We loved the location and the rental itself. It was very clean and just as described in the pictures. The beds were comfortable and the company was easy to work with. With that being said, we did have a couple of hiccups. The refrigerator did not get cold. There were two small dorm size refrigerators in the dining room and we wondered why they were there. We were not told ahead of time that we would not have a full refrigerator so naturally, we put our waters in the main refrigerator and didn't realize until the next morning that they weren't cold. If we were bringing in groceries it would have been a problem because there was no way the two small fridges could have held as much. Also, we were provided sheets for the pull out couch but no blanket. By the time we noticed it was too late in the night to call and there were NO extra blankets in the whole apartment. Overall it was a great stay, we just needed better communication.

Great Location in the middle of Savannah. Only a couple of negatives.
There is no elevator. It’s a long trek up to the third floor with luggage and entering and exiting. The interior needs a little maintenance with Doors latching , loose Flooring , area rugs turn up at edges creating a trip hazard.
All in all a good stay. Stairs not for the feeble or out of shape.

We came to Savannah to celebrate my Moms birthday. We chose this house based on the location and the size. We were very happy with our choice! The house was very clean. The beds are comfortable. It was in the perfect location. Walking distance to everything. We will definitely be back.

If you are going to Savannah, stay in the historic district and make this property your go to. Overlooks Wright Square, a block from Broughton St with its shops and restaurants, walking distance to Forsythe Park, the river front and to City Market. The customer service from Lucky Savannah was exceptional. Highly recommend and will use them again for my next visit.

Very convenient for seeing things in the historic district. The place is nicely outfitted with appliances, the beds are comfortable, the shower works fine. The down sides were that the couch is quite uncomfortable and left me with a very sore back, and we had trouble getting the elevator to always work properly, which meant we had to climb the many stairs to get to the 3rd floor. Overall I would recommend, but given the price I'd look for alternatives.

This apartment has 3 king-size beds. Two bedrooms have a nonworking fireplce.
The dininroom was sufficient for 8 people to sit around the round dining table. The interior walls of the dining room needed patched.
The kitchen has e everything you need if you want to cook. Only room for2 seats at the island.
Has 2 bathrooms
The one bathroom has a clawfoot bath tub with surround shower curtain, sink and toilet. Well proportioned room.
The master bedroom has an onsuite with a shower, toilet and sink. It is quite a bit smaller than the other bathroom. There is a skylight which added a
very nice touch.
A laundry room was also available in this apartment.
It was in a very good location to coffee shops, eateries and shopping.
The heating thermostat was on a restricted temperature. We did get cold at night and when the heat did turn on, we got too hot.
There is a service elevator, which was a beautiful plus.
Overall, it was a nice vintage place to stay.

The location is fantastic, and the elevator was a huge bonus for our group, which included folks with mobility issues. That said, the apartment needs a lot of maintenance. Broken doorknobs, nonworking outlets, lights, etc. Beds are comfy, pillows are terrible. Couch was filthy, as were the toilets.

Overall was a good experience. The location was ideal! So convenient to everything which is what we were looking for. The beds were very comfortable as well. However, the place is due for a deep clean, new rugs and living room furniture.

This was a perfect rental for our group! We are 6 women in our 60’s who have travelled together for over 20 years. This was definitely one of our best rentals. It is exactly as described. Plenty of room & very comfortable. We parked our car when we arrived & never used it again! You could not ask for a better location. You do get a lot of street noise as mentioned in reviews. It is a downside to staying in the heart of the historical district . We would absolutely stay here again!

This rental has so much character and historic feel to it. Each room was very spacious and comfortable for the six of us. This location was a 3 minute walk to Starbucks and <12 minute walk to River Street. The elevator was interesting.. you needed to do some finessing to operate it. This rental could’ve used some more cleaning and maintenance of the furniture but very minor. We’ve stayed with Lucky Savannah at a previous location and really enjoyed the experience. Such a professional company and great customer service. We really enjoyed our stay in Savannah. It was the best birthday trip!

What a perfect location. Very close to the main sites and we were able to walk everywhere. The rooms were spacious and suited our needs. Lucky Savannah was very responsive to our needs. Allowed us to store our bags in their office (and get free drinks) and answered the phone immediately when the door codes were not working. On our last day, we found out there was not wine bottle opener and I filled out the maintenance form thinking nothing of it. Got a bottle opener within an hour! My only complaint is that many lights were burned out and that the clock ringing on the square was really loud. Be sure to bring ear plugs.

Very nice rental. Kitchen amazing. Loved the large dining room table. Big tall ceilings. Great location. If you like to sleep extra cold (in mid 60s), AC will not get below 70 in July.

This was a wonderful clean and fully equipped rental. 8 of us slept very comfortable. The location is great and having CVS across the street is a bonus! Highly recommend! Worth the $$!!

The location was absolutely perfect for being walkable to everything. The house is beautiful and gave us some of that savannah charm. The only downside was the windows are paper thin so you hear a lot! Especially the church bells next door that go off every 15 min from 8 am onward. We were 4 moms on vacation so were looking forward to a little extra sleep that unfortunately didn’t happen!

Our rental was a charming third floor apartment with 3 bedrooms, two baths, LR, DR, kitchen & laundry room. Tall ceilings, beautiful hard wood floors & very spacious.

Good property with GREAT location. Liked the layout. Furniture is a little dated and mismatched but still functional. WiFi in back bed room is spotty. Electronics are okay but installation is sloppy so makes property look a little messy. Would suggest investing in a cabinet or two to clean the look up.
All said we enjoyed property and would stay here again.

Excellent choice, location was fantastic, the description of the place and amenities were spot on. Very cute and comfortable. It is located close to the river front, so much to do and only a short walk. I would highly recommend this place.

This was a beautiful home for us to celebrate our 1 year anniversary. The amenities were perfect and close to everything. The church is right next door and the bells were beautiful to hear.

During our visit to Savannah, we enjoyed staying at the Percival. It was very clean and also convenience to many wonderful restaurants. The Chive Sea Bar was phenomenal. The only con we had is the parking provided is not suitable for a truck or suv. You need a sedan car for the spot. We had to pay for parking in the public parking garage. The alley way has many large delivery trucks coming through often.

We enjoyed our stay while we were in Savannah for a family wedding. This apartment is in a great location. The apartment is very well equipped for a stay with a spacious kitchen and living room as well as 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We hope to be back one day.

This was a girls' family 3 generation trip! Our group of 6 ages 13-69 had a wonderful time in Savannah. The Percival was exactly as described, very clean, well equipped with the perfect location. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted from Broughton Street shops to River Street to many restaurants and the different squares. We all took the Savannah Cultural and Culinary food tour and thought it was great! The food was delicious and our tour guide very personable, friendly and knowledgeable about the history of Savannah. There is a CVS located within a 1/2 block of this rental which was great for getting a few food and drink items. The three bedrooms with king-size beds worked out great. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Savannah and will recommend this apartment to friends.

The Percival was an ideal location for daily walking adventures in Savannah. The Perival was super clean, and nicer than we anticipated. We were a group of six adults and the space was nice for gathering and allowing personal space. The king sized beds were comfy. The apartment was has classic charm, the fireplacesand the bathroom skylight are great aesthetics. We even appreciated the 8 a.m.church bells!
Location was perfect, you can get anywhere easily. Of course being by Wright Square is an added bonus, the quiet park setting is a great way to begin and end the days. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

This property was perfect for three couples who wanted a long weekend getaway. It’s in a great location. We parked our car and never moved it the entire time we were there. We walked everywhere! The claw footed tub was a little tricky for showers (narrow, not great water pressure) but it wasn’t a big deal. We only used the elevator to take our luggage up and down because it was a little slow and scary, so we simply walked up the 3 flights of stairs every time. Overall, the property was nice and we’d definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful apartment. It is within walking distance to everything in the Historic District. It was wonderful to be within steps of so many restaruants, but also to be able to cook in a well appointed kitchen. The bedrooms were very comfortable. You are awakened by wonderful church bells every day at 8AM so no need for an alarm. It is a 3rd floor apartment, but there is a small elevator next to the 1 parking space that comes with the apartment. Plenty of parking garages near by for the other drivers, and it was reasonable. We would definitely recommend this wonderful apartment!

The Percival is located in a perfect location for walking around Savannah. The beds were very comfortable after those long days of walking! We did have some trouble with the access system, but the management company responded quickly both times, changing out the batteries the second time, and we had no issues the rest of the week. We tried to use the elevator, but it was just too scary and we were afraid we’d get stuck in it, so I wouldn’t recommend the elevator! We also had to contact the management company about the refrigerator, because it wouldn’t cool our drinks. Apparently a case of water is too much in a refrigerator to cool it off - it took 3 days for our water to be at a decent temperature for drinking. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that we needed for cooking. The apartment could use some updating to make it feel more “homey”, but the location still makes it a great find.

We loved staying at The Percival. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. We were attending a family wedding. The beds were comfy and it was wonderful being in a historic building in the middle of the historic district. Will keep this one on my return list!

Our stay at the Percival was delightful. There was 6 of us and the apartment was large and comfy all at the same time. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the apartment was very clean. Our favorite part was the location. Directly across from Wright Square, and walking distance to just about EVERYTHING. A CVS right next door was convenient as well! I highly recommend staying here - especially with a larger group. Thank you for a wonderful first trip to Savannah, GA!
