Description

Located off of the beaten path and within walking distance to essentially everything the Historic District offers, Rue Garden is an inviting and charming rental for your Savannah stay. Stepping into the living space, guests have an ample amount of plush seating, where they can gather together at the end of the day and catch up on their favorite shows. The living room sofa also converts into a queen sleeper sofa for additional accommodations.

At the back of the home, boasting with natural light from your windows that overlook the courtyard, step right into the fully equipped kitchen. The elevated, and spacious kitchen features all of the modern conveniences one could wish for. You'll have everything you need during your stay, which makes this an exceptionally convenient spot to call home… even just for a few days!

Tucked away, the Queen-sized bedroom features a calming, neutral palette and with a ensuite bathroom. The beautiful ensuite bath features a pedestal sink, plus a spacious shower/tub combination.

Guests are only a short walking distance away from Columbia Square, The Riverfront, City Market, and most of downtown's shopping and dining options!

What is parking like for this home?
This unit has one private parking space behind the home. All additional parking can be found on-street, and is metered which is enforced by the City of Savannah Monday through Saturday from 8am to 8pm. You have the option of feeding the meter, parking in a nearby parking garage, or buying a parking pass from the Savannah Visitor Center. All of that information is included in our confirmation email sent upon booking.

Our first time in Savannah. Was amazing! Our unit was awesome! Beautiful with a lot of character. Bed was very comfy. Only issue was the drain in the shower was very slow, hopefully the owner will fix this. Great location, 4 blocks from River St and directory across the street from the Colonial cemetery, the oldest one in the city. Very Cool place. Walking distance of many of the beautiful squares. Only thing that was disappointing was the construction right next door the entire time we were there, we weren't home during the day but couldn't sleep in lol. Other than that this place is great and would stay there again

This is located in the perfect area to walk everywhere. The place is nice and clean enough and a parking space is great to have. Spent three nights trying to figure out how to watch tv only to call and be told you can’t watch main things without your own account to sign into (which we don’t have). That was frustrating. Overall great place though.

This is a wonderful cozy garden apartment.
It was perfect for exploring the historical downtown area of Savannah
We were able to walk to everything, museums, attractions, tours, restaurants, etc.
The property was perfectly clean and ready for our stay
The only issue is the lock and deadbolt system on the front door needs maintenance, it was very loose in the door and would not be secure

Lucky Savannah was very easy to reach and replied quickly when we had a question about our parking. Our stay was just as pictured and very reflective of the historic downtown it is located in. Very easy to walk everywhere. I think we moved our car once the whole weekend and that was to drive to a baby shower 25 minutes away. Would recommend for those wanting a historic downtown Savannah feel!

Our rental was clean, pretty, had everything we needed, and was walking distance to everything we wanted to do. The only complaint we had was the bed- it was probably the most uncomfortable bed we’ve ever slept in.

Perfect house for two in a Perfect Location!! Loved the Savannah style homes on this street with the picturesque oak trees canopy!! Everything was Excellent. We highly recommend this home!! And it’s just a short walk to Leopold’s Ice Cream where we visited Every Day!!!

Absolutely loved the unit. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. There was no one in the unit above us so it was super quiet & peaceful. Location was fantastic and literally 2-3 minutes to get to all the places we visited. We hope to come back again and will be specifically looking to rent the same unit!!

Forever a great experience, everything in the apt was just right and the appropriate blend of home and luxury without the matching expense. Location was centered to so much that was walking distance ,yet quiet and private enough to enjoy peaceful rest as well. Definitely one of the better vacation get always I could imagine.I am so glad we stayed here instead of a standard hotel for our stay, looking forward to another visit soon

Our garden apartment was the perfect place for my husband and me to enjoy Savannah on foot. Close to the river, the food, the squares, etc. Very clean and check in check out was seamless. It was a cozy and comfortable place to stay!!

Our rental was perfect! The garden home was roomy and cozy. The home was extra clean. Private parking was a plus. Washer/dryer was convenient. We walked everywhere! Perfect location! We could hear street noise and noise from the home above us but it was not extreme and didn’t bother us. We would definitely stay at this home again!
