Description

The Metal Oak suite encapsulates the "Scandinavian Modern" style. This garden-level suite on Savannah's historic Jones Street -often cited as one of the most beautiful streets in the United States- has undergone a complete facelift. We have exposed the original 1862 brick walls in the living room, had a custom metal barn-door created in the kitchen entry way, re-worked the kitchen to raise the ceilings, open the walls and add luxury features, including high-end leathered granite countertops, brand new stainless steel appliances, a wine chiller and beverage cooler, and open black walnut shelves custom-made by Black Dog Salvage, as seen on DIY Channel's Salvage Dawgs. Additionally, we've added a game room for guest enjoyment that features a pleather of family fun board games, air hockey table, and much more.

The luxury features continue into the bathroom where you'll find an additional custom-made black walnut vanity from Black Dog Salvage, matte black fixtures and both subway and black and white geometric tile. Step into the shared courtyard, where there is an ample amount of seating for everyone. The courtyard is truly an oasis; featuring luxury Castelle furniture and a fire table for your enjoyment. This suite is one of the most exceptional you will find in Savannah- but it doesn't stop there. We've included luxury amenities throughout the suite, including:

- Complimentary bikes for your use during your stay
- Wine Chiller
- 65" TV in the Living Room; 55" TV in the Bedroom
- Luxury Robes
- High-end ROAM Bath products, as well as complimentary ROAM shaving and dental kits
- Nespresso Coffee/ Espresso Machine

What is parking like for this home?
This home has on-street, metered parking which is enforced by the City of Savannah Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm

Great location!! We enjoyed exploring Savannah's beauty! This space was the perfect location for my husband and I to return to when our feet got tired. Thought about how much my 11 & 9 year old would have enjoyed the game room if they would have joined us. We got to enjoyed it ourselves too! Don't miss the opportunity to book this rental!

This locations is perfect. Just at the foot of the stairs, right off the sidewalk. When we got there it appeared as though maybe a new door had been installed so there was a little confusion getting in but called the number located in the app and they resolved the issue immediately. The apartment is very modern, nicely decorated. Kuerig and an nespresso machines (and samples) provided which were much appreciated. Travel drink cups also provided since Jones Street falls within the walk with drink limits. The bathroom has everything you need, shampoo/conditioner, soap, blow dryer. Nice heater for the shower as well. The bedroom is quite spacious with ample storage in dresser and closet. Two luggage racks are available. Washer/dryer in the closet of master with soap provided. They even provided two robes! They really think of everything. You do hear a little noise from folks moving about upstars but nothing bothersome. The game room has some board games, pac man (though we couldn't figure out how to get it to play) and skeet ball. Had a blast! There is a table along a wall that acts as the bar that has about everything you need. Wine glasses, champagne glasses are available. This renter uses an app that covers most of the details but we didn't see the info about the bicycles until too late in our stay. Missed opportunity. But still, walking distance from everywhere. Mrs. Wilkes (a must lunch stop) is directly across the street, how lucky! Also, when our flight left later than expected they worked with us on a late check out for an additional fee. Very good place, would absolutely stay here again!

The minute I saw this unit I knew it was the one. The pictures are on point & the rental agency is easy to deal with & quick to respond. We were looking for a place in downtown Savannah with charm & convenience. It was perfect for our party of 3.

We loved the place great for a couple and a baby, wish we could have had our dog with us. But that would have been an additional headache with all the wedding celebrations happening

Property was beautifully decorated. comfortable and unit was very clean. Very comfy king sized bed. Patio cushions need cleaned/replaced. Most maintenance issues were handled very well. Location is great, close to everything. Minor things like fridge door being hung backward, only 1 hand towel in bath, and no pillows should you want to make up pull out couch. Game room was fun. Unit has very small windows, so no looking out to beautiful Jones Street.

My brother got married in Savannah this past weekend. My husband and I rented the Metal Oak Suite (lower level) of the property. My brother & his wife rented the Blue Magnolia Suite (upper level) and this was our wedding headquarters. It was absolutely perfect! Highly recommend - Beautiful property, great amenities, perfect location in Downtown Savannah,GA.

We had a great stay. Metal Oak is on a beautiful street, across from Mrs. Wilkes, and walking distance to many great attractions. It is beautifully appointed, clean and the game room was a true bonus. Management was very responsive to inquiries. Enjoy!

We absolutely loved Savannah and the Metal Oak property was fantastic. The management people were there for us with any questions we had about the area or the rental. Place was spotless, well equipped and the game room a nice plus and in a great location. The only drawback (which WAS noted by renter) was the metered parking on the streets in the area
