Lastly, the fourth bedroom is great for traveling singles or children, as this room offers two twin beds.

We can welcome your dog companions at this pet friendly home, but ask that you find other arrangements for cats, birds, and other furry friends. There is a $130 pet fee (non-refundable) with a 35 lb. maximum weight limit per dog and a limit of 2 dogs per reservation. Some homes may allow larger dogs, please inquire for more info.

We had the best time this house. It was perfect for our family of 8 with two sets of grandparents and kids. The house was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed plus. The location worked great for us to spend time in both Tybee and Savannah. The outdoor space to hang by the lake or the fire pit was great. The Lichtenstein was very well equipped and lots of space for dining. Lucky Rentals was so easy to work with and did a fabulous job of communicating. We were very impressed. A definite find and we will be back for sure!

This house is great! A quiet and friendly neighborhood with easy access to everything. The house was spotless, furniture comfortable, and had everything we needed in the kitchen. And using Lucky Savannah is great, easy booking process and their app has all the info you need.

2000 characters would never be enough to describe the stay at this beautiful property! To be able to walk out and sit on the dock watching the sun rise and set brought a peace about it and grounds you. Even with the traffic behind the lake, it never once took away from the peacefulness of your surroundings. The rooms were spacious, beds were extremely comfortable and the master bathroom is exquisite! Check in and out was a breeze. The portal you use for all the details of the stay was user friendly as well. Will definitely rent this house again and have already recommended it to several people.

Stayed here with friends. The house was spacious and beautiful and had all the amenities we wanted plus more. Did not have time to enjoy the kayaks or dock, but did enjoy the outside patio and fire pit. The view of the water and nature was fabulous. There were a couple minor items that I reported to property manager. They were willing to fix the items right away, but the issues were so minor that I opted not to have them fixed at that time. It was not close to downtown, but we were not going into town. 5 out of 5!

Beautiful home and what an amazing yard. Gorgeous views of the lake with the accessibility of using the canoes the fire pit or just relaxing. The home is equipped with all necessities you can ask for; it’s quiet and clean. Enough room for everyone to do their own thing. I will definitely stay again. Close to Tybee Island and River Street, shopping and supermarkets.

I have to give a special thank you to Grace as she helped save our weekend. We had a hiccup in our plans and she stepped right in and made things happen. If it weren’t for her we would not have found this beauty or been able to enjoy our vacation. She kindness and attention to detail was superb. I highly recommend working with her and Lucky Savannah.

The home was very nice and had everything we needed and expected. The only item needed was a book of information on how to operate the TV channels and things to do in the area. Overall it was a great experience. We enjoyed sitting on the dock and watching the fish jump. Also went on the Moron tour of Savannah and it was hilarious
