We had a great time at Troup Square Manor. The house was lovely, well maintained and conveniently located to either walk or drive to destinations. The dedicated parking spot was a bonus. We'd highly recommend this house, especially if the bedding issues, below, are addressed. Because of the bedding we knocked one star off the overall stay experience.
These are nits to pick, but the only downsides were in bedding. #1 - the fitted sheet on the primary king sized bed was too small, slipping off overnight, making for an uncomfortable sleep. #2 - there were NO additional blankets or duvets. We had to raid one of the unused beds to provide those. #3 - the bed pillows were all foam, perhaps fine for some, but not for all. A high end property like this should have better, down filled, pillows or at least of choice between down and foam.

Loved our stay! The property had a great amount of space and was very thoughtfully stocked. They took care of all the little things — soaps, plenty of towels, dish soap, trash bags, and paper towels — so we didn’t have to run to the store when we arrived. Everything was very clean, and the location was fantastic. We would absolutely stay here again.

Troup Square Manor is a very comfortable, clean, beautifully decorated home that is conveniently located to all areas of Savannah. The staff at Lucky Savannah were so nice, helpful and very accommodating. We will definitely go through Lucky Savannah on our next trip to Savannah!

We have a great time at this Troup Square home. It's a beautiful space in a beautiful area. The back patio/balconies were so lovely & we had a great girls trip to Savannah. I'd stay here again.

We used this location to brainstorm during the day and enjoy the river nightlife in the evenings. There was plenty of options to brainstorm, both indoor and outdoor. Very comfortable. The house was clean and in great condition. The walk to restaurants in the evening was short and safe.

I rented this property for a family vacation. It was me and my husband, my daughter and her husband and 1.5 yo son, and my son and his girlfriend. This spot was perfect. The little family took over the bottom of the house and it worked out great. The location was within walking distance of most everything we wanted to see. The unit was clean and well equipped. The sitting furniture was a bit worn and uncomfortable but we weren't there to sit and watch TV. I have to say, it is probably the best rental experience I've had. The staff was very accommodating when we arrived early - trying to get us in the unit as soon as cleaning was complete and storing our luggage until we could get in.
I definitely recommend this property and this rental agency.

We were in Savannah to attend my son’s wedding and required a large home to accommodate our group of eight. This home fit the bill perfectly. There was plenty of room for everyone. The home is conveniently located in the historic district about halfway between Forsyth Park and the downtown business area – close to many of the major attractions Savannah has to offer. I was particularly impressed with the customer service I experienced from the Lucky Savannah staff. Several weeks before our arrival I had a few questions about the property. I can’t tell you how refreshing it was to be able to talk to real person. I found the LS staff to be very courteous and responsive to my inquires - they were very professional. I also appreciated the checkout instructions which were concise and easy to follow. Finally, our stay at Troup Square Manor exceeded my expectations - it is a gorgeous home! It is very well appointed and everything thing worked as advertise. We had no problems whatsoever. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

This home is stunning as is the location in Savannahs historic district.
The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking.
A lovely backyard and back deck as well were a nice surprise.
A few basic spices could be added however.

We loved the Manor. It was beautifully remolded while still keeping the character of the home. It was a wonderful location and we had the BEST stay!! But would want a new mattress for the sleeper sofa downstairs, it was still the old 4' with springs and after one night we had to improvised. If I hadn't of been told specifically that it was comfortable maybe I would not have been so disappointed. But would for sure stay again!!

This home was absolutely beautiful!! We recently stayed at an airbnb and it was a horrible experience. We were a little nervous about another rental but went with vrbo. Not a disappointment!! Everything was perfect! A great girls getaway.
The property management company was the best and great to deal with!
I would highly recommend.
