Everything in the apartment was just as in the pictures - brilliant! Walking distance to sights and attractions was not far at all.
I suggest an added note on the property description that luggage has to be carried by hand up the stairs.
I suggest a note be displayed in the apartment: washer and dryer located in the garage downstairs.
Candice at Lucky Savannah was really kind and helpful when I called with questions.

The Nest is part of a common outdoor garden area. The Nest also has a small balcony with seating area. Has all amenities to cook and room to entertain if needed although there is no bedroom. Nice big windows for light and nice fresh big bathroom. No washer washer nor dryer but everything else is there ! Nice! Location is on eastern side of historic district but I walk a lot and no problem to get to grocery store or Bull Street and Forsythe Park. Check in easy via door code.
