Located in the heart of Savannah's Victorian District, this three bedroom, second story home offers tons of charm! The quintessential large Southern porch is an ideal spot from which to watch the day roll by. Head upstairs and you’ll enter to the formal dining room that is open to the fully-equipped kitchen. Whoever is the cook in the family will enjoy having a gas stove, and an ample amount of counter space to prepare meals! The stylishly appointed living space offers comfortable seating, a flatscreen television, and a decorative fireplace that is original to the home.

Down the hall to your bedrooms, you will find the original hardwood flooring is carried through the rest of the home. Conveniently located between the bedrooms, a full-size bathroom with a shower and tub combination, plus washer and dryer can be found. The first room offers a queen size bed, with a spacious closet for your belongings, and an original fireplace. Toward the back of the home guests can locate the primary bedroom that features a comfortable queen size bed, an abundant amount of natural light, and access to the porch. Opposite of the primary bedroom, the third bedroom is fitted with a queen!

Just a block away from historic Forsyth Park, there is nothing you can’t reach from this home on foot. Visit Sentient Bean at the south end of the park to see how the locals like their morning coffee and stroll through the park! A few minutes' walk in the other direction gets you closer to the bustling city. Take the scenic route through downtown's beautiful squares, and grab a bite to eat along the way.

This home has one dedicated parking space at the rear for one vehicle, while there is ample non-metered street parking in front of the home for additional vehicles. Guests will need to be mindful of posted Sweep Zone signs.

The 1BR property we originally booked was no longer available at the last minute, however Lucky Savannah upgraded us to this 3BR property with no additional cost. The location was still great & the property was impressive. This home is full of historical charm & we were very pleased with our stay. The private parking was a PLUS!
