Comfortable and cozy rental. Perfect location - right next door to the Davenport House and easy walk to attractions and shopping/restaurants. Having a private parking spot was really nice. Only things we didn't like were lack of lighting and there is a step down going from living area to bedroom that is not easy to see.

My wife and I decided to get away for a short trip. We booked our stay with Lucky Savannah which was very easy. We chose State Street Secret for because of the prime location, and it has a private parking spot. Needless to say, we were extremely happy. Its a very cozy apartment, located on the street level.
Everything is very close and within walking distance to the restaurants, Pubs and the Riverfront.
Next time I am in Savannah I will be booking the same location.

This basement apartment is perfectly positioned to walk to the historical sites, the riverfront, wonderful restaurants and beautiful parks. Check-in was easy, kitchen was nicely stocked and we had no issues hearing the owners in home above as stated in other reviews.

State St Secret is amazing. Very spacious with modern appliances. Washer/dryer was very handy for the length of our stay. The location of this rental can't be beat! We were able to walk the entire historic district including to Forsythe Park. And the private parking space saves a lot of money since you have to pay to park everywhere in Savannah. Lucky Savannah is so easy to rent from, and they are so nice and courteous. Their app is so helpful with so much info. We will rent this place again from Lucky Savannah on our next trip to Savannah. I highly recommend!

Perfect spot,conveniently located near Downtown. Walking distant to a number of great spots. Loved the fact we had a parking space. Our only compliant was the bed was extremely firm.

Location is excellent - quiet and close to Broughton St. The ceilings are very low, 6 ft husband was fine except he did have to duck to get into bedroom. Parking spot a big bonus. The bedroom is very basic - would love to see owners bring similar aesthetic from living room to bedroom!

Can’t say enough about the customer service. I had originally booked with a different property company only to find out the reservation had been cancelled without us being notified. I contacted Lucky Savannah and Grace went above and beyond to find us a place to stay for our 3 night stay. The property was more than enough for my spouse and I. The ceilings were a bit low and I needed to duck through the bedroom doorway. Perfect location near Columbia Park and right across the street from a bus stop for the trolley. A/C worked great on multiple hot summer days. I also used the concierge text number and was able to get information on a local speakeasy. Lucky Savannah booking this property for us last minute saved our getaway trip!

We’ve never used a service like this before so I was skeptical at first. When we arrived at our rental, I was surprised at home much room we had and how beautiful it was. I will never again stay at a hotel when I know I can stay in a place that is just like home. Thank you for the option of comfort and location. We’ll definitely stay with this company again..real soon..

Overall we were pleased with the rental. My rate of cleanliness was due to a sticky substance coating the floor, could use some painting, the dirt and leaves that were inside the entrance and outside bugs coming from under the baseboard. This is to draw a little more attention to detail to the apartment otherwise I'd rent and recommend this place to others.

Great location. Very walkable. Bonus: near a trolley stop. Very clean. Super comfy. Plenty of soap, etc. The bath towels are small, so if you want larger towels, keep that in mind. One previous review mentioned low ceilings; I'm tall (5-9) and didn't have any issues. Slept well in a quiet location. I would stay here again.

I loved the location of this apartment. It is right across from a square where you can enjoy people watching and a fountain. It is next to the Davenport Museum so easy access to everything. I am always a worrier so I was nervous about this being on the ground floor but I felt secure the whole time. The Apartment was well cared for and a great amount of space. Short walks to everything in Savannah. I would stay here again!

Very nice place. Well stocked kitchen. Bathroom can use some updates. Very convenient washer and dryer. Bed is firm but that's what I like. You are in historic district so you will hear horses and cars. Get a fan or put white noise on your phone. Excellent location. Needed blinds to be dusted, and exhaust in bathroom needs a cleaning.

Location was prime and having a designated parking spot was a great plus. The space was surprisingly spacious. Kitchen and floors were very clean. Only critique is the cleaners did not dust and the bedroom in particular was very dusty. The fitted sheet also did not fit the bed which was a small annoyance. Be aware that you can hear absolutely everything from the home upstairs including a dog running and barking. All things considered this worked well for our quick weekend trip and we would stay again.

We we’re thrilled to stay in an historically relevant structure within the old city area. Being within walking distance of so many museums and River Street proved to be a pleasant surprise. The availability of off street parking provided a stress free benefit to our visit. We would highly recommend this beautifully decorated space to others.

The apartment is absolute perfection, and I almost regret letting people know how comfortable, clean and wonderful it is...we’d love to keep it all to ourselves. While compact, the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. It’s clean, organized, new appliances and was easy to prepare simple meals. The living room is open and spacious with plenty of seating for guest visitors. We host a happy hour for our daughter and her friends. They all loved the place! The bedroom, bathroom and closet are all spacious and comfortable for restful nights and well suited to take all your travel gear. The closet is great for stashing a large suitcase. Location is easy to walk everywhere too. The only consideration to note is that because it’s garden/street level, you can hear some outside street noise but don’t let this deter you. It’s a quiet neighborhood on a square so traffic is not a frequent distraction. We LOVED our stay here and will definitely book again!
