We had a fantastic stay here and would absolutely recommend it. The property was exactly as described - if anything, even better in person. The layout was comfortable and well thought out, and all the amenities we needed were available and in great condition.
Cleanliness really stood out. Everything was spotless and clearly well cared for, which made it easy to relax and feel at home right away.
The location was ideal—close enough to everything we wanted to do, but still quiet and peaceful, especially at night. It was the perfect balance between convenience and tranquility.
Communication with the host was smooth and responsive, and we felt well taken care of throughout our stay.
We especially enjoyed exploring the nearby area—great local restaurants, scenic spots, and plenty to do without having to travel far.
Overall, a wonderful experience. We’d definitely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to friends or family.

Beautiful property. Very clean. Good linens. Kitchen very well stocked. Bathrooms could use brighter lighting. Very quiet for sleeping. Courtyard porch a plus but lots of pollen. More than adequate parking that felt safe. Thouroughly enjoyed the stay and would rent this property again!

a lovely property close to the fabulous Forsythe Park, a big perk is the private parking beside the entrance. We were unsure on arrival of the "No Trespassing" sign and chain across the parking space though...The patio is lovely in the morning & evening, we did heed previous comments and brought cushions to use on the dining room metal chairs. Very clean, quality linens and spacious living areas, but the steps to the upstairs are not for anyone with mobility concerns.The office staff were immediately responsive to an issue with the entry combination and resolved it promptly. The azaleas were gorgeous also!!!

The best part of Savannah Suite Tea was Lucky Savannah Team. They kept in contact, responded with answers to my questions right away and were very helpful. The house is beautiful, could use more comfortable chairs in the dinning area, that is where we read, play games, etc. I would stay here again due to the personal help from the Company.

We all enjoyed out stay in Savannah this past week, and were so lucky to stay at this beautiful home.
The rental was decorated lovely and very comfortable. The dining chairs could use cushions, just be warned. Rooms were good size, firm mattresses, and plenty of space to spread out. Nice little patio in the back adds an additional space for relaxing.
This was a good home base for our cousins weekend. Walking distance to Crystal Beer Palace- perfect for a casual dinner. Close to all the fun surrounding Forsyth Park. Easy walk to a store for basics- you will have to supply salt, pepper, and other such supplies to the rental.

This is the second Lucky Savannah property ai have rented and each has been beautifully appointed and comfortable. My only feedback would be to provide some kitchen basics, such as olive oil, salt and pepper. That said I would highly recommend and on their properties.

This home was very updated and gorgeous inside. The decor was on point! Very clean with an excellent quiet location near Forsyth Park. Very safe neighborhood. The home was well stocked for dishes, beds were comfortable and everything was spacious. The outdoor area was very nice. A few suggestions to make it even more perfect would be to have cushions on the kitchen chairs, a few general condiments and cleaning supplies. We throughly enjoyed our stay!

We had a great stay at Savannah Suite Tea. It was the perfect location for our girls trip. We walked everywhere and the property was just right for us. We loved having coffee in the morning in the courtyard. Can't say enough positives about this property.

We stayed at this house for 3 nights and all agreed it was the cleanest rental home we had ever stayed in. The high ceilings and open spaces were lovely. We would definitely stay here again if we travel to Savannah again. The kitchen was well appointed and location was great.

Savannah Suite Tea was a perfect place. Location was perfect. Close to Forsyth park and easy to walk downtown. Home was clean and beautiful. It had everything we needed. I normally spend a lot of time on my patio but was a little bit disappointed with the patio. They did have cushions stacked up on the porch and no umbrella seemed unprepared. Overall the home was beautiful and comfortable. I will definitely stay again. Staff was wonderful. Answered questions quickly.
