We were pleased to stay in this rental property. Located just outside (right across the street) from the historic downtown, it afforded us easy walking access to everything from Forsyth Park to the river. The interior was clean and well furnished, and though the building has a few quirks typical of older structures, we were quite comfortable. The kitchen's amenities were adequate for a short stay. Also, the property management was very responsive with our requests – whether a maintenance issue with the stove, a CO monitor, or more garbage bags – and we had no issues with checking in or out.

Stayed here a whole week for baseball tournament. It was very clean and comfortable. Close to everything downtown. 10 minute walk to river street. Easy parking. Very nice would definitely recommend

We loved our stay at lucky savannah. The place was very nice , clean and was in great location to all the shops , restaurants and civic centers.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was clean, quiet, and well stocked with everything we needed. Lucky Savannah was quick to respond to questions. We were right at Forsythe Park, but it was a bit of a walk to historic downtown (30 min.) Overall, it was a great stay! We absolutely loved the apartment!

Love the architecture of this city; the unit is comfortable and tastefully decorated. I love the original pine flooring, the steep stairs and tall ceilings. The unit is on the west side, about a 9block walk from River Street and a couple of streets over from Forsyth Park! There is a bit of noise from MLK, but nothing excessive and I slept great in a very comfortable bed with lots of pillows- we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Savannah.

The Montgomery House upper was a great place for our weekend trip to Savannah. It was clean and confortable. The location was great as it was walking distance to the park. We had no problem with the street parking. We will be back. :-)

Apartment was clean and comfortable with a great location. Beds were linens were great. A King bed would have been appreciated but the Queen bed was fine.

The house is nice and in a good location. Well stocked kitchen. Could use more than one kitchen towel and more than one bathroom hand towel. We experienced problems with the AC but the staff was extremely attentive. You should bring your own streaming device as only local channels. There is road noise but they provided white noise machines in the bedrooms that helped tremendously. Never had problems with parking. Short walk to Forsyth and kroger.

The description of the property was accurate and it was clean, comfortable and well maintained. We enjoyed wandering around Savannah, going to the museums and all the dining options, particularly The Pink House and Sorry Charlie's Oysters. I would recommend this property.

We loved staying in Montgomery House Upper. The beds were SO comfortable! Incredibly comfortable and had a great night's sleep every night. Location perfect for walks in Forsyth Park each morning. Great to have a washer/dryer. Sofa and TV setup perfect for lounging after a day walking around town. Would definitely stay here again.
