Guests enter the split-level home on the main floor, greeted by the grand all brick exterior. Upon entering Spanish Moss on the third level, guests will step straight into the living space which captures the essence of luxury living, with beautiful custom appointments, plush furniture, stunning works from local artists, and generous ceiling height. The dining area accommodates up to four Lucky guests for an intimate home-cooked or catered meal. The adjacent kitchen is a chef’s dream, fitted with high-end stainless-steel appliances, custom cabinetry, and an expansive kitchen island. Prepare your favorite dishes and hand-crafted cocktails while overlooking the open floor plan and ability to keep the conversation flowing. Off of the kitchen, a full-width terrace offering year-round indoor/outdoor living where you can catch those Savannah sunrises and sunsets.

The primary suite, with grand south-facing windows that wash the room with natural light, overlooks Jones Street. Featuring a plush king-size bed, a state-of-the-art ensuite bathroom, and a custom walk-in closet with built-ins for all your belongings. The living room sofa also features a high-end king pull-out bed, perfect for additional guests or traveling singles.

Step into the shared courtyard, where there is an ample amount of seating for everyone. The courtyard is truly an oasis; featuring luxury Castelle furniture and a fire table for your enjoyment. This is a lovely apartment: clean, light and spacious. The terrace with the sofa, chairs and table for 6 was wonderful for early morning coffee, or evening drinks. The church bells and view of roof tops even provides a 'Paris-like' experience. Thoroughly enjoyed our 10 days here, even with the Savannah stairs. Great location, just on the edge of the historic area and with off street parking!

Great place for a couple wanting a quiet place in historic Savannah. It’s up on the third floor so be ready for steps. Beautifully decorated and comfortable furnishings.

Absolutely one of the best rentals I have stayed in- comfy bed, wonderful back patio with beautiful views, peaceful kitchen and natural light throughout. AND a private parking spot!! Will be thinking of this stay and it's location for years to come. You will not be disappointed staying here :)

Beautiful unit! Loved the location and dedicated parking. This is a beautiful and quiet residential street close to Forsythe Park. There are two sets of stairs required to access the unit both from the front (one exterior and one interior) and from the back parking area (both exterior). Carrying luggage up the stairs might be difficult for some. We were in need of a few items upon check-in, but the property manager responded quickly with what we needed. We were very satisfied and would stay here again.
