Description

Located just East of the famous Fountain at Forsyth Park, Savannah Drawing Room is located in the landmark Historic District on a quiet street. Boasting over three floors, you'll find a substantial amount of natural light throughout this charming home that fills the home with cheer. Put down your bags and kick your feet up inside the formal living room facing the front of the home, where you can also gather for a family movie night or game day.

Toward the back of the house is an open plan kitchen with an attached formal dining area. Choose a formal meal at the dining table fit for eight, or enjoy a glass of wine at the kitchen island before walking to one of Savannah's best restaurants. From this room, there is access to the deck with plush chairs and a courtyard with a fire pit -- the perfect spot for spending an evening sipping wine and recounting the day with loved ones under the stars.

Before heading upstairs, you'll find the first bedroom located on the main level, which is ideal for guests with mobility issues. This room features a Queen size bed, and is just across the hall form a quaint powder room. On the second level, two bedrooms are equipped with comfortable beds, and a generous amount of storage space. The primary bedroom overlooking the tree-lined courtyard features a King size bed, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Just down the hall, the second bedroom that overlooks Gaston Street is fitted with a Queen size bed, and is adjacent to the hallway bathroom that features a large shower/soaking tub combo.

The top floor, which can be reached by a spiral staircase, is fitted with two twin beds. This enchanting spot is sure to form lasting bonds between those sharing the space and is especially perfect for children!

Savannah Drawing Room is perfectly situated to explore Savannah’s Historic District. Truly located in an excellent location that is just a short walk to Troup Square, the Cathedral of St. John the Baptist and Historic Jones Street, voted one of the prettiest streets in the United States! A short drive or walk puts you on either Broughton Street or River Street where shopping and dining abound-it truly is the ideal location from which to explore Savannah.

The home was warm, clean and very comfortable. Plenty of room for 5 adults to sleep. Kitchen and dining open for eating and games. Walking distance to downtown and all of the “squares” in town. Great location for st pattys day parade.

10/20/23 stay. Let me start by saying we will definitely be staying here again. The Drawing Room is in a perfect location. Close to everything. You can walk everywhere. Close to a Kroger and all the sights and restaurants in Savannah. There is ample parking in the street and a spot in the back of the house. The house was clean and welcoming. The one thing that was not
working well was the washing machine and dryer.
Quite enclosed porch in the back of the house. Very accommodating with an early check in. Thank you Lucky Savannah. We will be back!

We live in Savannah and had family coming in from Boston and Honolulu. This rental was perfect for us in terms of location, size, and comfort. Loved the huge kitchen/ dining room. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. I will rent it again!

The house is in a great location. Very clean with plenty of room for our group of 7. We would easily stay at this rental again as it provided everything we needed for a long weekend.

We had the best time visiting Savannah and staying in this home that was very close to the historic homes and Forsythe Park. This home was so pleasant to return to each day after hours of walking. The kitchen was well stocked with pans and utensils for preparing our meals. We felt very safe in the neighborhood. There was a neighbor who had parked in the designated parking spot out back, but that was resolved quickly by the manager of the property. Also, there were no hairdryers, but we were able to borrow one from a family friend. I'm sure the property manager would have provided that too if we asked. Overall it was a very positive experience!

Had a great stay! The property was clean and management was very helpful. This property is in a good location but you do need to walk about 20-25 minutes to get to the main square downtown and the riverfront. There could also be a few more household items such as cooking spray, coffee filters, paper towels, etc. but overall wonderful stay.

The home was decorated wonderfully and had lots of personality. It was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed, living room was very nicely decorated the couch was comfy. Loved the tall ceilings and screened in porch. Upstairs was a wonderful reading area on the second floor and the loft was a great touch although the circular stairs were a bit intimidating to the loft.

I booked this property for my husband, dad, & two boys (9 & 15) for their annual summer trip & what a perfect space for everyone to spread out!! The beds were comfy, location was fantastic, and my 9 yo said the loft was “amazing”!! They marveled over the bathroom with just a sink and my dad particularly loved the screened in porch. Most important to me was the customer service we received from the girls at LUCKY SAVANNAH!! They ROCK!!! My husband did mention that the parking spot out back was taken??? But they were always able to snag one out front. We will definitely return:)
