A stone's throw from Savannah’s Riverfront, this newly constructed residence has been impeccably finished and furnished with selections that capture the essence of luxury living in the lowcountry. Located in one of the Historic District’s most sought-after, up-and-coming neighborhoods, it offers all the most popular amenities plus direct access to Savannah’s renowned Riverwalk. You and your party can enjoy scenic strolls while watching stunning sunrises and sunsets along the picturesque Savannah River, right out your own back door!

Guests enter the split-level home on the main floor, greeted by the awe-inspiring living room featuring plush furniture, stunning works from local artists, generous ceiling height, and windows fitted with custom louvers. Lime-washed exposed brick walls adorn the three main gathering spaces, each of which has been designed to create memories that last a lifetime. Up one level, the dining area accommodates up to eight Lucky guests for an intimate home-cooked or catered meal. The adjacent kitchen is a chef’s dream, with a gas range, high-end stainless-steel appliances, custom cabinetry, and an expansive kitchen island. Prepare your favorite dishes and hand-crafted cocktails while overlooking the open floor plan and sitting area fitted with a large flat-screen TV. Two sets of French doors open to a full-width terrace offering year-round indoor/outdoor living; the large table, that has seating for 6, and the modern gas grill will let you spend your mornings and evenings in comfort and style!

Use the elevator or take the stairs to access the guest suites, which are laid out across the top two levels. On the second floor is the primary suite, with grand south-facing windows that wash the room with natural light; there’s a plush king-sized bed, a state-of-the-art ensuite bathroom, and a custom walk-in closet with built-ins for all your belongings. The second suite is a serene oasis, with a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom with a large shower-tub combination. Off the hallway on the second floor are a novel office nook and the laundry room with full-sized front-load washer and dryer. On the third floor, the loft-like suite can be accessed via stairs or elevator. This room will welcome you with custom wallpaper, walk-in closet, and a spa-like ensuite bathroom. Guests staying in the upstairs suite can access a private sitting deck with rocking chairs from which to watch the namesake Savannah Sunrise illuminate the morning sky.

The coveted East River neighborhood offers a new take on living like a local here in Savannah. Guests can walk to the Riverfront, steps from their front door, while staying in a residential community a short distance from the hustle and bustle. Savannah Sunrise is a lovely, level two-block walk from the Thompson Hotel and its famed Bar Julian, a rooftop bar with soaring views overlooking the Historic District and Eastern Wharf Park, where monthly concerts take place and food trucks park every Thursday!

We can welcome your dog companions at this pet friendly home, but ask that you find other arrangements for cats, birds, and other furry friends. There is a $130 pet fee (non-refundable) with a 35 lb. maximum weight limit per dog and a limit of 2 dogs per reservation. Some homes may allow larger dogs, please inquire for more information.

Everything went great. The property is really nice and in a nice location. It was very comfortable and had all the features as described in their Vrbo site.

The property is absolutely gorgeous. Spacious, clean, and has a fully stocked kitchen - we loved that! The only downside was that there was construction going on from 8 am to 6 pm every single day we were there. This was not disclosed during booking. The noise was very distracting and there was no peace and quiet. We couldn't even go on the balcony to enjoy a morning coffee. This house is really 4 levels and there is an elevator. We'll definitely return (once all the construction is finished, that is).

The property was GREAT! It was fully equipped with all things needed for a getaway. There are a lot of stairs BUT the elevator was a huge benefit. The neighborhood was beautiful but with construction. The area is growing. The property is furnished with modern decor with high end amenities. Anyone with mobility issues be aware of the demands up a multi level property. We LOVED the property and location.

Townhouse could not be better, absolutely beautiful design and furnishings. Has everything you could need. The construction noise during the week was loud but would stop about 5. Is a little walk to the river walk area but not to far. Would definitely stay there again.

This house was close to perfect! Well stocked and in pristine condition. My only recommendation is to add a door to the room on the top floor and black out curtains or shutters like the rest of the house has. We will definitely rent this house next time we’re in Savannah.

Location was close proximity to eateries, shopping, tours, etc yet away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The home decor and cleanliness felt like "home away from home", it met my expectations.

My only complaint and shared it with the general mgr was the bedroom level air conditioner did not work and the ceiling fans did not accommodate for the AC. Please consider removing the password needed to activate it, we never received it and nor was it addressed afterwards.

I would stay there again only if AC worked on bedroom levels.
