Looking for the perfect location, but don't desire to be in the hustle and bustle of Savannah's nightlife? State Street Escape is tucked away off of quiet Greene Square, only one block from Broughton Street and just minutes from Savannah's famed River Street!

The décor of this charming home creates an inviting and comfortable atmosphere for your entire party. Stepping into the living space, guests have an ample amount of plush seating, where they can gather together at the end of the day and catch up on their favorite shows. The open floor plan of this property flows from the combined living space with breakfast bar, into the fully equipped kitchen. The elevated, and spacious kitchen features all of the modern conveniences one could wish for. Everything has been tastefully selected to make this an exceptionally convenient spot to call home… even just for a few days!

Tucked away, and boasting with natural light, the Queen-sized bedroom features a soothing, neutral palette and with a ensuite bathroom. The beautiful ensuite bath has been recently remodeled, and features an elevated vanity, plus a spacious shower/tub combination.

Greene Square acts as a serene oasis just nearby the hub of bustling downtown. Guests are only a short walking distance away from the Riverfront, City Market, and most of downtown's shopping and dining options.

Parking: Metered Parking
This unit has on-street, metered parking which is enforced by the City of Savannah Monday through Saturday from 8am to 8pm. You have the option of feeding the meter, parking in a nearby parking garage, or buying a parking pass from the Savannah Visitor Center. All of that information is included in our confirmation email sent upon booking.

Our place was centrally located, and we could walk to everything- the riverfront, Forsyth Square, and all the charming neighborhoods in between. Made for a wonderful stay. The unit is cozy, comfortable, and stylishly designed. Appreciated the tips we received in advance of places to eat/see.

I attended a week-long conference in Savannah. Hotel space was at a premium, so I chose to stay at a Vrbo location instead. I was very pleased with the little apartment I selected. It was conveniently located in the downtown area; a short walk from the ferry landings and Bay St where most of the shops and restaurants are located. (I highly recommend a terrific restaurant right around the corner on Broad St called The Pirate House.)

The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the management staff from Lucky Savannah were extremely friendly and responsive. The only suggestion I would give to management would be to leave a bottle or two of water and some packaged snacks (bars, cookies, or muffins) for guests as part of a 'welcome' package. I had arrived late in the evening my first day, was exhausted and hungry from traveling and would have LOVED to walk in to find some snacks and water on the kitchen counter. This has been done at other Vrbos I've stayed at and have always found it to be a very nice, welcoming touch.

All in all, I was very pleased with my Vrbo Rental and highly recommend this location and management company to anyone visiting the area.

Our apartment allowed us to walk within just 1 mile of city market and Forsyth Park. It was very clean and kept us safe at night.

Apartment was in a good location. It’s small but everything you need. I had to bake brownies for an event. I brought my own baking pan. Everything else I needed was at the apartment.
