We had a very good stay in Savannah. Our cottage was in a very convenien location, close to downtown and many other points of interest. Savannah is a very walkable and dog friendly city, and we could walk anywhere we wanted, with available parking near our cottage.

I was overall very happy with my stay. The Savannah Rose cottage is a cute little place in a very quiet area and an excellent location within walking distance of the city's historic sites, restaurants and the riverfront. The interior was very clean and well appointed. The outside private courtyard area could use a good powerwash and cleanup so as to be an enjoyable outdoor space. Also I arrived about 55 minutes early and while parked directly in front of the cottage I called to request a possible early check-in and after a brief hold was told that was not possible as the place needed to be cleaned after previous use and wouldn't be ready until the regular 4 PM check-in. As I said, I was parked right in front of the cottage at the time of my call and remained there until the 4PM check-in time and no one entered or exited the cottage for the duration and the cottage was clean so I was a little irritated by that. I ranked a little lower due to the courtyard condition and the early check-in denial for a not completely true reason. Even so, I would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay with our dogs in Savannah. We loved that the place was dog friendly and that it was walkable to everything in Historic Downtown Savannah. Very comfortable king bed, good communication from the property management company, plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, soap - everything you need for your stay.

We enjoyed our stay here. It is a great location. The unit was very clean and cute. We were kindly given an early check-in in upon request. Our only complaint was the water not draining in the bathtub. The drain needs to be cleaned out. Basic Seasoning like salt and pepper for cooking would be nice.

Very nice and spacious cottage. We were able to walk everywhere for groceries, restaurants, downtown, etc. The property was very clean and we especially enjoyed to outdoor spaces.There is on street parking in front of the property.

The place was comfortable, clean and in a great location! Walking distance to everything you want to see in the Historic Savannah area!
Parking was free on the street on front of the house, but was monitored across the street, however we had no problems finding parking. On Thursday there was street cleaning, so we just moved the car and then moved it back after the street cleaning was completed.
It was large enough for myself and my husband. We worked a couple of days and there was plenty of space for both of us to do so comfortably.
Would definitely stay here again.

After initial frustrations with the door key code being incorrect--quickly corrected by a phone call--and finding a poorly stocked kitchen, I discovered the dishwasher had all we were missing. Hosts were responsive to a dearth of towels and no dish towels, but still only provided one dish towel. I have never rented an apt where I had to empty the dishwasher myself but maybe others have. Bed was comfortable, kitchen was fine for the minimal cooking we did. The bath was fine, although I would suggest they add some safety bars. The tub was quite high getting out especially, and there was nothing to hold onto. Lounge and dining area were fine and quite pleasant. One night the heat came on and was a bit noisy. The ceiling fan was not on, so we switched it on to run clockwise (for winter), and that fixed the problem. There were no decent maps, so we left as many as we could find for the next guests. It would have been helpful to know that a free shuttle stop was two blocks away, so we left the DOT map as well along with pamphlets from some of the sites we enjoyed. We would happily stay here again and recommend Lucky Savannah's properties.

This apartment was in a great location. Easy to check in and out. We couldn't find our booking information on the drive up and staff were very helpful and responsive. Comfortable king bed and living room. Inside was clean and had all the amenities listed.
My only comment is that the back porch was covered in wet leaves and fallen tree branches and was unusable until we cleared everything off. Feel that if a property lists itself as providing a porch, then the porch and its area should be swept and prepared for guests just as the inside is.

Outside needs improvement,loose bricks and peeling paint. Back patio was not in usable condition. Inside was very nice,comfortable bed and quite location.

Once we got in the residence was fine and I have no complaints. However 2 things stood out
1. The outside is not well taken care of as other properties on the block. Overgrown weeds.
2. We got there early and asked if we could check in. Person on phone said they would call to make sure property was cleaned and call me back. I never got call back. Waited 2 hours and magically the door code started to work at exactly 4:00. I suspect no call was ever made to see if place was cleaned.

I had a four-day trip to Savannah in early May. We stayed in Rose Cottage, and it was perfect for our needs. The cottage is well maintained and nicely decorated. We especially liked the kitchen, even though all we use was the fridge and the coffee maker. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was very nice. The cottage has a great layout and would definitely recommend it.

This little unit is in a very convenient location, close to everything but quiet and comfortable. Bed could be more comfortable and the courtyard area really needs a good clean out but we would stay again.

We have never been to Savannah so I wasn't sure how good the location would be. Savannah is very walkable and this place ended up to be in a great location. We only used our rental car when it rained or if we were visiting the nearby islands. The cottage was very clean and a great size. Everything was comfortable too. The price was very reasonable compared to other options. There was no problems finding parking right by the cottage. We did the trolley tour our first day which was a great way to get acclimated. We also did a food tour which was fantastic. Other than that, we walked around the city, visited Tybee Island and Hilton Head. Will definitely be back to visit!

This location was perfect. Much closer to everything in the historic district than it looked like on a map. Clean and well stocked. I arrived before checkin and was able to drop my bags off at the office and explore.

Our cottage was perfect for 2 adults. It was within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. It was clean, the kitchen was updated and the bedroom spacious. We enjoyed the little deck off of the bedroom. Easy check in and check out. Parking was not a concern in February. I would recommend this cottage to my friends and family.

Very clean couple’s cottage in the historic district. On street parking was not an issue for us in February, very quiet, peaceful street. Super comfy king bed, we slept great! Is about a 15-20 minute walk to the river and walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go downtown. Couch was a little stiff.

Our cottage was very cute, and located off the main tourist area. It was clean and all ready for our visit. We were even able to check in early with just a phone call to Lucky Savannah. It was perfect for just the two of us, but it could hold another 1 or two people. We didn't take advantage of the full kitchen or laundry facilities, but it would be great if a few meals "at home" were desired.
It was easy to walk to all the sights,
especially if you are a walker, like me!

My partner and I came to Savannah and had to make a last-minute adjustment in our lodging arrangement. Fortunately, this place was available in a great location. We really enjoyed the king-size bed and patio. The kitchen was also very functional.

The Rose Cottage was absolutely perfect! The cottage was clean, nicely decorated and had all the amenities you will want or need. Arrival and departure were seamless. Location was perfect! We spent 4 days in Savannah and never moved my car and we walked everywhere. Definitely recommend and we give 5 stars!!!!!

Rose Cottage is in a great location - we were able to walk a large part of the Historic District quite easily.The Cottage is very comfortable and spacious and the kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare a meal. The office staff were kind and efficient responding to our requests.
The only issue we had was getting the TV to work. Happily our son was able to get our apps connected, but without him, we'd have been stuck. I suggest having some detailed instructions to renters who don't know how to do such technical stuff.
The cottage was very clean and airy.

Great rental experience! This cottage is a 10! Quiet street, but close to all we wanted to see. We were able to walk to the Market and alot of other attractions. The big plus - Savannah Roasters coffee was in the rental !

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home had everything you could need in the kitchen, plenty of space and was on a quiet, historic street. Lots of great cafes and bookshops nearby. The team at Lucky Savannah was very helpful on getting us checked in, and the bed was comfy, too!

Our vacation rental was excellent! It was very clean and decorated very tastefully! We were close enough to walk to places in the Historic District, and there was free street parking in front of our rental. We will most likely return and stay at this rental property again and highly recommend it to anyone!
