Description

Lucky Savannah presents our circa 1890 “The Three Sisters House” located in the Landmark Historic District of Savannah, Georgia in the heart of it all. Walk to everything, you’ll never need your car! This 3 bedroom 3 full bath luxury home has all the historic charm with modern luxury and a large heated spa/pool in the private courtyard! The beautiful tree lined street of Oglethorpe Avenue steps you back in time with moss draping from the branches of live oaks, brick pathways, and the famous squares of Savannah surrounding the home. You can also bring your fury friend as The Three Sisters welcomes pets 35 lbs and under!

The first floor features two living spaces, a large kitchen, formal dining room, and access to the private backyard with plunge pool. Upstairs, three bedrooms and two baths. The first bedroom has a King size bed, with an en suite bath. The other two bedrooms also feature King size beds, sharing a large bath with Jack and Jill doors. An upper level balcony with round dining set can be accessed from this floor.

Three Sisters House is located in the heart of the Historic District, just a short walk to attractions such as the Colonial Park Cemetery, Broughton Street, and City Market.

What is parking like for this home?
Parking for this home is on-street and metered, which is enforced by the City of Savannah from Monday to Saturday, 8am to 8pm. Guests should be aware of posted Sweep Zone signs.

Other than the noise of the deconstruction of the next door abandoned building Three Sisters yet again set the bar high for staying in Savannah. Beautifully decorated, well maintained, fantastic location, and dog friendly! This is hands down our favorite place to stay and we hear the spot next door will be a steak and fish restaurant! Can't wait!

This rental was so spacious, clean, and charming! The perfect location, on a beautiful street and walkable to everything. The house was so nicely decorated! The pool was so nice to sit in relax in after a long day of walking. Would stay again!

Great fun stay in a central location. This is your house if you want the true Savannah experience in the heart of North historic district. We were first time visitors and loved walking to explore the entire city. Plenty of room for a family or 3 couples, great updated kitchen and beautiful furnishings. A jacuzzi pool is a bonus but the weather was too cold for us to enjoy. Lucky Savannah is THE agency to use, they have all the prime properties and they’re located in the city to help with any needs. They secured a reservation for us at The Olde Pink House, and when my husband accidently broke the key to a gate on property one night, they were over in .5 hour or less to replace it. Candace & Katrin were fantastic agents! 5 ⭐️ for them and Lucky Savannah!

We stayed at the Three Sisters House for our Girls Weekend and it was the perfect size for our group of 5. Being an older Victorian, the stairs to the send floor are step, but once upstairs the bedrooms and baths are well appointed. The pool and deck out back is a bonus when you come back from touring or partying! The property Manager was very helpful to with any questions we had. I would highly recommend this beautiful home. Easy to walk to everything.

Cannot emphasize enough that this house was a phenomenal rental! Fantastic location, easy walk to the River attractions. Backyard pool was a key asset to our stay! I would recommend bring your own pool towels, as they are not provided.

3 Sisters is located in a great location for being able to walk around Savannah. The house is beautiful and has plenty of space. Although it can sleep 8 it fits 6 much better! The pool is lovely although in the winter it was not used much. The management company was very communicative and helpful. They resolved any issue we may have come across very quickly.

The best memories of our trip were near our house in downtown Savannah. The city and all of its treasures were just a few steps from the front door. We felt like locals! The Disney equivalent would be staying at the castle with the magic just outside.

This home is exactly as described. Perfect central location. The only issue we had was the pool was very low on water and dirty, but the owners were quick to remedy that, and we were able to enjoy the pool all but that first day. Would definitely stay here again.

This was as close to perfect as we could get. The house is beautiful. The location was better than anticipated. The management answered emails and questions in less than an hour. We had 3 1/2 fabulous days!
The second story got very hot. We couldn’t get the thermostat to cool. With one email, it was corrected for us and we were able to enjoy the upstairs bedrooms comfortably. The pool area is adorable. The 5 of us loved curling up in the sitting area off the kitchen in the evenings, watching tv and snacking after a long day of walking Savannah. We would definitely stay at this gorgeous house again.

The location of the house and small private pool was a major plus. 10 minutes of walking could get you to most of the historic areas. Traveled w/ 4 kids and we packed light because there is a washer and dryer. Dryer didn't work, when I called to have it looked at I was told it was supposed to have a sign on it saying out of order so they knew there was an issue. They stopped by that day and put the sign on it saying out of order. Also saw a cockroach which I know is common in the South, they did come out that same day to spray. For what I paid to stay there the dryer should have been fixed or replaced, they knew there was an issue.

Six of us went on a girls trip to Savannah & stayed at this absolutely lovely house. It is even prettier than the pictures. So clean & plenty of indoor and outdoor space to spread out. The plunge pool & back patio was just the right for relaxing & cooling off after a day of sight seeing. Would gladly stay again!!

All of the historic, downtown Savanna sites are within walking distance. Upgraded everything in the house. Three king sized beds! The pool/oversized hot tub is very nice. We had a great time!

This was a family reunion Christmas. We do this every year somewhere in the U.S. The home is beautiful and is located perfectly among similar upscale homes in the neighborhood. The hot tub is a wonderful addition.the home was built in 1890 and is decorated with lovely furniture throughout. The kitchen is large and feels new. We would come again.

Three Sisters House is a lovely house in the historic district. The master bedroom (the one with en suite bath) is on the front of the house, so a bit louder than the others. (Oglethorpe is a main drag.) The middle bedroom offers amazing sunrise views from the bed. The third bedroom (which shares a jack-and-jill bath with the second) has its own balcony. The pool is heated and has jacuzzi-jets. The kitchen could have a few more amenities - we were there for 5 days and got one day of coffee, there's salt and pepper but no sugar - but it was well-stocked with cups, plates, pots, and pans.

Lucky Savannah is hands down the best management company I've ever encountered. We got home late and couldn't figure out the front door code. They answered our call and helped us to gain access. The burners wouldn't light on the gas stove, and they had someone out to fix it within hours of our calling. Everyone in their organization was friendly and professional. Excellent customer service.

Screaming Mimi's pizza across the street is terrific. Husk for brunch is a must-do. The Churchill roof was sunny and uncrowded. Free Walking Tours Historic Savannah tour was fantastic.

The house was just the right combination of modern and historic. The location is fabulous because so many restaurants and museums are in walking distance. All the beds are super comfortable and the back patio/pool area was lovely. The TVs need to be updated, as there was no way to access Netflix or any streaming services, but otherwise, great place to stay!

The home was perfect for our wedding weekend. Great for kids if you want to get some of their energy out swimming in the pool. Large dining and living space for the groom and his men to get ready for the big day. All bedrooms are upstairs and the air conditioning was amazing for an older home. We needed to buy more toilet paper and paper towels, but overall we had everything we needed provided in the home.

We were three couples, most of whom had never been to Savannah. We loved the city and the house. The location was within walking distance to all of Savannah’s lovely attractions. And the house is great mixture of feeling a part of the history with all the nice modern conveniences. Everything was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The backyard oasis was a special treat. It was not clear to us from the description that two of the bedrooms share a bath with direct access from the rooms. There is an additional bathroom on the first floor with shower for any conflicts. We very much enjoyed our stay and recommend this property.

Beautiful house! It had everything you would need you! Such a comfortable stay too. Seeing as it sleeps 8 but only has 3 beds there is one room that has plenty of room for a blow up mattress so 2 people aren’t sharing a pullout while others spread out in a king.
I’m not sure the pools heating system was truly working because it read 91 degrees and it definitely wasn't. So unfortunately due to cloudy skies we weren’t able to comfortably enjoy it. Good thing is, it’s getting hot so no one will need it!

Check in was at 4 PM but unfortunately we didn’t have the house to ourselves until about 4:45 PM after having to kindly ask the cleaning lady to be gone by the time our guest of honor arrived due to her being the only person to clean the large house.

Overall I couldn’t have asked for a nicer house for the price we paid to celebrate in.

Amazing home, convenient to everything. The home is furnished with a beautiful mix of antiques and comfortable sofas. I felt like I was sleeping in a museum, but SO comfy. State of the art appliances, security, etc. Lucky was very easy to connect to, answered questions promptly. Best VRBO experience yet!

This was a beautiful home with a heated pool the kids loved. The home was clean and had everything we needed. I texted them several times for various things and got a prompt response. We also needed trash bags and they were delivered within 20 minutes. This home was right in the heart of the historic district and close to everything. We will definitely be back!!

It was a girls trip for a 60th birthday party.
We ended up only have 6 people but the house could easily accomodate 8 (although 2 would have to sleep on a pull out couch) It was a beautiful historic house on an amazing street.
It was furnished nicely/beds were all king and comfortable. Easy walk around town

We loved this property. Awesome location in the historic area, easy to get around. The kids loved their massive bedrooms and bathroom. The pool was amazing. The house is super clean and gorgeous. Was a perfect 10 days for all of us.

I rented the Three Sisters House for a full month with my three daughters, and we could not have been happier with our stay. The house is just as beautiful as it looks, has everything you need and is situated in a great location. Kitchen was very well stocked and we were provided with essentials - toilet paper, paper towels, detergent, etc. - upon arrival. Even though the weather was chilly, we were still able to use the pool, as it is very well heated. All in all, I could not have asked for more. After renting luxury homes in multiple locations domestically and internationally, I have to say this one tops the list. Thanks for everything!

The house was as described. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Nice upgrades in kitchen and bathrooms.
Only negative - the kitchen did not have the cooking items one would expect for the price. For instance, there was no cookie sheet or other pan for the oven. There was only the top of a broiler pan. There was a Keurig, but the list of kitchen appliances said there was not.

Me and my girlfriends were totally in love with this home, the location was perfect, but it was also clean, cozy, elegant, just a dream come true!! The hosts were so awesome too, they continuously checked on us to make sure that we got everything we needed. The only sad thing was to leave too soon, the house was perfect, the kitchen was also clean, the pool amazing, the rooms OH so comfortable, I can't wait to stay here again!

Wonderful house! The first floor feels historic but still has all of the modern amenities. The second floor with the bedrooms feels like a five start hotel. Great hot-tub. Very helpful service. We will be back.
