Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a welcoming foyer that leads you upstairs to the second floor, where your home away from home awaits. Step inside to discover a tastefully decorated living space, complete with cozy seating, a flatscreen television, and an original decorative fireplace that adds a touch of character to the home.

Adjoining the living space is the inviting formal dining room and an open connection to the kitchen. The designated chef of the family will appreciate the convenience of a gas stove and ample counter space, allowing for enjoyable meal preparations.

At the rear of the house, you'll find two comfortable bedrooms, one king bed and one queen bed, each boasting its own ensuite bathroom. Both bedrooms are furnished with plush beds and offer generous closet space. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are conveniently located between the two rooms.

For those looking to stay in the heart of it all, this is the spot for you! Start your day off at Java Burrito with a refreshing latte and breakfast, just across the street, and roam all of Broughton Street for day shopping, brunch, or drinks! Head North to City Market for live music, or evening strolls, where you'll additionally find museums, restaurants and so much more. Head two blocks North to find Savannah's famed River Street, where you can watch the sunset and find some of the best rooftop bars, all within a 10 minute walk.

What is parking like for this home?
Guests have one private parking space directly behind the home. All additional parking can be found on-street, metered, Monday-Saturday 8AM-8PM.

Great stay - nice kitchen amenities, beds, hot water and parking. Very calm and quiet. Only downside/suggestion for us would be to have room darking shades as it was pretty bright. Would stay again. Great location with lots in walking distance. Very Responsive host.

Beautiful stay in a historic downtown Savannah apartment. We loved spending time on the porch where you have to step through the old historic sliding windows. The stay was very comfortable and spacious.
