Southern Belle Parlor

Location is EXCELLENT! This rental is all you want it to be if you're looking to stay in something with all of the southern charm. That being said, there are many simple fixes that have been neglected so it could be nicer. Also a couple that I find hard to believe that it's been allowed to remain. Usually parking available out front although I found the parking app useless since it allows only a maximum of four hours per day. This is not a Lucky Savannah issue, just letting other potential renters know.

Charming place. Didn’t spend much time in it but just to sleep and the bed was really comfortable. Not recommended for people with leg or knee issues as the steps to get to the place are steep.

This was a great place to stay! The best part was the location - my two friends and I were able to walk everywhere from here! It was a beautiful, quiet street.

The Southern Belle was in a great location. We were close to our friends and could walk everywhere we wanted to go. The unit worked out well for the two of us. We liked the deck out back. It would be nice if the courtyard below was cleaned up (weeded) a bit. The staff at Lucky Savannah were very responsive.

My wife and I took a weekend trip to Savannah and stayed at the Southern Belle Parlor and couldn't have been more happy. The location was ideal for walking around the city. I would highly recommend this location. This is an older property with tons of southern charm. We did not use the kitchen (so many good food options) but it seemed very well stocked. There was no need to rent bikes or a car with this location and it was a 20 min Lyft/Uber ride to and from the airport.

This rental is new to Lucky Savannah from what we were told. The unit is in a GREAT location (if you like light walking), seriously. Lots of character inside.
Kroger is a few blocks away, plant district and downtown is a 10-15 min walk. You can hear some traffic from rental, but it wasn’t disturbing.
The rental has 4 units inside and I believe we were the only ones in it. Our location could have had more disturbances from other guests coming and going had the unit been full. Our door was the first door in the foyer.
The only thing that would be helpful was the unit being labeled “unit 2” since we weren’t sure which property was ours and having a wine key in the utensil/gadget drawer :) We had a small issue entering because of unit confusion and only the code to enter the foyer, not the actual unit. However, one phone call fixed everything in a matter of 10 mins. An admin staff showed up and took great care of us.
