Great location - a few blocks from Forsyth Park,, a grocery store a couple blocks away, charming cafe a couple blocks away. Very clean, comfortable and inviting. Guests should be advised there is a step immediately to the right when they enter so they are aware to be careful. Highly recommend this spot.

Rental was perfect. Easy access and directions. Location was great (we did have a car) no trouble parking ,safe, very clean and uncluttered, had everything and more of what we needed. Stairs are alittle scary. Need to be careful. Would stay there again. Had no issues at all.

Our stay was comfortable and very pleasant. Beds were immaculate and comfy, kitchen had all the necessities, living room couch was a bit low and soft, but perfectly adequate, and the courtyard was a plus.
Owners were excellent at fixing a flickering light and a small garbage disposal issue.
Steps just inside the door might be an issue for those with vision or walking issues.
A sleek modern spot handy to everything!

We had a wonderful stay at this property while we were in Savannah for our recent trip. The host was responsive and helpful and we found the property to be clean and in a great location. The beds were very comfortable, however the sheets and comforter were very thin and there weren't any extra blankets or pillows provided. Extra blankets would have been a welcome touch for those who prefer additional warmth while sleeping, especially as we were visiting in January. We were also only provided 3 dishwasher pods and 1 laundry pod, which was not enough for our 6 day/5 night stay. It would be nice to have more of both available so guests don't have to purchase extras at the grocery store (which was nice and close!) and only use a few during their stay. Extra dishtowels would have also been nice, since there was only 1. One of the recessed lights in the living room flickered constantly during our stay and only stopped if the lights were turned down very low, so hopefully that is also fixed before the next guest's stay. Other than these minor issues, we had a wonderful time walking to Broughton Street, SCAD, and the river. We loved our trip to Savannah and can't wait to return!

Our experience was very good -- easy access to property, clean residence, lovely patio, comfortable beds, kitchen with all of the pans and cooking equipment you could possibly need, easy parking, and walkable to Forsythe Park and so much more. The Lucky Savannah team was also very accessible and responsive.

Poet's Sanctuary was a wonderful retreat for our girl's weekend. The home was beautifully decorated and wonderfully maintained. The location was a short walk to shopping and restaurants. I would definitely stay there again.

We loved staying at the poets sanctuary. It had everything we needed, and everything was so clean. The location was pretty good, but we still ended up driving to several places but it wasn’t bad. The only negative thing would be walking in the door and immediately having steps down into the dining room.
