We stayed here to move my daughter into her housing at SCAD. The house was much bigger than it looked in the pictures and it's beautiful! Very clean, extremely well decorated and comfortable. The property managers were very helpful and we couldn't have asked for a better stay. I'd recommend this property without a doubt.

Great location! 1 block to Forsythe Park and close to the Hop on Hop off Trolley. About a mile walk to River Street but close to so many good restaurants. Great having a street level entry for our friends that are stairs challenged. Loved the patio and the deck too. Would stay here again

House was great, everyone had plenty of room to move around especially with two kitchens. Nice deck off the back, location only a few blocks from a Kroger store, it was nice to grocery shop upon arrival & stock up. Short Uber ride into town if we didn’t feel like walking.

Our local run club came down from Clayton NC to participate in a local even in Savannah. Dark Anchor 34 hour ultra I located within Wormsloe State Historic site. The property was the perfect rest stop/aid station for us. Thank you very much for everything.

Second time staying here. The location is perfect - close enough to everything but in a quiet neighborhood next to Forsyth Park. It’s a beautifully appointed house with lots of spaces for your group to gather. We all especially appreciated how well stocked the home was - plenty of paper products, cleaning supplies, etc. I highly recommend this property and will certainly stay here again if I come with a larger group.

It was a heartwarming experience despite the circumstances surrounding our visit to Savannah for funeral services. The spacious 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home provided a comfortable and modern setting for our family of 9, equipped with all necessary amenities including WiFi, entertainment options, and a well-equipped kitchen for dining and meal preparation. Its updated modern style and comfortable sleeping arrangements added to the overall experience. The home’s convenient location near downtown Savannah, within walking distance to Forsyth Park, Mrs. Wilkes House, and various other attractions, made it an ideal base to explore the city’s gems. Home was clean and comfortable for our party of 5, allowing each of us our own bedroom. Short distance to Forsyth Park and only two blocks from grocery store which was handy. Bed linens were good but all the pillows were hard and not comfortable.
The management company was great to work with and easy to get to reach.

We really enjoyed our three-night stay for our "destination Thanksgiving" at this property in the south historic district. It was conveniently located near a Kroger, as well as about a mile from downtown. Also, being a block away from Forsyth Park made it easy to enjoy the surroundings, and the area definitely felt reasonably safe. The property itself was in great shape, well-appointed with necessities and other amenities, and our entire family thoroughly enjoyed the stay! We highly recommend Parkside Place to any large family gathering staying in Savannah.

Fabulous house. It looks just like the pictures. We enjoyed the property until we found out that on our last day that it was on the route of the Veteran Day Parade on Abercorn St. We were not able to drive our car because both Abercorn and the side street was closed to traffic. While the parade was nice and we made lemonade out of lemons, we should have been informed about the parade when we booked the property. I would recommend but check for community events that could unexpectantly change your plans.

The four people in our party had a wonderful time in Savannah. We loved the location of this house. It was steps from Forsyth park (plan a Saturday morning stay and visit the farmer's market) and from the free visitor's bus which runs directly downtown. The property was clean and well furnished. We loved having 2 kitchens, and the 3 story-house gave us separation from each other. There were a couple of minor negatives- first, if sleeping in the garden-level bedroom, bring a noise cancelling machine. That bedroom faces a very noisy and busy street, and there is traffic throughout the night. Second, we could never figure out the upstairs entry door code- which is mostly a property management issue- because we were sent several codes and it took awhile to sort them out, so we just used the downstairs entry door. On the positive side, we liked having a garage entry and the off-street parking it provided, along with the location and cleanliness, which together make this one of our favorite houses we've rented on VRBO.

Fantastic stay in Savannah. We were a group of 7 adults and originally struggled to find a property big enough to accommodate us. Lucky Savannah were prompt with their responses and very informative prior to arrival which made "check in" a breeze.
Parkside Place was just off Forsyth Park, this location was amazing. Close enough to walk into town via the many leafy squares of Savannah whilst also being far enough to be quiet in the evenings. Will definitely recommend to friends and colleagues who are looking to stay in Savannah.

Don't hesitate to rent this house! It has plenty of space for a large crowd. We came to Savannah for my a family member's wedding. My mom and brother stayed in the lowest (garden) level. Each had a bedroom and bathroom. Plus, there was a living area and kitchen for them to enjoy (they are early risers and didn't have to disturb anyone else at that time of the day). The one-car garage is also on that level, as well as an entry door to the street and a cute little garden area to sit and enjoy. The next level up has the HUGE kitchen, dining table area, living room area, half bath, and the outdoor porch/deck plus back deck with large table and grill. The top level has the very large master suite (bedroom and super nice bathroom with 2 large closets and a deck) as well as two other bedrooms (one with one bed; the other with 2 twin beds) that share a bathroom. There is also a washer and dryer on this level.
This house was in excellent shape and very clean. We had everything we needed. If you bring more than one vehicle, you will be able to find street parking without much of an issue. This location was perfect for us because it was one block from Forsyth Park (go eat breakfast at Collins on the Square there!!) and a couple of blocks from Kroger and Dollar Tree. We also enjoyed a cute little cafe called Mate' Factor - just another block or so beyond the Kroger.
I can't recommend this place enough. If you have a large group who needs plenty of space at a convenient location, you have found it!

We rented this home for a long weekend so that a bunch of us could visit our SCAD grad student. It was EXACTLY what we needed! It was close to where he was living, but even better were the large common spaces on the main floor--including the deck--where we could just hang out and be together. Added to that were it's great location in the historic district and that it is well maintained and very clean. This place suited our needs perfectly!

This home is so beautiful and spacious. We rented for my sisters bachelorette party and there was plenty of room for all of us, great outdoor space, and safe and quiet neighborhood right off the park. It is a bit of a walk to get into the thick of downtown but a quick $5 uber was no problem at all. Updated features throughout make this old home feel like new! We all loved it.

This excellent house is in a perfect location for access to Forsyth Park, the free DOT shuttle, and nearby Kroger. It was exceptionally clean and well-accessorized (especially in the kitchen) to cover the needs of a family of eight sharing space and several meals. Nine members of our family gathered in Savannah for a three night stay. The three level home offers ample room for privacy and room for gathering. It was clean and well furnished. And attractively decorated. The kitchens were well stocked for any cooking needs. The deck area provided a very pleasant place for drinks in the evening. The home is conveniently located close to free city bus stops and within walking distance of sights in Savannah. We had a problem with the DVD player and the owner came iand resolved the issue. We highly recommend this rental.

Place was great and had a nice deck for us to BBQ on.
Kitchen was top notch with granite counters and open floorplan and was fully stocked with pots and pans and plates and cutlery.
The Master bedroom was spacious but most of the other bedrooms were small (but most had queen beds except one with a twin).
My mom needed to stay on the first floor since there were a lot of steps on the trilevel.
It was walking distance to Forsythe park and to the Riverwalk. Garage and garage door opener remote was nice to have.
TV's had HBO and we didn't miss Game of Throwns but the TV's didn't have a DVR so you had to be home to not miss your show.
Wifi was not working for the first few days (we started rent on a Friday) because the instructions for the Wifi were not correct and the property manager was closed for the weekend so we didn't get Wifi until Monday. If you rent on a Friday, get there early and try the Wifi before the property manager closes. Other than the Wifi, this place was fantastic and we will stay again when in Savannah with a large party.

Overall a very nice experience, a few minor items with the rental that were not working which will happen with any rental. We never used the grill since we seemed to eat out most of the time. We were gone 8 to 12 hours a day and used the rental as our gathering place at the end of busy days. Very low key bachelors get away. The rooms were clean, the amount of beds and bathrooms were perfect. Felt like home! Beautiful walk along the park side on the way down town. Ample parking and the perfect amount of amenities. Grilling steaks on the patio with a cool breeze and some Georgia sunshine was what we hoped and exactly what we got. Would go back again for sure!

Rented the house for a week for the St Patrick's Day celebration. Terrific location - one block south of the start of the parade. Also, one block from Forsyth Park and 15 min walk to City Market/River Street areas. Re: the house itself, there were 8 of us and it was perfect. The house was pristine on arrival; in fact, I met the owner (Robin) on arrival verifying the cleanliness of the house after a large party left earlier that morning. Kitchens/baths were well-stocked. We were all comfortable and not on top of each other. Having 2 kitchens was great for cooking for post-parade get-together. Wouldn't hesitate to rent this house again, at any time of year.

The home is tastefully decorated, the perfect size for 7 women, conveniently located without being in the busy center of things.. The property has many different kinds of spaces (balconies, courtyard, multiple levels, 2 kitchens) so a large group can do many things simultaneously without tripping over one another. The property management group was super responsive and made checking and out easy. The park, located one block away, was great for morning walks, and a beautiful backdrop for a meal or cocktails at the Mansion.
