Description

Watch the world go by beneath the treelined streets at Sweet Dreams on Waldburg. Apart of a Historic Victorian Home, this top-floor apartment accommodate up to six Lucky guests in Savannah’s Victorian District. The eclectic touches appear in the textiles and fixtures, which creates a modern feel to this stately home. Just steps to Forsyth Park, this impressive three-bedroom apartment has everything you need for your Savannah vacation!

Recently renovated, this second floor apartment has a private entrance, original hardwood floors, and extensive millwork throughout. Bay windows fill the spacious living room with natural light. You’ll have plenty of comfortable seating for everyone, so you can plan out your day or just enjoy drinks and conversation. The kitchen is fully-equipped with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal at home.

The first bedroom is adjacent to the living room, separated by pocket doors, and features a King bed, decorative fireplace, and smart television. The second spacious bedroom has a white, leather tufted King bed and a wall-mounted TV. The stylish third bedroom has a King bed, a chaise lounge chair, wall-mounted TV and decorative fireplace. The full bathroom features the original, refinished claw foot tub/shower.

Head out to the back of the home down the stairs to find shared patio space that offers seating for four, and a gas grill - perfect for those summer evening cookouts!

Just two blocks from Forsyth Park, you’ll be ideally located to enjoy the Forsyth Farmers Market on Saturdays. Grab some coffee from the Sentient Bean or try lunch at Savannah's well-known Colin's Quarter in the park. This home is walking distance to the bustling city district and Starland district, but perfect for those who want to be located on the more quiet side of town.

This unit has free, on-street parking right outside the front door. Availability will depend on time of day and season. Our guests have not reported trouble parking near the home, even on the busiest of weekends.

We can welcome your dog companions at this pet friendly home, but ask that you find other arrangements for cats, birds, and other furry friends. There is a $130 pet fee (non-refundable) with a 35 lb. maximum weight limit per dog and a limit of 2 dogs per reservation. Some homes may allow larger dogs, please inquire for more information.

The rental was large, clean, and very well priced. It was nice to be able to use the key pad, and not have to keep up with keys. Be prepared to bring all of your own items kitchen-wise. There is nothing there in the way of normal consumables- foil, baggies, salt, pepper, hot pads, dish Bruch, only 1 dish towel, etc.

Great location, notso great place. Temp in house never dropped below 76 degrees even with AC. It was only 65-70 outside. Described as 3 king beds, only had 1. Other beds were full or small queens. Furniture in pictures way different than actual. Had 1 sofa that falls in if more than 1 person sits, and a few hard uncomfortable chairs. Not at all what was pictured. Check in and out was super easy.

We loved our stay off of Forsyth park. It was very clean, spacious and charming! Our only complaint was that we wished we had booked one of the downstairs units so that we could have used the front porches. The rental company responded very quickly to any issue that we had and those were small ones. We would definitely stay again!

We had a great time here! The check-in was a little harrowing, but once we got settled it was a great spot to be. Right off of the park and on a relatively quiet street. My two kids under 2 and 70+ parents were all comfortable in one space. It had everything we need to enjoy Savannah!

My friends and I had a quick girls weekend away without our husbands and kids and this was thw perfect spot. We relaxed, drank wine, had a picnic in the park and a perfect getaway. Lucky staff was very nice and accommodating with letting us store our luggage. Loved the office refreshments - nice touch! We hope be back soon and make this an annual trip.

Visit often with my family but have never stayed on this side of the park. We enjoyed walking to the coffee shop Sentient Bean every morning. The space was very comfortable and clean. Parking was easy and we could usually find a spot on the same block. We would stay here again.

Everything was great! However this property should be listed as a 4bedroom 1.5 bath (not a 3 bed 2 bath).

Also, no WIFI router in the property. There is one downstairs, but the signal strength is definitely not strong enough to work remotely.
