In the heart of Savannah’s Historic & Shopping District this glorious property boasts all the modern conveniences for todays comfort. Accommodating up to 10 people, the Villa on Broughton Main + Carriage is comprised of the main house and the carriage house, which makes it for a bridal party retreat or large family get-away.

Entering in on the main floor, you are greeted by the main living room which is the common space for guests to gather. Just beyond, you will find the large dining room that is open to the kitchen. Ideal for families wanting to prepare a large meal, this kitchen is fully equipped with stunning countertops, and new stainless steel appliances. Right out back you'll find the private courtyard, with comfortable furnishings.

Two bedrooms along with 2 sleeper sofas in the main house can comfortably sleep up to 8 guests. For parents wishing to keep their children close, one of the sleeper sofas is located in the lofted room above the primary bedroom. The primary bedroom has a sliding doors to a small balcony overlooking the courtyard. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, and an ample amount of closet space.

In addition to the main house, the carriage house studio can accommodate 2 guests, with a full-size kitchen plus bathroom.

After a day of exploration, come home to relaxing with cocktail in hand in the private courtyard or the rooftop patio.

The Villa on Broughton Main + Carriage is located in the highly coveted neighborhood within the historic district just minutes from the bustling end of Broughton Street and Savannah’s remarkable shops, sights and culinary scene. Just a short walk of two streets you’ll find the attractions of City Market, Bay and River Streets.

Whats parking like for this home?
Guests will have access to one private garage space. All other parking can be found on-street, metered, Monday-Saturday 8AM-8PM. We encourage guests to pay close attention to street signs, as they state when the street cleaner comes.

Being born and raised in Savannah we come home often, when we bring our family we look to Lucky Savannah for accommodations, we have never been disappointed. Our stay this past weekend at Villa on Broughton Main and Carriage house was perfect. The location, (quiet), cleanliness and description of home were right on.....I would definitely recommend this property to family and friends.

As a person with some walking difficulties, I found the railing in the garage apartment stair well to not meet code or the ability to grab for assistance going up the stairs. The square off 2 by 4 does not provide a griping surface. I have large hands and it was still most difficult to use for ascending and descending.

We enjoyed the townhouse very much in downtown Savannah. We could walk just about everywhere but in the event we planned something a little further out Uber was there in 5 mins. The beds were firm but comfortable and the furniture very comfortable to sit and chat or watch TV.

I had a really positive experience staying with the Lucky Savannah rental company at the Villa on Broughton. The place was perfect for the bachelorette party. The place was pretty clean and in a good location. It was a little far from river street and City Market but not too bad. It was so nice that they had an office in savannah that we could keep our luggage. We had a late flight on Sunday, and they let us keep our luggage at their office all day. The management company was very responsive and easy to work with.

THe house was big enough for us and plenty room, beds were so comfy and the rooms were plenty big. The carriage house was comfy as well , small but big enough. The stairs to the rooftop, were pretty scary but a nice view up top

We had a lovely stay at the main house & carriage house in September. This house was beautiful & so walkable to everything we wanted to do in the city. We loved how custom the entire house was - speakers in every room, steam shower, beautiful, functional kitchen. The property management team was really responsive to everything we had questions on. Plenty of parking out front - everything was super convenient. The house looked bigger in person vs. the pictures - the only thing we didn’t notice from pictures is that the main house only has one shower. There is a huge bathroom for getting ready, but it only has a toilet and a tub. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this property.

The location of the house, right on Broughton street, is so perfect. Being able to walk to great shopping, restaurants, historic squares, and sites made this long weekend trip fun. With three bedrooms, you need to consider where everyone will be sleeping. With eight in our group, there were two teenagers who slept on a pull-out in the loft area. Another woman slept on the pull-out in the living room. This was okay, but I'm sure they felt like they got the short end of the stick. The house has tons of great touches like an abundance of outlets, an open, well-appointed kitchen, a courtyard area, and a rooftop patio. The steam shower in one of the bedrooms is the best. The third bedroom is in the carriage house attached to the garage. This space has a small kitchen, bed, and bathroom. The house is well decorated, and we felt like the house was a special place for a special weekend. The only minor problems were not being provided the right size sheets for the pull-out beds (and really not enough extra bedding for them). We made it work though. The app used by the rental company was very helpful as well. I would definitely book this house again on a return trip to Savannah.

This was our second stay here because we love the house and location. Lucky Savannah however is very inflexible and I will not stay at a property managed by them again. During our first visit they required a substantial payment for checking in two hours early. During our last visit there was confusion on my part on when we were checking out. As a result we were charged an extra night stay for checking out late. We were out by 5:00 and the guests checking in that day were able to do so. During our haste to get our of the house, I left some clothes in a dresser drawer. Lucky Savannah would not pay for the shipping of the clothes even though they charged me and additional $550 with no loss of revenue to them. They are exceedingly greedy and lack sympathy.

We are saddened to hear you all did not have a pleasant stay with us this time around. However, as stated in our Rental Policy, guests are charged an additional night if they do not depart at the time of check-out without advance notice. We completely understand if you're running behind, and even have an awesome office right downtown to store guests luggage! In this instance, guests that were scheduled to arrive at the time of check-in (4PM) were delayed, as our housekeeping staff could not enter until 5PM. While we do appreciate your feedback, we have to consider all parties in these scenarios. Thank you for being a loyal, return guest, and we hope to have you back again.

This was our fourth stay at this beautiful home. We were extremely happy once again. The home and carriage house was perfect and we look forward to future visits. We survived the heat wave with a fantastic AC system in this house. The "feels like" temps were as high as 128 during our visit and by noon we were exhausted from walking in the heat. The house stayed nice and cool and it was a welcome retreat from the heat.
Would definitely recommend this beautiful home to anyone visiting Savannah!

This rental was for a group of 5 ladies visiting Savannah for the first time. I searched all over for a place that would give us space to have privacy, safety and comfort, along with good location. This house fit the bill for all of our needs. The management was accommodating for one of the ladies that arrived early. The house was clean and had what was expected. I will definitely recommend and rent again. Thanks so much for sharing this beautiful home.

I had a group of 8 stay for four nights and a total of 10 people stayed one of the four nights, and we absolutely loved the house and the location! We were able to walk almost everywhere we needed to go from the house which was great! We loved the outdoor courtyard and rooftop hang out, and the garage apartment was nice for having a little peace and quiet away from the group and helped with having an extra shower and fridge etc. to accommodate a large group. The Lucky Savannah office staff were all super nice and helpful and let us check our bags at their office as we arrived in town before our check in time. Overall the house was well stocked especially for the 8 of us, but on the night we had ten people staying a few additional towels and blankets would have been nice. Overall we loved our stay!

This home is absolutely beautiful! The owners have done an exceptional job with design and decor. Extremely clean (I’m picky and was impressed!). The location is perfect because it’s close to everything which means you can walk to all the sites. The garage and beautiful carriage house was a huge bonus. And we were also very impressed with the staff at Lucky Savannah. They were professional and quick to respond when we had a question. Would definitely recommend this home for your Savannah getaway. We will be back!

Lucky Savannah gave us a great experience from the beginning, before we even booked, when they were easy to contact regarding finding our rental and answering our myriad questions. Once we booked, they made everything easy with their app and consistent (but not persistent) communication. The rental itself was in a great area with easy access to parking and entertainment, it was pristinely clean and very well appointed. Checkout was a breeze. I cannot recommend Lucky Savannah highly enough!

This was a last minute family get-a-way with 4 adults, 2 seniors, 4 children. The Villa was perfect for all of the age groups and there was plenty of room to spread out! The 2 seniors stayed in the carriage house and they LOVED it! The home was decorated beautifully and everything we needed was at our fingertips. Shopping and restaurants were only a few steps away. We will definitely stay here again!
