Up to six Lucky travelers will feel at home in this two story apartment, just a stone's throw away from Forsyth Park. The Lynwood Collection on Forsyth is located on Historic Gaston Street and has been renovated top-to-bottom. Chic decor ties the space together and creates an inviting space for guests to relax. Enjoy morning or evening strolls beneath the Spanish moss trees, and start your adventure discovering all Savannah has to offer.

Entering on the second floor, you will be provided a secure key code unique to your stay, that ensures safe entry as you check in to your home away from home. Nestle into your coastal digs by gathering together in the living space fitted with a flat screen TV. Guests are welcome to access their streaming favorites like Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon Prime. A half-bath has been tucked between the kitchen, and living room, ideal for guests who will be using the queen-size sleeper sofa.

The bright and airy kitchen features an ample amount of counter space, including a large island that can seat your entire group. Guests will enjoy having modern conveniences, such as stainless appliances, and a full-size washer/dryer. Enjoy a glass of wine or a morning cup of joe on the balcony that sits off of the kitchen.

Head upstairs to find two bedrooms, that are furnished with a king and queen size bed. The master bedroom floods with natural light, a flat screen TV, en suite bath with standing shower and a spacious walk-in closet. Next door, the second bedroom is home to a queen size bed and a second en suite bath with tub/shower combo!

This place is in a great location near Forsyth park. It’s a cute little place, but it wouldn’t be my first choice when traveling here again. This place is low priced and that comes at the expense of a lot of things. The beds are hard, creak and groan a lot. The A/C couldn’t keep up in the sweltering heat (probably due to the REALLY leaky windows), the tile is crumbling in the showers and the handles for the shower literally weren’t screwed on.. The little things matter: decent pillows, and more than one cup of coffee would be Great starters. The downstairs bathroom didn’t even have toilet paper in it. The WiFi in the welcome email wasn’t even an option. This stay was the equivalent to a Motel 6. There were Lots of towels in the closets, and the on site off street parking is nice.

Great 2 BR townhome adjacent to Forsyth Park. Liked that each bedroom had a bathroom. with another 1/2 bath downstairs. Perfect location near iconic restaurants and directly across from beautiful Forsyth Park. We spent a long weekend, which included the Savannah Wonen’s Half Marathon. Would definitely recommend for other runners of this race!

We recently stayed at this charming condo for one week. The place was conveniently located right by Forsyth Park and many other attractions. It was near a grocery store and the DOT bus stop and we were able to get around easily without renting a car. We would definitely like to come stay again.

This location was perfect for our plans. The bathrooms were much smaller than we expected and the air conditioning was not working very well during our stay. We felt like we had to clean the place when we arrived, seemed like it was not done very well by the maintenance crew. Other than that, it was a nice place to stay & we would re book.

Great location, beautiful unit. Spacious and clean. Front balcony does flood a bit when it rains so a good mat inside the door would be helpful. The unit could use upgraded windows as they appear to be the originals & might be drafty in winter. Would ABSOLUTELY stay again! Would highly recommend!
