Our second stay at Lynwood Collections. The location is perfect. Right next to Forsyth Park, DOT bus line and walking through the beautiful historic streets. I would definitely recommend this.
To be picky, the tile under the bathroom rug was loose and the kitchen could have used more glasses (only one wine glass and daily washing of the two glasses there). I’m sure management will remedy this as they are very attentive.
We really enjoyed our stay at unit 12B.

We enjoyed our stay. Great location and within walking distance of historic downtown. Also, having off street parking included in the fees was a big plus. Suggested improvements- blackout curtain in bedroom to eliminate neighbors night security lights. Also, the mattress should be replaced. There is a considerable dip in the center which is fairly uncomfortable.

The condo was close to restaurants and the beautiful Forsyth park! My sister and took a girls trip to see Savannah and it was perfect for us. Management very responsive and really nice

My wife and I really enjoyed this stay. The unit is perfect for 2 people and the location was great. We walked every night. The neighborhood was beautiful. A plus is it has its own parking space right behind the unit. Would go back to it again.

We stayed a week in Forsyth 12b and it was a great rental. The location was awesome its close to the park and historic district which is where we spent most of our stay.The location made it convenient for walking. Lucky Savannah was also awesome and held our luggage for us after we checked out as our flight was later in the day. If you want to cook the place had everything you need and we walked to Kroger which was only a few blocks away. The street the unit is on was quite and felt very safe. The only suggestions I would have for the rental is get a higher pressure shower head. The low flow one they have in there puts out very little pressure. It would also be nice to have some desk mount power strips / phone chargers near the bed as it was difficult to get to the plugs behind the nightstands. Some of the other reviewers complained about the fan but its because its on a dimmer switch. If you turn the dimmer all the way up it stops making noise. Other then that the rental was great. We had a wonderful time and I would definitely recommend it to anyone coming to Savannah!

The location is great. The condo was clean. No icemaker and 1 broken and 1 tiny ice tray. The bathroom was the problem area, Stand up shower has no safety bars at all (tile slick) shower head was a trickle of water, floor is slick from a drop of water. Bed comfy but fitted sheet came off constantly! Do not expect to cook much, appliances were efficiency size. TVs were both smart tvs and worked great. Safe neighborhood.

Lovely apartment on a gorgeous oak lined street. Steps away from Forsyth Park. Check out the farmers market on Saturday mornings. The parking situation is awful in Savannah so it was awesome to have a parking spot included. The designated spot was right outside the back door, so loading and unloading the car was very convenient. I recommend walking or getting Uber or Lyft if going anywhere. About $7 per trip. The apartment was small but perfect for 2. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and had a W/D. Perfect little kitchen for our basic needs. We loved our stay. Will definitely be back!

The Shower head needs to be replaced.
The parking space was in an adeal location. However, if lot is full, it may be a little tricky getting out because it is tight.
Would recommend unloading car from parking space. It's easier than parking on the street unloading. Just have to enter via bedroom.
The place was immaculate! More than enough towels.
Having free netflix was a plus.
The location was excellent.
We had no problems locating the Unit.
I would highly recommend this place for a couple.

This one room apartment with sleep sofa was clean and bright with everything a person would require. Being so close to Forsyth Park we felt the area was most likely well patrolled but we also appreciated the extra safety features of the door sticks. Staff at Lucky Savannah were always available for questions.

Great choice if you want to spend a few days exploring Historic Savannah. 20 minute moderate walk to the riverfront. Or take the free DOT shuttle that stops just around the corner on Drayton. Apartment is quiet and clean.

Within easy walking distance of historic Savannah. The Sentient Bean at the end of Forsyth Park is a great place for breakfast. If you want to get in a walk before breakfast, The Funky Brunch Cafe is a good choice. Also, go to Leopoldo’s Ice Cream. The apartment was as described. Having a designated parking place was a real plus. I highly recommend this apartment!

This cute one bedroom has the best location. It is located literally 1/2 a block from the biggest and most beautiful square in Savannah. We wanted a clean, safe place to stay within walking distance from everything and that is what this was. When we arrived late housekeeping had not been there. Lucky Rentals addressed this and when housekeeping left the place was immaculate. I believe this was a simple error in scheduling and for that reason would still go back to this very rental and therefore recommend it to others.

Stay was very nice but got cut short because of hurricane. Do wish there was more information on-site about local highlights. Also recommend that safety tape be placed on steps outside for better visibility to prevent falls.

The unit was clean and comfortable with the right amount of space for a couple. The location is excellent. Parking is EXTREMELY TRICKY. I would hate to have to park when the lot is full - without a back up camera, you're not likely to be able to manage. The shower is TERRIBLE - needs repair or upgrading. Otherwise, it's a nice place. The bar to brace the front door closed made me a little nervous, but it seems like a safe area.

Such an easy simple process checking in and out. Clean, adorable decor, lovely location near the park. It was incredibly quiet, did not hear noise from other apartments or even the street. Not sure if I can think of anything negative, even allowed us to keep our luggage at their office before our flight. Thank you!!

The apartment was clean and stocked with basic essentials. There was an abundance of towels which was great. Only complaints were the ceiling fan in the bedroom was very loud and the water pressure in the shower was weak. Would definitely stay here again!

It was overall a good stay, the only thing is that it smelled strongly of chemical cleaners for a whole two days. Being pregnant and with a toddler I didn’t like this at all. We aired out the place and it got to be tolerable. Please consider using a natural cleaning company. Other than that, everything was good.

I wanted to make you aware of a couple of issues; first, you have a dimmer on the fan/light in the bedroom that is inadequate. The fan was noisy, partly because of the dimmer. You can't put a fan on a regular light dimmer switch and it work properly. So, I turned the fan off. The bulb in the fan is not a dimmable bulb which causes it to flicker constantly.....annoying.
A clock with alarm would be a cheap, nice addition. Also, in this day of technology, USB receptacles would be nice. To plug in our watches, phones, ipads, etc. we used all the plugs, even the one behind the TV in the bedroom!
The TV in the bedroom did not work initially; would not power on or off with remote or power button on TV. Fortunately, I have a little tech savvy, I unplugged the TV and it reset, began working fine.
I did not mention any of these things in the revue. We were pleased with our accommodations, clean, pleasant, functional. And, the location was ideal!

This is my second time staying with Lucky Savannah. The first time I rented a unit from the same area and loved it. Lynwood 12B was just beautiful though. It is now my favorite place to stay. I can't wait to come back in July. Everything about this place is amazing. I love the fact that it is within walking distance of Forsyth Park. The cleanliness of the home was superb. I couldn't of asked for a better stay. Thank you Lucky for making me feel like I was home!!!

My husband and I came to Savannah for our wedding Anniversary, where we stayed was great! We wanted to have the option of cooking and being able to eat where we stayed verses eating out every meal, it worked perfect. The park right next door was amazing to walk through and relax. Location was great, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go in about 20 mins or so.

Great location and easy access to the historic area. You can easily walk the streets and admire the beautiful homes and parks. Our efficiency apartment was perfect and although we didn't make a meal, it had all amenities if we needed. The only recommendation I have is the bedroom drapes are too thin and the light from the facility in back glares too much for your sleeping. Otherwise, all was perfect. Parking spot a little tricky but my expert husband got in & out with no problem.

Once you park your car in the tricky spot, you can walk to most places and even to the free DOT bus stop. The place was nicely decorated and very clean. Room-darkening bedroom curtains would have been nice, and we added wooden blocks to the bed's middle leg position. We felt safe and comfy inside where we fixed breakfasts and lunches with all one would need in the kitchen with a good-sized refrigerator. We were never there long enough to use the stacked washer and dryer but nice to have them available. There were plenty of towels! We liked the easy check in and out right from there on our phone.

Great place to stay! Everything we needed in a convenient location. Our only complaint would be that the ceiling fan in the bedroom makes a loud humming noise, very noticeable at night. May need to be replaced. We won’t hesitate to stay here again. Our daughter is attending SCAD. Plan to visit Savannah often.

Overall it was perfect for our short stay. Here are a few of the things that I would suggest changing...the ice trays did not work - it was very frustrating trying to get ice out of the trays and we had to run warm water over the trays to get the ice loosened enough to capture. The King bed sagged in the middle...anytime you rolled over you went to the middle of the bed and the light outside the bedroom sliding doors was disruptive to sleep and finally, the ceiling fan in the bedroom made a lot of noise. Also - the "barn doors" for the laundry room closure didn't stay closed. Some highlights were the location and overall upkeep and layout of the rental. The shower was also very nice.

This rental was the perfect location for my sister and I on our sister weekend in Savannah. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go when we were there. The location was very clean and cozy. The only thing I could say that we had issues with was the parking spot was hard to get out of because there was another one right behind us. However, since we walked everywhere it wasn't an issue until we left. The app that we use when checking in was also a nice touch to see restaurants and easy check in and out!

My husband and I stayed here for 5 days and loved the apartment and location! Very clean! Next to Forsyth Park and not a bad walk from everything in the historic district. The only & main issue we had with our stay was that the TV in bedroom would never work. We reached out to management twice and they never followed up to resolve during our long stay. Not a deal breaker, but would have been nice. Overall, we had a great stay!
