Description

Built in 1886, this spacious Victorian home has been tastefully restored and renovated to have all the modern conveniences one could wish for. With the charm of original heart-pine floors, original fireplaces that are now decorative, and located just blocks from Forsyth Park, Savannah’s largest green space. This property truly has everything you’ll need to feel like a local here in Savannah.

Victorian Harmony is a charming home that is ideal for large groups, from the spacious living room that features an ample amount of comfortable seating, to the fully-stocked kitchen that provides all of the necessities you'll need. The dining room consists of two solid wood tables, perfect for families with children. Conveniently located on the first floor, a full bathroom with an elevated tiled shower is the perfect way to unwind after a long day.

Head up the solid wood staircase, and find four charming bedrooms, each unique in their own way. The main bedroom offers a King size bed, with plenty of storage to unpack your belongings to make yourself feel at home. A full size bathroom is located off of the hallway, adjacent to the additional bedrooms with a vanity, large soaking tub and standing shower combination. The second bedroom consists of a Queen size bed that connects to the bonus room, which is perfect for parents with young children, or an additional space to hangout. Lastly, the third bedroom offers a Queen-size bed, with calming tones and decor.

Just out back, guests will find a private backyard with seating and a gas grill - a rarity here in Savannah! The yard is also a perfect for children to play, or families with pets, this space can be utilized many ways.

Located in Savannah's Victorian District, this home is within walking distance to Forsyth Park, The Starland District, and Bustling Downtown. This home is ideal for travelers looking to stay in a tree-lined, quieter residential part of town without sacrificing convenience.

My wife and I had a great experience in the Victorian Harmony! There is a ton of space which was great because we both had to work virtually and were able to do that without hearing each other! There's a back bedroom with a desk and view of the backyard and plenty of space on the first floor. We brought our dogs and they felt very comfortable and the place was very clean - would highly recommend!

It worked out perfect for attending a wedding at Forsyth Park. Loved that we were in walking distance to such cool places, the cooler and amenities we could use to take to the beach and the private parking that was available. A great stay for my husband and four young adults. Wish we could have stayed a bit longer to enjoy the area more. Thank you.

My grandson was in a Football tournament and this was our first visit to Savannah. The house was perfect. I loved the space in all the rooms, the kitchen was exceptional and my granddaughter redesigned her room accordingly to the bonus space. My only complaint was no TV's in the rooms. Our 2 little dogs loved the yard and space. The grass was high and uncut. But after a phone call, it was cut immediately

House was beautiful the pictures don’t do it justice! Plenty of space and beds for big parties and we were able to walk to Forsyth park in 10-15 minutes! About 5 minute uber ride away from the general downtown area. Airbnb was very clean and had sufficient supplies. I think the downstairs sofa couch bed should have a blanket provided and the trundle beds should have an extra blanket provided as well there was only topper sheets provided. The room with the trundle beds could also have an extension cord since there’s no outlet near the bed. The sofa couch bed downstairs had black dog hair and lint all over the sheets not sure if it wasn’t washed or it just rubbed off from the couch but overall everything was very comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay again everyone in our party had a good experience and the check in / check out process was really simple. 9/10 for sure!

Outstanding location! Forsyth park is 2 blks away in a safe area. It was excellent having thermostats on each floor, plenty of toiletries & kitchen fully stocked. Tons of games and seating for all. Internet throughout the house was effective and strong. Great ease of keyless door entry. Pictures on site are accurate. Lucky Savannah management was responsive and friendly.
Parking was no issue & 2 spots in back. Grass needs to be cut in the backyard.There was a grill, table and seating.
Note there are 2 bathrooms, but all the 4 bedrooms are upstairs and One bathroom upstairs. The second bathroom is next to kitchen. Both bathrooms were okay & modern,but the upstairs bathroom has a massive window by the toilet. The toilet is flush to wall. Tight spot. The annoying curtain hanging needs to be replaced with a narrow blind. The house was clean but 1st flr bathroom had black long hairs by the bowl. Hence 4 stars in cleanliness.
Dog friendly with up to 2 dogs permitted is great and the details for them is cool.
Maintenance needs to do some updates and upkeep. The electric sockets in master bedroom don’t work behind the bed and under center window. Making nightstand lights, and plugging chargers, annoying. They do provide 2 extension cords. Which means, they are clearly aware of the electrical issues. If they fixed the electrical sockets then there would be no need to choose whether to plug lights or our chargers.
Put a smart tv in main bedroom, and check electric socket.
Light bulbs need to be checked in every room. The bathtub mat had mold, didn’t use it. The coffee pot lid is broken.
Overall a great experience. Yes, we would come back.

This house was amazing... so close to Forsyth Park, good street/neighborhood, so much space, and beautifully appointed. We just couldn't stop raving about it. For once the kitchen was actually equipped for actual cooking! And not just a dining table but a small game table too! (we are a big game playing family).. and then the back yard with plenty of seating.. the linens were top notch, house was very clean.. the whole booking process and check-in/check-out couldn't have been easier.. highly recommend Lucky Savannah and this home for a guaranteed great time in beautiful Savannah.

We were in Savannah for our daughter's graduation from SCAD. This home was close enough for a short walk to a trolley stop and easy for Uber and Lyft to locate. We had opted for no rental car and it worked out great. We went on a couple of tours, spent time at the historic district, restaurants, you name it. The home was very clean and ready and a grocery store is within a 5min walk. Note that one full bath is downstairs and one is upstairs, where all of the bedrooms are located. That was fine for us. The master bed was great; the other three beds were very soft. There is a little bit of street noise at night- people talking and such. But it's a busy place. I definitely recommend this home for a short stay - we were able to focus on everything we were there to do rather than any issues at the house. It was nice to come back to in the evening to relax and unwind.

The house was very charming with lots of room to spread out. The house was clean and well maintained. There were plenty of linens. The appliances in the kitchen all looked new and there were plenty of dishes. We would rent this property again. Only negative we encountered was the grass needed mowing in back yard and the parking area in alley and trash cans in alley were not emptied the week of our stay so a little smelly in parking area.

The house was exactly what was needed for 6 adults traveling with 2 dogs. It was spacious and comfortable with a yard. The kitchen is well stocked for those who like to save some money on meals and do their own cooking! Having two parking spots is great! Everything is within walking distance. The management staff are a delight. We had a problem with the kitchen sink and they sent someone over immediately who was able to remedy the problem. I would recommend this house and Lucky Savannah to everyone.

It was as advertised. The location is
perfect for getting around Savannah. The
house is great. Well furnished and stocked
with bathroom and kitchen essentials. Off
street parking in rear alley is convenient,
just dumpy, smelly with alot of other cars.
Some seemed permanently parked. We
never felt uncomfortable regarding our
safety. Just more than usual people milling
about. Several buildings on street are
under renovation. The area was quiet at
night. The Cuban Window Cafe across the
street was awesome. And Local 11 Ten
restaurant, just two blocks away, is
spectacular for a fine dining experience.

Victorian Harmony is on a quiet street just behind Forsyth Park. The house was very clean and well appointed. Only thing missing was salt/pepper! Plenty of bedding and towels and new kitchen appliances. Back yard was nice enough and even had a grill. We were 6 adults and had plenty of room. Check in and out was simple. One call to management was not returned when we asked for early checkin but wasn’t a big deal for us. Would recommend staying here if you don’t mind a 20 minute walk to river

The Victorian Harmony is a large home. It may be the cleanest rental I have ever stayed. It has 3-4 bedrooms that would accommodate a family nicely. The kitchen is well stocked if you wanted to cook at home. The location of the house is in a transitioning area of rentals, homeowners, SCAD students, and boarded-up houses ready for rehab. There is a gas station diagonally across the street which lights up the entire front living space of the house at night. The street noise was loud (car alarms, fighting, and people walking around at all hours). I would encourage people to bring a white noise machine for light sleepers. The backyard needs some upkeep. Despite the drawbacks listed, I would stay again as it is close to the park and restaurants.
