Description

The Percival Too is located on the second floor of this historic building. Stay in the heart of downtown but with the quiet and privacy you prefer on vacation! This apartment boasts a spacious living room, formal dining room, full kitchen, and three bedrooms.

Enter into the light-filled apartment and immediately notice the tall ceilings and charming decor. Now-decorative fireplaces anchor each space and are complimented with modern conveniences like wall-mounted flat screen TVs. The living room sofa pulls out to a Queen sleeper.

Adjacent to the living room is a formal dining area, its table comfortably seating six. Just beyond, the well-equipped kitchen with two more bar stools at the island. Expect every essential you'd need to whip up a meal, including stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops.

The primary bedroom offers a generous walk-in closet that connects the to an en suite bath with large standing shower.

On the South end of the apartment facing Wright Square, the other two bedrooms mirror each-other. Both boast with light filled rooms, and come equipped with flat screen TVs and ample storage space. These two bedrooms share a full bath down the hall with a clawfoot tub / shower combination.

Wright Square is considered by many to be an epicenter of downtown, as it is situated on Bull Street near Broughton. Most of Savannah's top shops, restaurants, and bars are but a few steps away from your front door. The Percival Too is in an ideal location!

What is parking like for this home?
There is one designated parking space available for this home. Parking for additional guests in your party can be found on-street and metered, which is enforced by the City of Savannah Monday through Saturday, 8am to 8pm. Most guests will park their car in either a city- or privately-owned parking garage and pay a flat daily rate for the remainder of their stay.

We loved the location - right in the middle of everything. We parked our car and walked the whole time. Easy to get to unique restaurants and pubs.
The apartment is beautiful, comfortable, clean and spacious. Plenty of space for us to gather for family game night after we came in from the pubs.
Our favorite part - the church bells!! Also all the ghost tours meeting up outside the building - added to the character and charm of the place! We are already planning our next trip!!

The Percival Too was a perfect location in the middle of the historic downtown. The Host was in contact from the time I signed up thru the exit instructions. Everything was easy and clear. The home was clean and ready for us. The home had the old Savannah charm but all the modern amenities. It was located next to a church that had bells go off every 15 minutes but after the first day you don’t even notice. You do hear people on the street but it is downtown and you do choose this location for the convenience. We would definitely recommend this hoe yo our friends and will be back. We walked everywhere and enjoyed some great food and bars all around

Location is great, you can walk to just about anywhere in historic district. House is nice with 3 bedrooms with nice beds. Furniture is dated but ok. Master bedroom is adjacent to an alley. From 5am on there is traffic backing up in that alley. Got no sleep for 4 days. Church bells start at 8am. There was no elevator access for second floor apartment. Parking spots are in alley behind building and we're often blocked and even occupied once by construction equipment. Gave 3 stars for location but can not recommend the property.

Our vacation rental was perfectly located. It was walking distance to shops, restaurants, and parks. It was very clean and the staff were so kind and helpful from the time I booked to the time we checked out. We will definitely be using Lucky Savannah the next time we need a rental while in Savannah and if available would love to stay at The Percival Too if available.

We had a bit of a difficulty with housekeeping when we checked in, but it was quickly resolved and we were pleased in the end. When I had a problem, there was always quick responses from management and things were fixed quickly. Photos must be quite old or from the other apartment in the building, as this furniture was not what was in the apartment, but overall it was nice. Excellent location if you want to be right downtown, just be aware it can get quite noisy with street sweeping and weekend party crowd.

The apartment is in a great location and was walkable to much of the city highlights. The apartment itself was comfortable and a perfect size for the 3 of us. There is a church kitty corner on the square and the bells tolled frequently. The private parking spot was definitely a bonus. It was a little charming and they were quiet at night. We would use this place again. When we arrived, there were a couple of issues. The management company was very responsive and took care of the issues promptly.

It was great. Loved the rooms and the big space. And the lay out of the apartment was great....the young people had the front and I had the back. The kitchen had everything that was needed for any dish you would want to cook. Would definitely stay there again if I go to Savannah.

We rented this home for a weekend wedding event and enjoyed it. It is close to everything. We used the parking garage 1/2 block down the street and we didn't have to get our vehicle out until we left. We walked everywhere we wanted to go. Home worked out great for 3 couples and 2 singles. The living room doors close so we were able to use it as an "extra" bedroom as well. Had a little issue with the air conditioning but the nice folks at Lucky took care of that for us. Beautiful home but hope you like stairs and church bells! We will definitely return if we need a place to stay in Savannah!

We had a party of 6 and we had plenty of room. The apartment was very clean and located just a street or two from Broughton. 7 min walk to Riverstreet. Several restaurant, Icecream, brunch places very close by and a CVS pharmacy came in handy due to a prescription needing to be filled. The church bells do start ringing about 8am but that didn’t bother us. You will need to be able for climb 26 steps to get to your 2nd floor room but we read all the fine print and knew that ahead of time... the pictures show the stairs as well. We chose Old Savannah Trolly Tours to take us around Savannah and they have a drop off #15 very close to the apartment. We plan to stay here again.

The 2nd Story apartment was in a great location--centrally located for our group. We were able to park the car (in a dedicated space) and walk wherever we needed to go. The apartment was clean, plainly decorated and spacious.
Unfortunately, the TV and internet quality remained dismal during our stay. We only had functionality in one TV, so it made late night TV watching and streaming difficult. This would be the only con. However, after a long day in Savannah and at the Riverfront, we made it comfortable.

Old house with great location and comfortable beds. If you plan to spend a lot of time inside the house, this may not be a good house for you. But if you plan to be outside and want to be closer to everything, this is the right house for you.

Great location and accommodations. TVs everywhere. Very clean and comfortable and convenient to everything. The church across the street has awesome bell tower that starts at 8am and plays great tunes very loudly. Don’t need an alarm clock! The stairs are a bit long for older folks and there is an elevator but made unusual noises in operation.
I would definitely stay here again and hope to. Thanks from Raleigh NC!

Beautiful old home with nice updates and comfortable beds. The location was everything. We never used our car or Uber the entire trip and walked everywhere. We didn’t notice much noise at night but there are bells in the morning as mentioned by other renters so sleeping in past 8 would be tough here. Be aware that you park in the back alley but enter the home from the main street (not an issue we were just a little confused on arrival). Overall I’d stay here again and recommend to others that don’t have problems walking up a flight of stairs.

My only suggestion would be to consider adding curtains or blackout shades in the bedrooms to block some of the street lights because it’s bright 24 hours a day.

Overall, very good. The apartment was well furnished, clean inside and in a perfect location for walking to multiple sites. But, there was a shortfall that took a little luster off of our stay. Because the apartment's entrance is at the top of a long set of stairs and the parking is around the back of the building, the natural tendency for loading and unloading luggage, groceries, etc. is to use the elevator next to the parking space in back. The trouble is that the elevator was disgusting. It was full of dirt and cigarette butts. It would be wise if Lucky Savannah ensured that maid staff cleaned the elevator and while they're at it, the back stairway...broken glass windows, broken furniture, trash etc. It took us a few minutes to figure out how to effectively use the elevator without locking ourelves out. Perhaps they don't necessarily want guests to use it, but it's available and useful for loading and unloading. One other complaint is the Master Bath Shower. It appears to be missing one of the 2 sliding glass doors thus allowing water to splash all over the bathroom floor. That should be fixed. Despite these items, I'd still recommend the unit.

What a cozy place. Nicely appointed and close to everything. My husband and I took our two grown daughters for a quick weekend shopping trip. We enjoyed the close proximity to Broughton Street stores. The condo had that great historical feel while still providing all the comforts with updated bathrooms, kitchen, etc.

Great rooms and location. I would give it 5 stars but it is a bit noisy with the church bell starting at 8am and end at 8 pm. Lots of noise from outside late at night. I would still stay there again. Lucky Savannah is a good company to stay with. Thanks

The house was beautiful located on Wright Square and with only a 10 minute walk to River St. My only complaint would be the noise level around the house. You can hear people talking/yelling in the middle of the night plus the garbage truck comes into the alley to empty the metal dumpsters at 3 am to pick up. Imagine what that sounds like. But overall it was a great house. Plenty of room for our 3 families to move around in. The kitchen is gorgeous although we didn’t cook while there. Lucky Savannah was a great business to deal with and would book through them again. A Must Do is the Trolley ride.

We visited Savannah for the first time as part of our daughters college graduation trip in May of 2021. The location was fantastic, right across from one of the gorgeous Savannah parks. Also close enough to walk everywhere. We loved having the included parking spot for our car, but we parked it at the beginning of our stay and never used the car again. The apartment was so close to shopping, amazing restaurants, and lots of things to see and do. It was very clean, with all fresh white bedding and towels. They also provided plenty of everything we needed, laundry detergent, dish soap, toilet paper, etc! The only negative was the noise. We read a lot about the church Bell’s, I personally LOVED them! They were loud, but they didn’t bother us at all. I guess if you slept past 8 am it could be a problem. The big problem was the dumpster emptying at 3 or 4 am every morning. It was a big dumpster right below the master bedroom window. Not only did they empty it, so there was a lot of loud banging, but the trash truck backed up so there was a bunch of beeping. It sounded like it was in the bedroom and woke us up every single day! Honestly even with the noise, I would stay here again! **Note, you do have to climb a very tall set of stairs to get to and from the apartment, so keep that in mind!

Myself and six friends stayed in the Percival Too unit on Wright Square and had an amazing long weekend in Savannah. The unit has large king-sized beds in every room, and a pull-out couch in a living room with pocket doors that create a private space. Even though there were 7 of us staying, it never felt crowded. The unit is beautiful, with an upgraded kitchen and balconies overlooking Wright Square. It was clean, with linens and toiletries provided. We felt that we could not have been in a better location, easy walking distance to all corners of Savannah. We woke up every morning to the sound of horse hooves on cobblestones - it was just a wonderful experience and our Lucky Savannah rental made it a perfect trip.
