A stone's throw from Forsyth Park, this recently renovated 100+ year old residence has been impeccably finished and furnished with selections that capture the essence of luxury living in the lowcountry. You and your party can enjoy scenic strolls beneath the majestic oak trees, draped in Spanish Moss, perched on a quieter side of town.

Guests enter the home on the main floor, greeted by the awe-inspiring living room featuring plush furniture, stunning artwork from local artists, generous ceiling height, and floor-to-ceiling windows fitted with custom shutters. This space has been designed to create memories that last a lifetime with everyone in your party - whether you're planning your day, or unwinding after a long day of adventure, you'll have an ample amount of comfortable seating for all.

Just beyond the gathering room, the dining area accommodates up to eight Lucky guests for an intimate home-cooked or catered meal. The adjacent kitchen is a chef’s dream, with a gas range, high-end stainless-steel appliances, custom cabinetry, and an expansive kitchen island. Prepare your favorite dishes and hand-crafted cocktails while overlooking the open floor plan. Tucked away off the kitchen, guests will find a quiet sitting room perfect for getting work done, or an afternoon read, with a pullout twin sleeper. Additionally off of the kitchen, a full-width terrace offering year-round indoor/outdoor living can be found; you'll spend your mornings and evenings in comfort and style!

On the second floor is the primary suite, with grand windows that wash the room with natural light; there’s a plush king-sized bed, a luxurious ensuite bathroom, and a spacious walk-in closet for all your belongings. The second suite is a serene oasis, with a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom with a large shower.

Across the courtyard, guests will find the carriage house that includes the third bedroom. This space offers a tastefully finished kitchen, living space and a Queen size bed. Enjoy views of Savannah's treescape from your bedroom window. A full bath with a tub/shower combination can be found en suite, with ample storage for guests looking to unpack and feel right at home.

Local favorites are just a short walk away, like The Sentient Bean coffee shop and vegetarian cafe, local whole foods store and deli Brighter Day, and let's not forget the bustling farmer's market at the South end of Forsyth Park each Saturday. Set North on foot through the shady squares along Bull Street. In a hurry? Call a Savannah Pedicab and travel in true Savannah style.

Guests have access to 2 private parking spaces located in a garage off of the lane behind the home. Nearby parking is on-street and non-metered, although guests will need to be aware of the posted sweep zone signs.

Our group of 9 stayed in the main house and carriage house and had a great time in Savannah. The main house was beautiful and clean, located on a pretty street very close to Forsyth Park. The kitchen was well stocked and when we needed extra sheets for the pull-out sofa, Lucky Savannah delivered them within a few hours. We were even able to check in early (for a fee).would highly recommend staying here, it’s a great house for big groups to gather and easily get to downtown Savannah!

Lovely property; immaculate, well-stocked kitchen. Easy walk to Forsyth Park, coffee shop and a range of eateries. No issue with on-street parking which is easier to navigate than the two garage spots in the alley behind the main house. JLW

We loved the house. We had some maintenance issues in the carriage house but we were very pleased at the fast service that we received. We had to email twice about the same issue, but the second time they came out and adjusted the hot water heater valve, it fixed the problem. We did not hear water running continuously after that. We enjoyed our stay tremendously. We loved the location and the layout of the house. We would love to stay here again the next time we come to Savannah.
