It was a great home in the historical district that made for a cool experience in a new town for us! It gave us lots of room, was easy to find and in the heart of the historical district, walking distance from everything we needed!

This Lucky property was perfect for me and my family. This charming home was perfect for our family of five. It was clean and very impressive.

We learned at the last minute that the property we booked was going to be unavailable. We were offered a few options and then some more as we were looking for some specific requirements regarding location and # of bedrooms & bathrooms. This property, the best of those offered, had everything except the listing noted only an ensuite bathroom upstairs on the bedroom level, which we were not pleased about. However, we were pleasantly surprised to find an additional 1/2 bath and suggest this important detail be added to the listing info. We were delighted with everything about this property - especially the owner's decor. There was lots of art and items presumably collected from all over the world and it was all lovely to look at. Also, the place was very clean and well appointed with good bedding and everything we needed. So - 1 star for the management company for not giving us the place we booked and it appearing that we would be compromising on what we wanted. 5 stars for them being communicative and helpful - averages to 3 stars..

This was my first time renting a home vs hotel stay. It was absolutely perfect. The home was just as pictured. Beautiful, comfortable, had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The kitchen is fantastic with all the supplies needed to prepare meals. The bedrooms are spacious yet cozy and all the details of the home and decor really made our stay in Savannah special. Walking distance to everything we needed. Parking was easy right on the street out front. I would highly recommend Queen Anne Manor for anyone’s adventure to Savannah.

We had a wonderful time at Queen Anne Manor. Perfect setting for our girls weekend. Loved the location and this will be my go to property any time I visit Savannah.

What a really cool eclectic house. Me and my buddies had a wonderful stay in Savannah. Only had one hiccup with the lock code not working. Was able to rectify very quickly. Walking distance to Kroger and to the Free Trolley (DOT) that will take you to and from the Riverfront Downtown area. I just wish we could have stayed longer. Cleaning people did not take out the previous renter's trash. Needs dish towels or a sponge. I found a sponge the cleaning crew left behind. Other than that I would recommend the Queen Anne Manor.

Great house for a long weekend celebration. Having a grocery store within walking distance was a bonus. We enjoyed the Vault and Rosie the Bomber for dinner. The Ordinary Pub for brunch is with endless mimosas was fun. The Farmers Market in Forsyth Park on Saturday was amazing. If you like to cook, this house has wonderful fully equipped kitchen. The accommodations should be corrected as this house has 2 queen beds and 1 twin. There is 1 1/2 baths upstairs, 1 down stairs. We look forward to returning in the future.

Perfect location for our sisters reunion. The updated kitchen and bathrooms worked beautifully for the four of us.

This home in the historic district is comfortable, stylish, eclectic, and better than the photos. The location is very convenient to Kroger, morning coffee, and Forsyth Park. My two adult children and I were in Savannah for a wedding. It was great to have our own baths to get ready. My only critique is that the kitchen while new has very minimal items for cooking and no wine glasses.

This was the perfect spot for 4 women visiting downtown Savannah. The house reflects the historic taste of the neighborhood, but with kitchen and all three bathrooms fully renovated. Lucky Savannah responded quickly when the door code did not allow us to enter upon arrival, and a new code was promptly given. We were allowed to stay over for an hour when traffic in the area, due to a race, made it difficult to get out. Bedding and linens were high quality. A rail of some sort would be helpful on the front entry steps, and what we had pictured as a cozy courtyard was actually a very small deck without side rails. Location was perfect for walking to riverfront area and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

The Queen Anne manor was absolutely delightful. It was clean, beautifully provisioned and very comfortable. We were more than happy with this home and grateful to the owner and the management company for providing us such an exceptional place to stay during our visit to Savannah. Thank you to all!!!

We were in Savannah over Christmas. The house was perfect. It is conveniently located in the historic district and we could walk everywhere, which is exactly what we needed. The house has all necessary amenities to feel comfortable with the added bonus of great interior decor.
Lucky Savannah was efficient and responsive when we had a small issue with an appliance. The app that they use to manage reservation was user friendly and hassle free.

Will definitely be renting this house again. Blocks from Forsythe park. Kroger one block away. Nice linens and towels.

My husband and I rented this house for our honeymoon and we are glad we did! The home has a very “Savannah” feel to it, filled with local art and books, and quirky yet historic decor throughout. One thing to be aware of is that this house is very old and therefore not very level. You can easily see and feel the floor sloping in various parts of the house and this can cause some people to feel sick. The location is conveniently located near downtown Savannah, but on a quieter street. Kroger is a 5 minute walk, Forsyth Park 10 mins, and River Street 20 mins. We found the kitchen to not be as fully stocked as we had hoped, but with Kroger close by we managed just fine. The kitchen could also use a new coffee pot as the one there was cracked, but again, this was minor. Overall we found this duplex to be very cozy yet spacious, and a great experience overall!

We loved this home! One of the best we have stayed in. Good location for exploring Savannah. The house was fun and interesting. I could have spent more time just looking around the home. We would definitely stay again!

Accommodation photos were completely misleading . The “sitting room with sleeper sofa” was actually in one of the bedrooms. A full bath with claw tub/shower had been converted to half bath/ laundry room , which was very inconvenient for four women.
Lucky Savannah earnestly tried very hard to be helpful.

Loved the house, the location. Beds were comfortable. Had all items needed in the kitchen. Felt at home!

The property description and photos were absolutely accurate for this home. We loved the location and how every possible item we could have wanted was already there. We stayed with two children and a dog, and the area was lovely for walking the dog + finding plenty to do nearby. We were careful to social distance due to COVID-19, so we did trek to Tybee Island quite frequently, but we also opted to rent bikes one day to explore Savannah and also were able to get over to Forsyth Park (very near the home!) in the early morning hours before it became too hot or crowded to let the kids run around and play a bit. The *only* thing we didn't love about the home - and this is just a matter of it being a historic home and us choosing to stay there during the height of summer - was that it was definitely warmer upstairs especially as the sun set into the two front upstairs rooms (which, consequently, were the rooms our kids were staying in.) Again, there is really nothing that can be done about this from the owner's perspective. Fortunately, we are from Florida, so we know heat. Thanks for a great stay!

We stayed here 12/27-12/30 to spend time with our son who is stationed at Ft Stewart and could not come home for Christmas. I have to say the property was so relaxed and felt very comfortable. Our son had a car so he drove us around. Everywhere we went was only about a mile from Queen Anne Manor. The food was amazing. We ate at Elizabeth's on 37th, Crystal Beer Parlor, The Funky Brunch Cafe, Belford's. By Belford's they have live music on Saturday's. We had dinner then walked around.

Overall we really enjoyed our 2 nights in Savannah at this place. Location was great. Property gave us the feeling of an old historic southern city. A few minor issues: only one coffee filter...really? Master bath sink would not drain and one lightbulb out. Otherwise very comfortable, and enjoyed having Amazon Prime TV.

It was very comfortable and an easy walk to any where. The shower curtain had mold on it but was replaced right away. We also were never able to connect to the WiFi.
