, large walk-in closet, attached sitting with an antique vanity, perfect for getting ready for the day. The main suite also offers an ensuite bathroom with a marble flooring, double vanity, large walk-in shower and relaxing soaking tub. The second guest room has a King bed, with ample closet space for your belongings. The third guest suite features another King bed, and ensuite bathroom with double vanity and tub/shower combination.

The garden level features a spacious gathering space and a large smart television, perfect for joining together at the end of a busy adventure filled day. Just off of the living space you'll find the kitchenette that offers the essentials you need to prepare home cooked meals, with a breakfast bar perfect for those morning cups of joe.

At the back of the apartment, guests will find two additional bedrooms. The first bedroom features a King size bed, with private access to the shared courtyard, and the conjoined bathroom that connects to the second bedroom. The conjoined bathroom features a spacious vanity, with plenty of room to get ready for a day out on the town, and a shower/tub combination. The second guest room also features a King size bed, perfect for parents with young children.

Across the courtyard, you'll find a two-story carriage house, each with two bedrooms on each level, a comfortable living space, full kitchen, and three additional bathrooms.

Wayne Mansion was is an amazing property, with lots of character. We rented the entire property for my group of 18 and we definitely enjoyed ourselves. The staff at Lucky Rentals were very helpful, the communication was great. There were only a few minor issues we had, we were not able to get the fire pit to work in the courtyard and the internet in the basement and carriage house was very weak. It didn’t support the tv networks. But other than that, the home exceeded our expectations.

Our experience was great at the Wayne House! The communication was great and the house was so beautiful. Great location for walking many places and if you needed to Uber it was very quick.

Great space, plenty of privacy for everyone staying there. We hosted our daughter’s wedding there, and it was perfect! But be ready to walk some stairs especially if you rent the whole thing including garden room and carriage house!

We rented your beautiful home for a girls trip. The mansion is simply beautiful! Well maintained, spotless, and most importantly, welcoming.

We had 16 in our group, and no one had any complaints. There was plenty of room to hang with each other, yet be able to have some “me time” alone.

The kitchen was a cook’s dream! We had everything we needed to prepare and enjoy our meals.

The beds were sooooooo comfortable, with the fluffiest pillows! The rooms were spacious and immaculate.

The courtyard was amazing! We were able to just enjoy the peace and quiet in the mornings, and enjoy the music coming from Forsyth Park during the jazz festival! Again, another well kept area.

Bottom line: the girls have been raving about Wayne Mansion since 21 September, and they haven’t stopped yet.

From the initial inquiry to checkout, the staff ROCKED! They answered every question, provided great info and links to information about the happenings in Savannah. They checked in with us on arrival day to ensure we were all set. They were courteous and extremely professional.

Thank you for a wonderful experience. We WILL be back!

The main house was lovely. It was spacious and clean with lots of room to hang out for the 9 of us. It was a great location. Jamilla was very accommodating, going the extra mile to get us a card table and chairs to play bridge. She responded promptly to all requests. The garden house and carriage house could have been better. The beds in the lower carriage were uncomfortable. There appeared to be black mold in the garden house. Minor things like having only one hand towel in each bathroom and only one dish towel in the main house kitchen. The bedrooms in the main house were wonderful. So, if a group only needs 3 bedrooms...staying in the main house would be ideal. For groups needing more than 3 bedrooms I would not recommend this property.
