Great location to walk around 7 explore the city. Beds were comfortable, TVs in both bedrooms & living area was nice. Only issue we had were bugs in the kitchen & bathrooms. Other than that, fantastic!

The Park House was perfect for a girls’ weekend. The beautiful location could not have been better for walking to everywhere in the historic district.

Upside: great location, basement apartment off Monterey Square near Forsyth Park. Street Parking was pretty easy (drive to Bryan St garage and buy enough 1 and two day passes to cover your stay). The management company was responsive to our complaints about burnt out lights and clogged drains. (Why those weren’t taken care of before our arrival is another question). Downside: the wifi never connected to the internet. It is furnished in cheap rickety pieces. There are no luggage racks or benchesto hold suitcases. The front bedroom has no closet or clothes hooks. The bathrooms have no convenient surface to lay toiletries. We were supplied with 4 towels and 4 wash cloths and two hand towels for 4 people The kitchen had barely service for 4. They provided one dish towel and no dish strainer. Worst of all, no coffee! They did provide a can of coffee and filters for the third morning when we complained. No tea, or creamer or sweetener — but we had already been shopping. However we do expect better Even cheap motels provide cofee/tea service.

Lucky Savannah was the perfect place to stay. It was in a clean, quiet neighborhood. The apartment itself was cozy and clean. All hotspots were easily walkable and lots of fun! Do be aware that the stairs and apartments can be noisy above you, as this is a ground-floor unit. Also, there is a parking fee for Saturdays, which was unclear in the parking directions.
Definitely would stay here again!

We very much enjoyed our stay - the rooms and amenities were clean and well-presented. We loved the location, right by one of the squares with a lot of lovely architecture all around whenever we left. Management was communicative and all information we needed was provided beforehand and on-site as well. Would definitely recommend!

My sisters and I just got back from a sisters' trip to Savannah. The Park House Garden Apartment was wonderful. We were approximately 700 feet from the Mercer Williams House and about the same distance from Forsyth Park. Parking is on the street; however, we lucked out and got spots that were outside the door of the apartment. The apartment has been updated but still had plenty of Savannah charm. If you need accommodations in Savannah, I highly recommend The Park House Garden Apartment.

Home was mostly comfortable. Great location. Easy access if you don't have access to a car. The A/C wouldn't go below 70. Maintenance was unsuccessful. We didn't get much sleep at all the first night because it was so warm in there. Thankfully One of our group's girls was able to adjust it back to factory standards,thanks to Utube.The little courtyard was unusable due to all of the green algae, mold & mildew.
tHere needs to be a note about the TV remote. 1st time ever having a remote with volume keys on the side.had to Google that as well.

Our family of three enjoyed our stay in this lovely little apartment. The property is in a building we've stayed in before on an upper floor. The property is clean and relatively well kept and maintained. The floors in this basement apartment are concrete, so it was fairly chilly throughout our stay. The shower curtains in the bathrooms both fell down during our stay, so that was quite annoying to have to fix. The master bath shower is also really tiny. The parking is on street and metered, which we are used to as we visit Savannah often. I recommend downloading the Park Savannah app before you visit! We never had an issue getting a park close to the house. The park across the street from the house is a lovely little park and perfect if you're traveling with your little dog, like we were. Savannah is a very dog friendly town! Many restaurants and shops are within a few blocks radius, but the area is quiet and away from the bustle of Broughton Street. Be sure to visit Folklorico, directly behind the apartment building!

Perfect property for us, including my elderly mother, to stay in while touring SCAD and enjoying historic Savannah. We loved being nestled in the neighborhood as sleeping was uninterrupted by city noise.

We loved this place and location. There was a cute private patio to sit in. Plenty of room for the family. Right on a quiet square. Mercer house was on the corner, and Forsyth Park was right behind us. We could not hear any noises as night, far enough from the bars. Close enough to walk everywhere. Parking was easy with parking app. We parked right out front. Office was quick and responsive with a question I had. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. Great location that was very convenient for walking and Uber. This is a lower unit with very little sunlight or views but that being said, it was comfortable and clean. Good communication. The beds were comfy but there was nowhere to put any clothing in the front bedroom - it could use a hanging area and suitcase stand behind the door. Overall - we would stay here again.

My family rented the Garden and Parlor.
Overall very nice. Nice location. Comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchens. Coffee makers are traditional (not k cups). You can hear the neighbors above you but not too bad (could get loud with certain guests I assume). Wi-Fi is a little slow and not great in the back bedroom. Parking on street was fine although be cognizant of street sweeping nights which start at 12:01 AM on the day, and only 2 hour parking sessions allowed M-F 8am-5pm. Stock the kitchen for breakfast if you’re an early riser - most places open at 9am for breakfast weekdays and 8am Fri/Sat.
Areas in need of TLC for the management company: windows and patio/deck need a power wash and cleaning of chair cushions. Mirrors need to be windexed. Shower curtain liners should be replaced more regularly- ours were torn or soap-scum/mildew upon arrival, but Monike arrived within the hour to have them replaced (thank you!) Garden: front bedroom has no place to store/ unpack clothes - no dresser, closet or rolling rack so you either live out of the suitcase or use the storage in the back bedroom - a rolling rack would be nice. Parlor: Front bedroom light near bed has no on/off switch - must plug/unplug it. And upon arrival the unit had a bad smell - like cooked food that lingered, but it stayed all week.

This apt was perfect. My mom and I brought my 14 month old child, it was spacious and comfortable! Bathrooms were beautiful and everything was super clean. I would advise since this is the bottom floor apt to bring a sounds machine. I don't know if the folks staying above us were just heavy walkers but we could hear everything! I would absolutely stay here again. The location was perfect, it walking distance from many restaurants and the water. Quiet neighborhood to walk around in. They rentail group was very responsive and professional. All and all it was great trip!

This was the second LS apartment we stayed in within a week and it didn’t disappoint. The general standard through these properties is very good and this was no exception. Checking in and out is contactless and a breeze. The real star, of course, is Savannah itself but I can really recommend Lucky Savannah. One oddity in this apartment was that we had two coffee machines but no kettle. Being British and tea oriented this was a near death experience but I survived��

The Location of the apartment was perfect. Close to parks, restaurants but still out of the super touristy areas. We have 2 complaints. The first was the smell that came from the apartment when returning the first night, almost like an animal had died somewhere in the AC vents. The other was the noise from the apartment above. There was a toddler staying above, running back and forth. Could hear every step and if the adults didn’t take their shoes off, even worse. We have children, so completely understand but be aware of the noise. Would definitely stay there again, maybe just in one of the apartments above.

Lucky Savannah provided excellent communication and service. We were a tad disappointed that the dishwasher was broken because that meant we had to hand wash dishes. We did request extra towels and pillows and they were brought over quickly. I would let anyone renting know that no kleenex is provided in the home. It also would have been nice to have extra trash bags. With four people over four days we used the bag provided quickly. I would definitely book with Lucky Savannah again!

Overall... cute place with lots of potential. The patio could use a pressure wash and some mosquito care. When we opened the place, lots of dirt & debri on floor when you first walk in. Found a few dead roaches. Lots of hair in bathrooms. Had to push through sand bags to open the patio. MANY electrical sockets do not work. Dishwasher was broken (although we didn't have a need for it). AC was completely off so it took some time to air out. It did not appear as though the property was opened and checked before our arrival. Great potential if it was cleaned/maintained and maybe a fresh coat of paint.

Unique. Unfortunately, I can't recommend the property because the unit is bottom floor and the ceiling are so thin that the upstairs unit's occupant literally made it impossible to sleep due to noise, including stomping across the floor until 3 am almost every night. While this is mostly due to a historic building and limitations on what can be done, it just meant no sleep. So i would not stay here again. Not the property manager's fault by the way, they were great.

The rental home was wonderful, and in a great convenient location in this historic part of Savannah. We had 1 hiccup with our arrival / communication which was ironed out, and something we needed added to the unit, again, it worked out. Very modern unit, clean, and airy, nice back porch area to relax.
